I would thoroughly recommend this agency and they would be my first call if I ever need to rent a property again. It was a total pleasure from start to finish! Special thanks to Emma Gerrett who was always on the other end of the phone with enthusiasm and swift responses. I also want to commend her for her silent and still way that she showed me properties, never filling the space with unnecessary chat but allowing the property to tell the story.

From start to finish, they were absolutely amazing during both the sale and purchase of our houses. Daisy was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive throughout what can be a very stressful process. Communication was excellent at every stage, we were always kept informed, nothing was ever too much trouble, and any questions were dealt with quickly and clearly. Wilson Thomas went above and beyond to make everything run as smoothly as possible, and their expertise and dedication really showed. We felt completely confident and looked after from day one. I reported a small leak on Friday evening, she replied instantly and had a contractor booked for the next Tuesday. Brilliant. We also have a great landlady. He arrived on time, was impeccably dressed and polite and also asked if it was ok and then removed his footwear as he entered my property…. What a gent ! He had obviously been working hard since I booked the appointment. I thought he would just turn up , look around and give a market “ guestemate ” !!!! He produced a dossier of other properties that were recently on the market, similar to mine and of what value they were on for and on what the initial selling price was and time periods of sale. So I could get a guide of the current market situation. He explained what Connells was all about and also future costs if I decided to go ahead with them , and put my property on the actual market. There was no pushyness, no sales pitch, just straight honest information, making me feel at ease in what can be a daunting situation. If you can’t decide what estate agent to choose, as there are quite a few in Weymouth. I would definitely suggest you give Connells a try. In my opinion 100% professional. Pleasure to meet you Paul. I have purchased and sold numerous properties over the years and their service was unsurpassed by other agents in the area. From the initial valuation, Rebecca was my contact and she immediately impressed me with her comprehensive knowledge of the local market and strategic approach. Her calm and clear demeanour was particularly impressive and I felt confident in her ability to assist me with my relocation. Throughout the process, she maintained a professional and communicative attitude. Rebecca fulfilled all her promises and I was able to complete the sale and purchase within two and a half months, a significant achievement in this competitive market. The key to their success was the constant communication and information provided at every stage from viewings to final negotiations. When a minor issue arose Rebecca handled it with composure to reassure me. I wholeheartedly recommend the team at Goadsby in Wimborne. 27th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!
