19th Aug 2026 (29 days ago)My late father's bungalow had been on the market for months with another local agent, which achieved only two viewings in all this time. Hearnes found the right buyer within a week and the move has completed. Superb service. Only agent to use in Ringwood in my opinion.

23rd Dec 2022 (3 years ago)I haven’t sold with them and I’ve had to chase them for every little thing. Very poor communication and now the market has taken a turn for the worse and I’m left unsold.
9th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)Paul and Stuart were both pleasant and knowledgeable, however the sales process was slow and lengthy with the sale finally going through at the third attempt, having endured two complete time wasters. I was disappointed that the selling price was much lower than the initial valuation and felt it was over estimated initially in order to successfully obtain the listing. That being said, it doesn't detract from the respect and tolerance afforded me by Adams & Rose.

Their help saved me a lot of trouble as I was a long distance seller. I would not hesitate to sell through them again as we achieved more than the asking price in a difficult market.

19th Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)We purchased a property through Lloyds in Lilliput. Julia was amazing. She was incredibly helpful, approachable, understanding, and very professional. Julia even went out of her way so my parents could look around the property prior to our completion to settle their curosity, and she was delightful and patient with my elderly father. She even went out of her way to help us with a legal aspect to speed us up on completion day. Even after we completed she kept in touch and genuinely seems to care about people.

11th Oct 2025 (11 mo. ago)I hadn’t heard of Stratton Oak Estates until contacting Getagent, and originally had them round only for a valuation. They were so professional and friendly and convinced me to give them a try. From start to finish they kept me fully informed of all viewings, and found a buyer very quickly. They have a very good online service to keep track of the sales progression, as well as regularly phoning and emailing. I have dealt with many Estate Agents over the years, but none have compared close to Stratton Oak Estates.Morton New - Sturminster

They took onboard my thoughts and ideas and the process was easy, straightforward with excellent communication throughout.- 1st Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)Emma at Chaffers has been amazing from start to finish. She supported my wife in securing a bungalow for her parents, who needed to relocate urgently to be closer for medical reasons, and she handled the whole process with genuine kindness and empathy.<br><br>She kept in touch every couple of days with updates, went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track, and was incredibly personable and easy to work with. Emma truly understood our family’s situation and made a stressful time feel so much more manageable.<br><br>We can’t recommend Emma at Chaffers highly enough. His efficient approach and excellent communication skills were a huge help and it made a very difficult situation much easier to cope with. His intervention at key point of the sale was invaluable in order to keep the process on track. Although I had limited communication with his team they were also very helpful and responsive. I therefore have no hesitation in recommending Winkworth Mudeford Estate Agents.

After being messed around with slow comms and cancelled on last minute multiple times by a popular letting agent in Poole for a flat we really wanted, we messaged LYH to view a flat in the same building and had a response on WhatsApp straight away + out of office hours. Viewing was arranged in a day’s time, and the experience was great from viewing to communication that followed. Really appreciated the speediness, personal approach and genuineness!

19th Aug 2026 (29 days ago)I’ve been wanting to write this for a while but didn’t have the words. We moved into our property around 2.5 years ago which was sold to us via Connells in Shaftesbury. The mortage advisor Millie was brilliant, however as first time buyers I feel like the team really played on that. We had arranged to get a survey done of the house we intended to buy and one of the agents called us up to pressure us into not doing one as the buyers wanted to move. Telling us that because the “bank had agreed with the price of the house there was no need”. I now know this was a lie, the house has had issue after issue. From electrics and piping that isn’t up to standard and would of been flagged. Purposely hiding cut out carpet with furniture and so much more like hiding mould. I’m not sure if you record your phone calls but as a classified vulnerable customer I feel incredibly let down. We will probably never be able to move from this house because we can’t afford the costs. So if they try to convince you to not get a survey by claiming the bank agreeing to the amount is the same thing, please ignore them. It’s taken me so long to write this because I’ve been embarrassed but I also know they preyed on us being young and me being autistic and ‘guilible’.

He kept us updated every step of the way, was always available to answer any questions, and made the whole process feel much less stressful than we expected.<br><br>He was friendly, professional, and thorough throughout. Whenever we needed to talk something through, he was always at the end of the phone and took the time to explain everything clearly. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.<br><br>Josh managed to find us a fantastic mortgage deal and kept everything moving smoothly from beginning to end. Buying and selling a house can be incredibly stressful, but he put us at ease and made the whole experience as painless as possible.<br><br>He is a real credit to Austin and Wyatt / Countrywide, and we wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future. We would happily recommend Josh to anyone looking for mortgage advice. ?????
