During whole process he kept us informed, constantly communicated with our solicitors as well as sellers solicitors and ensured that the whole process which looked quite stressful at the beginning went quick and smooth. I want to use the opportunity to once again say THANK YOU to Owen, for such a professional approach and help he provided.
22nd Feb 2025 (9 weeks ago)What stood out for me was the fact that Richard Godsell has a small team which means they were all focussed on and knowledgeable about my property. The last agent must have had a dozen or so people in their team and so many didn’t have a clue about it when showing buyers. They’re a friendly and professional bunch at Richard Godsell. Communication is key and they always followed up. Would highly recommend them without hesitation. I wish I had chosen them at the start of my selling process.

They were both so great to deal with, so quick to come back to us and so knowledgable when we had questions. If you’re looking to let somewhere, Denisons are fantastic, I would highly recommend.
19th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)We used Moveon for 2 years whilst renting a property in Bournemouth. Moveon were so pleasant to deal with, if ever we had an issue it was sorted quickly. Mandy in particular was so great and really looked after us! Would really recommend using Moveon, it is clear customer service is important to them!

21st Dec 2023 (1 year ago)Absolutely awful service! Rented a property with fox and sons 3 weeks ago and ever since the property has had ongoing maintenance issues. Fox and sons winton have consistently ignored my emails and phone calls and just could not care less. Apparently no duty of care to their tenants unless it’s life or death! I advise anyone thinking of renting of buying to avoid at all costs!
30th Mar 2025 (25 days ago)We had a mixed experience in buying through PS. There seemed to be a lack of knowledge about house buying terms and at times some staff appeared unprofessional. One team member was always very polite and helpful and acted when they said they would. The Sales Progressor was also prompt in taking action and courteous.

Also even when i explained regarding my interest in the property there was no valid response. Would never recommend. ????????????

11th Nov 2022 (2 years ago)We were recommended Fahrens by friends who had used them before. Fahrens, especially Zak who we sold our property with were absolutely fantastic. We sold our flat and bought a house at the height of the pandemic in 2020/2021 with a newborn baby, such a stressful time but made less so by Zak. He was always there to answer questions, emails etc and was a great support. All the team at Fahrens are so lovely and never make you feel rushed when calling. They even helped us out when there was a leak in the flat above ours whilst we were on holiday by going to the flat on a Sunday to investigate. I can’t thank Fahrens and Zak enough for everything they did for us at that time. They sent our newborn a lovely card and present when she was born too. Estate agents that go above and beyond!

They had lined up several possible buyers and managed to get slightly more than what I thought the house would sell for. Even though my ex wife and I were selling we wasn't in the best place towards one another but Meyers kept up brilliant communication between both of us and we're patient with us both and helped see it through.
