He always welcomed you into the office with a nice smile.<br>My daughter was in contact with him quite a lot as well and was very impressed with the way he communicated with us on the progress of the sale.<br>I would recommend Milburys every time.<br>Thank you for all your kindness and help especially Owen.<br><br>Margaret Bryan.

3rd Oct 2026 (27 days ago)My property was on the market over four months. But couldn't sell it. Price wasn't too high. Didn't have any viewings almost three months. Connells asked to reduced price three times and I was agreed. But they couldn't make many viewings. Only four viewings had and they asked to reduce price again I didn't agreed. Because that price wasn't too high. Couldn't sell my property with them. I am not happy about their overall service ??????
19th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)I recently sold my house through Ted George. Their fee was surprisingly reasonable compared with other agents in the area. I was very pleased with the photographs of my property. I also found them to be very accessible and quick to respond with regard to communication, whether by phone, email or texts. So I was kept fully informed during the process. Would I use them again? Yes, I would.

Kept in the loop with viewings and outcomes. Very useful feedback from potential buyers. Found the Street.co.uk app good. Would definitely use McFarlane Sales & Lettings again. Tim Stanley was excellent.

I immediately felt Helen was the right fit for me, she is very personable, professional and genuine. I could tell that any client would feel at ease when viewing the property with Helen and her team. The valuation Helen provided was spot on based on the current market. I liked how she saw the potential in the property whilst also being very realistic and not full of false promises and hot air. Once Helen found me a buyer the support she showed both myself and the buyer was nothing short of incredible. From the very outset all the way closing the deal and completing Helen has been a total gem and a pleasure to work with. Thank you very much Helen and all the Team at Stow.

They are the nicest people you could possibly deal with and i will recommend them above and beyond. When we eventually move again, one day, we will 100% be using them. Communication with Sam was good, however we did have a negative experience with her early on where she spoke to my other half and our mortgage advisor very rudely because we chose to move our survey to a different day.
