Communication throughout was fantastic, even going as far as confirming that our cat hadn’t escaped during viewings! Everything was handled so smoothly and efficiently. We would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if we ever move in the future.

31st May 2025 (1 year ago)Really pleased with the service from Fox & Sons Bournemouth. The team were proactive, professional, and clearly knew the local market well. They got my property listed quickly and we had strong interest straight away. Within just three weeks, we had secured a buyer at the full asking price — couldn’t have asked for better! The whole process was smooth, and I was kept well informed throughout. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the area.

11th Oct 2025 (11 mo. ago)I hadn’t heard of Stratton Oak Estates until contacting Getagent, and originally had them round only for a valuation. They were so professional and friendly and convinced me to give them a try. From start to finish they kept me fully informed of all viewings, and found a buyer very quickly. They have a very good online service to keep track of the sales progression, as well as regularly phoning and emailing. I have dealt with many Estate Agents over the years, but none have compared close to Stratton Oak Estates.
16th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)We had a terrible experience with Meyers estate agents. They were awful and didn't make any real effort to sell the bungalow. All they wanted to do was continually lower the price. An incident around security of the premises occurred and that was the final straw for us. We ended the contract early. Have now appointed 2 further agents . Would not recommend Meyers at all.

I have had the pleasure of working with Lloyd Young Homes over a couple of projects and can’t thank them enough. They’re excellent at what they do, the service is exceptional and they consistently deliver results. As Lloyd’s own business he is really invested in ensuring that customers get the best outcome, going those extra steps as second nature, and all without the stuffiness or intimidation you get from others. They respond quickly with all the information you want and need.<br><br>I know where I am going when I next sell/rent my property. Very highly recommended.

A brilliant communicator and genuinely everything you’d want from an estate agent when selling your home. If you’re in the Bournemouth, Christchurch or Poole area and looking for someone to sell your property, we’d definitely recommend Justyn.
