7th Apr 2026 (18 weeks ago)I had a good experience working with the team at Richard Godsell. The market for the property was limited as it was a retirement flat so we had few viewings however it sold after a few months, marginally less than advertised but for an acceptable sum. I would consider the original valuation to be accurate. Communication with the agent was good and while the sale took longer than expected due to legal complications, the agent did a really good job of keeping the buyer, who we were at risk of losing, placated through a difficult period.

31st May 2025 (1 year ago)Really pleased with the service from Fox & Sons Bournemouth. The team were proactive, professional, and clearly knew the local market well. They got my property listed quickly and we had strong interest straight away. Within just three weeks, we had secured a buyer at the full asking price — couldn’t have asked for better! The whole process was smooth, and I was kept well informed throughout. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the area.

2nd Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)Beware when they try to push you into their preferred property viewing time by saying 'it might get reserved'.<br><br>This is not true. Landlords choose from a list of interested tenants so you can't reserve a property.<br><br>Then you get ghosted if unsuccessful. Is it that hard to have the courtesy to send an email informing people?<br><br>One agency to avoid in the future.

Throughout the whole time they have been a pleasure to work with, great communication and Kate especially has always been extremely helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

6th Aug 2026 (7 days ago)Really great apartment in a superb location. Just a five?minute walk to the beach, town centre, and plenty of nearby restaurants. The outdoor area and underground parking are excellent bonuses. I’d highly recommend staying here.
13th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)Absolute waste of time. I spent over 24 hours repeatedly trying to make contact, only to be told in the end that the property was no longer available. This level of communication is completely unacceptable, and it makes you wonder whether landlords are aware of how poorly enquiries are being handled. A very frustrating and unprofessional experience and a regular occurance by the look of other reviews..

11th Oct 2025 (10 mo. ago)I hadn’t heard of Stratton Oak Estates until contacting Getagent, and originally had them round only for a valuation. They were so professional and friendly and convinced me to give them a try. From start to finish they kept me fully informed of all viewings, and found a buyer very quickly. They have a very good online service to keep track of the sales progression, as well as regularly phoning and emailing. I have dealt with many Estate Agents over the years, but none have compared close to Stratton Oak Estates.
