Even during the run up to Christmas, agent Zack Green managed to jingle every single one of my bells. Professional, patient and helpful are just three of the words which come to mind when thinking of Zack, whom I would recommend time and time again.

11th Mar 2024 (13 weeks ago)Cheats, liars, unprofessional! Rented a Flat from them and when I moved in, I discovered heating wasn't working, door opening intercom system wasn't working, poor water pressure, dripping sink faucet, tripping oven. No resolution has been provided, been living without heating for over a week in this cold weather. All I get is a typical "Sorry for the inconvenience" reply from them. Please stay away from renting or trusting them.

My entire experience dealing with Petty Son has been a true pleasure, from discussing the property marketing to agreeing the sale of my property. Both Cathrine and Greg from the Sales team have been extremely professional and helpful, that we had no doubt that we could place our trust in them. During the inactive market times, the waiting time to agree to a sale can be daunting, but the timely communication from Petty Son really ensured that everything is under control and was being progressed to our expectation. I am extremely pleased that Petty Son found me the perfect buyer and have done a great job to follow through as the sales progress. If you are looking for a professional estate agent in this area, I have no hesitation to recommend Catherine and Greg as well as the Petty Son team!

7th May 2024 (5 weeks ago)The agency is ok-ish, it works until you have an issue. The Sanam lady is mad and to be avoided, she lies a lot too. Use them knowing you will in trouble the minute something doesn't work. Never ever, will they defend the Tenant vs the Landlord and their own interests.
10th May 2024 (5 weeks ago)Alex James and Callum were very kind, helpful, patient yet where necessary and appropriate weren't afraid to be direct and plain with me, and in Alex James's words it was to help me and I don't doubt that at all. He provided useful, helpful tips when I was experiencing feelings of being overwhelmed to be calm and collected yet respectful towards our new and upcoming landlord and general other tips for how any tenant is informed of things. I'm not surprised they've got such positive, spectacular reviews. It's a family owned and run estate agency too but overall have felt greatly supported and helped throughout the referencing and anything else they were to do to help our landlord. I have no problem recommending this estate agency, they seem very well knowledged, experienced, helpful, kind, patient yet also very honest. Thank you to Alex James and Callum you've been an honour to correspond with. Anyone who can be as good with me as they have been is worth this recommendation and honest review. Edit: Point of criticism/feedback: They should make it known more clearly than expecting or asking someone to read the Ts and Cs that they're allowed to pass on your details to utility companies as it was rather stressful to discover when I had attempts from companies to set things up and emails telling me they had, the utility companies that is and I prefer to do things myself. And ask if you want them to pass on your details or not. As when I asked about that they said it's possible. Constructive intended feedback ^

19th Apr 2024 (8 weeks ago)Just a reminder to everyone about how Orland Reid tried their hardest to screw me a while back (unsuccessfully). They subsequently also tried to report my negative review to Google to have it deleted (also unsuccessfully). I still feel so angry about this and feel it's important to warn others about the conduct of this agency, even after some time has passed - here's my original review: AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!! These guys tried unsuccessfully to retain my deposit, blame damage on me that was not on any inventory report and charge me for "work" needed to rectify this fictitious damage using their own workmen, whose quotes for work were laughably extortionate (so no tender process/transparency and taking a cut, no doubt). I had to go through 3 months of tenancy deposit scheme adjudication to get my money back. Their staff and, importantly their owner/partner, deliberately misled me repeatedly and withheld information throughout the whole process, making it as difficult and long winded as possible. The intention must have been that I'd just get too frustrated and give up? They were also paid by the landlord to act on their behalf but at the same time claim to be totally impartial (which is impossible).They are solely motivated by money - this scamming must be part of their business plan and I cannot imagine I am the only one who has had to go through this unnecessary, time consuming and upsetting process. If I could give them zero stars I would. if I could take them to court to reclaim money for the amount of my time they wasted, I would. It makes me so angry that "Estate Agents" like this can still exist. There are so many better, more trustworthy and honest agencies out there, there really is no need to put yourself through the nightmare of dealing with Orlando Reid. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! You have been warned!

He went above and beyond to resolve many of the issues, I also found him to be genuine, honest and was always there to respond to my many questions. Highly recommended.

The experience has been positive from the start - swift responses to viewing requests or queries, good info provided and clear and regular communication throughout. Rania has definitely gone above and beyond what I imagined may be the role of an estate agent in a sale, including and especially after my offer was accepted. She seems to be juggling her multiple obligations really well to keep all parties happy - vendor, me and by extension, GHE! I am happy to have had Rania's involvement in what is a very anxiety-ridden process, particularly for a first time buyer! My occasional contact with others at GHE was also positive.

Louisa was phenomenal in navigating us and the buyer - and everyone else in the chain on our sale & purchase as the plot thickened - through all the various unexpected challenges. Tough but tactful, Louisa kept everyone calm & onside and we got over the line avoiding any price chips. Let's be honest - sometimes agents don't always get the best press but Louisa 100% earned a five star rating! Indeed, we wish we could give more stars - thank you!
