Have to say that the guy did not come across as being very helpful and unlikely to use their services in going forwards and will take my business elsewhere.

From keeping me up to date with what is going on with the sale, solicitors to answering any and all questions I have had. Cannot recommend them enough, if I had to do this all again I would 100% pick Haart!

3rd Sep 2026 (25 days ago)I had my dads house on the market with another estate agent for several months with very little pogress.<br>I decided to change to Leabrooks and the change was amazing even from the first meeting. Andrew was so much more dynamic and positive, and very honest which was refreshing.<br>The whole Team kept us updated at every stage, and if there were problems outside there remit they knew someone that could, and did help.<br>There was also a clear strategy if the house wasn't attracting interest, which definatly worked in our case.<br>Could not recommend Leabrooks highly enough

Excellent communication throughout the whole process via the whatsapp group they set up - answering questions and giving immediate feedback on viewings. This made it so easy to contact them at any time making it a lot less stressful. 5* service from start to finish. Thank you for all your help and support

He was always really friendly and knowledgeable during viewings, and even though we did not end up putting an offer on one of William H Brown's properties, they still helped make the viewing process nice and easy for us.

2nd Sep 2024 (2 years ago)Very poor communication. Had to chase repeatedly to find out what was happening. Paid for the premium package and had hosted viewings all contracted out to an agency. Different agent almost every time turning up minutes before the viewer. No knowledge of the property and poor follow ups for feedback. After 3 months without a sale went to another agent and sold within a week. Definitely do NOT recommend Purplebricks, they take your money then have no incentive to make sure you get a sale. Avoid and pay the extra money for a proper estate agent rather than pay twice like we did.

18th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)I honestly couldn’t recommend Linzi highly enough! I met with five different estate agents before deciding who to go with, and Linzi stood out by far. I was advised to go with one of the bigger chains, but from the first meeting, Linzi felt so much more personable, genuine and honest. I immediately felt comfortable with her and knew I was making the right choice. My property sold within just 48 hours of going on the market, which was amazing in itself! I also asked if I could take my own photos for the listing, and Linzi was completely accommodating. Throughout the whole process, pretty much anything I asked for, she did everything she could to help. The sale became a little complicated along the way, but Linzi went above and beyond, including communicating with the solicitors and helping to keep everything moving. She was always approachable, helpful and reassuring, and I genuinely felt like she cared about getting the best outcome for me rather than just making a sale. Selling a property can be stressful, but having someone you trust makes such a difference. I’m so glad I went with Linzi rather than one of the larger chains. Five agents later, and there was absolutely no competition — Linzi was the best by far! Thank you so much for everything, Linzi. I really appreciate all your help and would 100% recommend you to anyone looking to sell their property!
3rd Sep 2026 (25 days ago)So we bought and sold through W/E and what a roller-coaster!<br>The process of buying a house in England remains an absolutely travesty of daftness with a huge life change dictated by most things out of your control. I think I may have aged throughout the process but James, Kess and Morgan has kept us on the rails and supported with clear communication and guidance throughout. I think I don't really like estate agents, but in truth to get a team of people that communicate well, support you through a process and possibly provide a level of fun when things are tricky is maybe what the world needs. I like this team. Would I recommend them - Yes!

5th Aug 2026 (8 weeks ago)One call undertook a complete refurbishment of my one bedroom flat - new kitchen, bathroom, lights, doors, plaster work, redecorating. Super reliable and high quality job pretty much on time (the heatwave slowed work a few days which is understandable). No nasty surprises when a couple of unavoidable issues popped up and I made a few new choices - I was always fully aware of cost and timetable. Highly recommended.

The service I have received has been outstanding and I am impressed with the “due diligence” they have undertaken. Giving the changing legislation affecting landlords, I feel confident that IW Estates will ensure compliance with the law. I also expect that my tenants will have confidence that issues arising with the property they are renting will be dealt with in a timely manner. My point of contact is Ellie Smith and she has been outstanding in terms of advising me, creating new tenancy agreements and meeting my tenants. I know that she is supported by others in IW Estates and my thanks go to them as well as to Ellie. In summary, in my view, a highly professional Company who do everything “by the book” and deserve to do well in the highly competitive lettings business.
