They gave us actionable advice to prepare us for market and give us the best chance. This followed through to those in the office, who cared and knew about our sale in detail and gave us reassurance we were going to be well looked after. Thank you to Clare in particular. Andy conducted most of our viewings and was knowledgeable, and positive and we knew had provided an excellent experience for potential buyers, based on feedback. Finally, Will was invaluable in aftercare and kept us in the loop without chasing, a pleasure to deal with. An exemplary service from all and we’d have no hesitation in recommending them.

He has been fantastic from the very start and he has always gone above and beyond for us. Really friendly, helpful and professional, a pleasure to deal with. Communication with Rob or any of his colleagues at Nicholas Percival whether it was face to face, via the telephone or email has always been polite, knowledgable and in a very timely manner. We hope this will be our forever home, so won't require the services of Nicholas Percival but will be sure to recommend to any friends or family needing such services. Thanks again to the Nicholas Percival team.
9th Feb 2024 (14 weeks ago)I am surprised at the last review, this is far from our experience of Purbecks when we sold our property through them. Our Purchaser was also extremely happy with them too, and said they wished their own agent had been as helpful and efficient. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the sales team and Purbecks.

17th Apr 2024 (29 days ago)DO NOT RECOMMEND ! DO NOT HERE! I’ve rented a flat from Keeleys last year(2022), when winter started the second bedroom had black mould and didn’t heat properly. After a few emails back and forward was sent out instructions to clean the bedroom. The black mould was never sorted! End up moving out but because I signed an extra paperwork apart from my contract they have charged me for the empty flat! Bad experience end up stealing half of my deposit! People have no morals! Don’t sign anything extra ! Only your contract!! If you have black mould just call the expert and issue a claim! To answer today’s reply I did everything you asked and the black mould didn’t disappear and the temperature issue wasn’t solved, good luck for the new tenant!

17th Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! THEY APPLY EXTRA COMPLETION CHARGES WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOU NOTHING WAS MENTIONED ON LEGAL PACKS MY SOLICITORS CHECKED ALL THIS WHEN IT CAME CLOSE TO COMPLETION I WAS TOLD I HAVE TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL £10,165. SCAMMING COMPANY AVVOID

This day obviously convenient for them to stack viewings on the same day and create a pressure bidding war enviroment for potential purchasers. Having no part of it.

They went to work and sold my late Stepfathers home quickly. Big thanks Daniel and all of the team at Oakheart Bury St Edmunds. All did a fantastic job.
