From our initial meeting to discuss marketing of our property through to completion, he always provided us with a service above and beyond expectation. He was a single point of contact at any time/day and kept us updated throughout the process of selling our house and also offered some extremely valuable advice which helped us regarding the purchase of our next home. 5th Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)As a potential buyer it is very difficult to get through to these estate agents. I have waited over a week for them to get back to me regarding a viewing for properties. They seem to be very adverse to picking up the phone or replying to email enquiries if you are looking to either buy or sell your property I would personally stay clear from this Estate Agent. In addition to this the re occurring theme of discriminatory behaviour is very off putting in the previous reviews as well.

With a friendly, knowledgeable team, they are a family run agency offering a close, supportive and personal service to their clients often missed by the corporate agencies. I would highly recommend Elvin Estates. By the way, we got our house ! Thank you!

They have always been super quick to respond to any communication and extremely professional while doing so. They were also incredibly understanding, respectful and accommodating of my personal situation. I especially want to call out Bev H who I spoke with the most, she's a real star. Should I decide to rent again in the future or have a property to rent out then Cheffins will be my first choice.

27th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!
