20th Aug 2026 (28 days ago)Despite getting a buyer originally through them (before the chain fell apart), we were disappointed with the actual service sometimes. Absolutely terrible at answering their phones for hours at a time sometimes, and they started to ignore emails regularly as well after a while. Their selling fee is eye-watering and in my opinion does not need to be so high, especially when they arent even answering phones or emails. Their fee in 2017 was £1800 and it is now £3000 for the exact same package. This is not inflation, this is money grabbing. And if they tell you they have a list of buyers for you ready and waiting, I'd take this with a pinch of salt as they haven't - the people on this list will all come back to them to say they aren't looking any more. They then allowed our original buyer to pull out last minute with a rubbish excuse which caused a lot of issues and upset. I would no longer trust Bagshaws with selling in future.

Kev who showed me around went above and beyond and with my situation helped me feel confident and safe in my desision. Mark has been such a joy, really friendly and helpful. Nothing has been too much for the team. Their knowledge of the area and the personnel touch when I was unsure of what I needed to do next was outstanding. The property was a little gem and I would definitely used Savidge and Brown again and would recommend them in an instant. Thank you so much

It was so refreshing not to have to constantly chase for any news and they genuinely had my best interests at heart. From the get go Mike and Ginene offered their professional advice, supporting me through the difficult decisions I struggled to make.<br><br>The process continuing to flow in a peaceful direction by Nina’s exceptional support, bubbly and energetic in nature she kept all parties very well informed immediately on receipt to aid the progression of the sale. Donna was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the whole process, keeping me constantly updated and always making sure I knew what was happening. Her professionalism, knowledge and expertise were invaluable in navigating the potential issues that arose along the way. Donna was genuinely ‘on it’ the whole time and went above and beyond to keep everything moving and make what could have been a very stressful process so much easier. Although I hope I will never move again, if I were to do so, I would definitely use Freckleton Brown again. Thank you, Donna, for all your hard work and support.
