30th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)After nearly two years on the market, with a lot of viewings but no serious interest, we placed our property with Sheldon Bosley Knight and had a buyer within a matter of weeks. The property has now sold and completed and we could not be happier.
20th Mar 2026 (19 weeks ago)I wholeheartedly recommend Fine and Country to sell your property. My cottage, whilst beautiful was very niche and took a while to sell in this challenging market. Their marketing was second to none. The photos great and 360 video looked really professional. Clive, Helio and the support team were straight forward to work with and I trusted the advice they offered me. They made me feel I was client. Importantly, I always knew what was happening, they are proactive and genuinely on top of the details. My previous experience with other agents in the Stroud area was disappointing. They all had excellent skills in winning my business but lacked follow through once they had my property to market.
29th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)Had a house on sale through Perry Bishop Nailsworth. The property was on sale for 12 weeks, it did not sell, the photos were very underwhelming. During our 28 day notice period, we had no contact or viewings booked in. And then we had a circa £400 fee to pay for the poor 16 week service which was not well communicated. We also received threatening emails chasing this £400. Would avoid if possible.

She is an excellent communicator and always kept us up to date and informed during the whole process.It was a pleasure having Jasmine as our estate agent. In fact her colleagues at Naylor Powell, Daisy and Ruth were also brilliant. I would highly recommend Naylor Powell as an excellent and efficient estate agents

23rd Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Alice and Sarah supported us through our moving process, which was a longer time period than usual due to work on the property being done. Communication was always kind and professional, and they were very patient with us as this was my partners first time renting and we had not done this process completely on our own before. They’ve always responded to any phone calls or emails quickly, and went above and beyond to help us move in as soon as possible. Everything we needed information on was already provided. Would highly recommend to new or young renters as they always seem happy to help.

23rd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience with Mark David. After eight weeks on the market, we had just one viewing and very little communication or proactive marketing. When we asked why our property wasn’t selling, we were told it was because of Donald Trump and the current wars in the world, rather than being given any meaningful advice or strategy. We are now back to square one and have to find a new estate agent, yet we’re tied into our agreement until the end of July despite many of the things we were promised not being delivered. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend Mark David.
