7th Apr 2026 (12 weeks ago)I had a good experience working with the team at Richard Godsell. The market for the property was limited as it was a retirement flat so we had few viewings however it sold after a few months, marginally less than advertised but for an acceptable sum. I would consider the original valuation to be accurate. Communication with the agent was good and while the sale took longer than expected due to legal complications, the agent did a really good job of keeping the buyer, who we were at risk of losing, placated through a difficult period.

31st May 2025 (1 year ago)Really pleased with the service from Fox & Sons Bournemouth. The team were proactive, professional, and clearly knew the local market well. They got my property listed quickly and we had strong interest straight away. Within just three weeks, we had secured a buyer at the full asking price — couldn’t have asked for better! The whole process was smooth, and I was kept well informed throughout. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the area.

She was friendly and knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area, she was able to answer all of my queries, of which there eere many, quickly and easily. Her communication skills, liaising with solicitors, agents and property managers were excellent. I thoroughly recommend her for any selling, buying or renting requirements.

13th Jan 2026 (24 weeks ago)Absolute waste of time. I spent over 24 hours repeatedly trying to make contact, only to be told in the end that the property was no longer available. This level of communication is completely unacceptable, and it makes you wonder whether landlords are aware of how poorly enquiries are being handled. A very frustrating and unprofessional experience and a regular occurance by the look of other reviews..

11th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)I hadn’t heard of Stratton Oak Estates until contacting Getagent, and originally had them round only for a valuation. They were so professional and friendly and convinced me to give them a try. From start to finish they kept me fully informed of all viewings, and found a buyer very quickly. They have a very good online service to keep track of the sales progression, as well as regularly phoning and emailing. I have dealt with many Estate Agents over the years, but none have compared close to Stratton Oak Estates.

23rd Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)Fantastic experience with Lloyd Young Homes both as a seller and buyer! Lloyd is exceptionally professional and provides a highly personal service. I particularly appreciated his genuine and authentic approach which is a rare find amongst your other “high street” agents. Realistic and sound advice, he really knows and understands the market. We felt our property genuinely mattered to him and for that reason we would come back to Lloyd Young homes again and again.

Definitely one of the best estate agents I interacted with when looking for a property as he was engaging and personable. 25th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)Nick provided an excellent service, got my house sold after I saw a property that I really wanted a few weeks before. The way he promoted our beloved family home with aerial views via drones, and show cased the photos and video really promoted it was amazing, which brought in viewings and finally someone viewed my home three times and an offer was made and we sold it, in the meantime the property I wanted was still for sale, offer went in and today we sit in our new home having moved 24/04/26. Well done Nick it is something to be proud of.
