7th Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)I had a good experience working with the team at Richard Godsell. The market for the property was limited as it was a retirement flat so we had few viewings however it sold after a few months, marginally less than advertised but for an acceptable sum. I would consider the original valuation to be accurate. Communication with the agent was good and while the sale took longer than expected due to legal complications, the agent did a really good job of keeping the buyer, who we were at risk of losing, placated through a difficult period.

3rd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)Terrible experience and a complete waste of time. How RUDE is that, AVOID AT ALL COST as they cannot be trusted. I stayed in all morning waiting for the Estate Agent to arrive but she arrived late. She was not able to help as she wanted to put my Cottage on the market for approx £100,000 less than its true value. Also it was £110,000 less than I was offered 4 years ago but the buyers chain collapsed.

1st May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Highly recommended. Matthew is a genuinely lovely man with a depth of knowledge around property and pricing. All through our purchase and sale him , Aimee and Tracey responded to any queries we had as quickly as they could and were a pleasure to deal with. If you are looking to buy, I would refer to them as my first choice.

They were extremely professional from the outset, put us at complete ease and made the whole experience a pleasure in what can be an extremely stressful time. They were completely transparent and the line of communication was kept open along the way with constant updates throughout. Would highly recommend if you’re looking to sell or buy a property!
23rd Dec 2022 (3 years ago)I haven’t sold with them and I’ve had to chase them for every little thing. Very poor communication and now the market has taken a turn for the worse and I’m left unsold.

They make the experience massively easier. Both showed a high level of knowledge, professionalism and friendliness. I would absolutely recommend them, if I could put 6/5 stars I would

25th Feb 2026 (16 weeks ago)They did what I am paying them to do and they remained patient and helpful. They were sometimes let down by lack of feedback from customers which is not their fault. A long process but got there in the end amd thanks to everyone there????????????????????????

26th Aug 2025 (9 mo. ago)This is the second time I have used Direct Moves to sell a property..The properties on both occasions have sold within a week????This is down to them having the right clients available to view, the correct pricing of the property and when in their office a friendly and professional atmosphere..Thank you Barry and the team

22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We saw a property we liked in ferndown and offered. Our offer was not accepted outright without giving us a chance to rethink the offer like the other agents did.emails back and forth no use. Saw the property had gone for a mere £1000 above our offer. The agent who showed us the property had already decided it was not to be given to us for some strange reason so I am not surprised. Also promised to keep their “ear on the ground “ to let us know if any other property came by in that area. Never heard from them again! Probably they have more clients they exclusively like to cater to so didn’t bother to with us. The property was a lovely one though so happy for whoever got it. But a big thumbs down for this estate agent unless you are one of those kind they wish to cater to. Helena

They were always willing to answer questions and made everything feel straightforward. Communication was excellent from start to finish. I was kept well informed at every stage, and any queries I had were dealt with promptly and clearly. It really made a difference knowing I could rely on them to keep me updated. Overall, a professional and supportive service that I would definitely recommend.

After the other agents agreement ended we went straight to Ben and he sold it within 3 days. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Our whole process has taken some time, Nick has been very patient with us and has always been happy to help. Even though we didn't end up using Winkworth, Nick was very understanding and wished us luck. Would very recommend Winkworth Mudeford as the whole team were very friendly and always helped when they could.

I particularly appreciated his genuine and authentic approach which is a rare find amongst your other “high street” agents. Realistic and sound advice, he really knows and understands the market. We felt our property genuinely mattered to him and for that reason we would come back to Lloyd Young homes again and again.

Sarah was incredibly accommodating when arranging viewings and was always happy to answer our questions. She provided all the information we needed throughout the process, helping to make what could have been a stressful experience much smoother. She also recommended a local solicitor who was excellent and played a big part in ensuring the purchase progressed efficiently. As first-time buyers, we really appreciated Sarah’s professionalism, responsiveness, and support from start to finish. We would highly recommend Sarah and the team at Danehurst to anyone looking and selling/buying!

While the details of the purchase ended up being a bit tricky, as someone who was working on behalf of the seller, Matt surprised us by how available, honest, genuine, and helpful he was to us, the buyers.
