She managed the whole process through to exchange and completion, which ultimately happened on the same day.<br><br>It was a hugely stressful process, with some unexpected external challenges along the way, but Emily remained professional, calm and diplomatic at all times. Her communication was excellent, and she and her colleagues handled everything incredibly well.<br><br>We genuinely couldn’t have asked for more support. They were proactive in marketing the property, followed up consistently on potential interest, always appeared to be up to speed on latest developments, and kept us in the loop throughout. Following our acceptance of the offer, they continued to facilitate a smooth process right up to completion. It was good to have a confidence-inspiring team, who we felt we could trust to represent our interests in our sale.

23rd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I can't recommend Sawyers highly enough, and after many years as one of their tenants I say that from experience, not just politeness.<br><br>What sets them apart is the personal touch. This never feels like a faceless letting agency — Steven and Helio know their tenants and landlords, and they treat both fairly.<br><br>Steven is meticulous: safety checks are always done properly and on time, and you're never left chasing paperwork or wondering whether something's been covered — copies are always provided without having to ask.<br><br>Helio deserves a special mention of his own. He's super efficient, but it's the kindness and empathy alongside his good humour that make him stand out.<br><br>Although it's a rental property, Steven has always said it's our home while we live in it, and that's exactly how they've treated it. Reasonable requests and updates get properly advocated for.<br><br>When maintenance issues have come up, they've used local tradespeople who've been friendly, reliable, and done a genuinely good job.<br><br>I've had personal experience of Sawyers going the extra ‘many miles’ when it really mattered, at a time when that support meant more than they probably realised. They're kind, flexible whenever they're able to be, and I've never doubted that they care about their renters as people, not just tenancies to manage.<br><br>If you're weighing up a rental property and one of them is managed by Sawyers, choose that one. They will look after you and your home, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as a long-term, trusted letting agent.
27th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)We changed to Perry Bishop after being with another estate agent for 5 months and not having any viewings for 3 months.<br>We straight away had more viewings once we were with Perry Bishop and Mandy was amazing in finding us the perfect buyer for our house. Not only that, Shirley then found us our dream home, we honestly believe if we hadn't changed to Perry Bishop when we did , we would have struggled to sell our house and would have missed out on our dream property. A big thank you to Shirley, Mandy and team.

She is an excellent communicator and always kept us up to date and informed during the whole process.It was a pleasure having Jasmine as our estate agent. Communication was always kind and professional, and they were very patient with us as this was my partners first time renting and we had not done this process completely on our own before. They’ve always responded to any phone calls or emails quickly, and went above and beyond to help us move in as soon as possible. Everything we needed information on was already provided. They're professional, and their knowledge of the area is second-to-none.<br><br>We moved to Maxwell Douglas after a bad experience with another agent, and they had us re-listed with new photos taken within two days. We subsequently had an offer and sold the house with two weeks, after multiple viewings.<br><br>We had the pleasure of dealing with Andy, and Marc, and I'd have no problem recommending them to others thinking about selling, or buying, locally.<br><br>Thank you for everything!
