22nd Jul 2026 (22 days ago)The service I have received from Putterills has been outstanding, from the initial valuation through to the sale of my property. Adam and the staff have been so helpful and professional helping me throughout the process which I was dreading. They arranged viewings one Saturday and only 3 days later had a firm offer which I accepted and within 3 months contracts have been exchanged. Not only have the staff there dealt with selling my property but also helped me with correspondence from my solicitor and printing e.mails and forms which I am unable to do myself. I am so pleased with Putterills and would highly recommend them.
20th Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)Used Ashtons as was a prospective buyer of a property they marketed. Not so many issues with the office but the sales progression team were always quite slow to respond and could never get through to the assigned person to my case. Additionally used ashtons to sell my property and I feel compelled to share my deeply disappointing experience. The problems began immediately. The agency provided an initial valuation to secure our business in July, only to suggest a £25,000 price reduction after just one week, admitting there was no interest. Despite agreeing to the reduction, it did not correlate to an increase in activity which would lead to questions around marketing and resource as Ashtons list a lot of properties. By September, they had only managed to secure two viewings. We received absolutely no feedback from either of these viewings, despite requesting it, leaving us completely in the dark. Lastly thier fees are quite opaque and if youre new to selling read through everything very carefully. In the non flex fees there are baked in withdrawal fees that ensure ashtons get paid regardless if they sell or not. Which gives them little incentive to really push your property in my opinion. The alternative is you pay money up front to them to sell your property which is preposterous. Fundamentally all the agents use rightmove to market your property and that's where most people go to find houses. In summary: an inaccurate valuation, negligible effort, a complete lack of communication, and a devious fee structure designed to charge you even when they fail to perform.

19th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)talk the talk to get you in, but if you're a low value property they don't put much effort in. i got 0 feedback from the viewings i had. one time an agent didn't turn up and the viewer went home and didn't re book. poor communication in responding to emails. i felt like my property was low on their list of priorities. no chase up when the contract was coming to an end to see if i wanted to extend. when i said i was listing with another agent they didn't ask for feedback or try to keep my business.

Have to say that the guy did not come across as being very helpful and unlikely to use their services in going forwards and will take my business elsewhere.

From keeping me up to date with what is going on with the sale, solicitors to answering any and all questions I have had. Cannot recommend them enough, if I had to do this all again I would 100% pick Haart!

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.

5th Aug 2026 (8 days ago)One call undertook a complete refurbishment of my one bedroom flat - new kitchen, bathroom, lights, doors, plaster work, redecorating. Super reliable and high quality job pretty much on time (the heatwave slowed work a few days which is understandable). No nasty surprises when a couple of unavoidable issues popped up and I made a few new choices - I was always fully aware of cost and timetable. Highly recommended.

The service I have received has been outstanding and I am impressed with the “due diligence” they have undertaken. Giving the changing legislation affecting landlords, I feel confident that IW Estates will ensure compliance with the law. I also expect that my tenants will have confidence that issues arising with the property they are renting will be dealt with in a timely manner. My point of contact is Ellie Smith and she has been outstanding in terms of advising me, creating new tenancy agreements and meeting my tenants. I know that she is supported by others in IW Estates and my thanks go to them as well as to Ellie. In summary, in my view, a highly professional Company who do everything “by the book” and deserve to do well in the highly competitive lettings business.
