Steve was so helpful and carried out the appointment viewing of the property himself. The paperwork was completed and processed by the team in an efficient manner and the property was available to be moved in within a couple of weeks, once checks were carried out. I would totally recommend them as a reliable, trustworthy agent to deal with and we cannot thank you enough for the help you gave.

21st May 2024 (10 weeks ago)Utter waste of time!! Will never use this estate agents agen!! Basically do the job for them and pay them! I asked branch manager to sort some issues I had and he didn’t after agreeing and then went on annual leave. I was on holiday and then had emails with ultimatum with deadline due to providing id and proof of address (3rd party who is through Paul Dubberley or recommended through them) end of the day the estate agents sort the sale of my property and these don’t want to do the work behind the scenes!! Lost a customer took keys back and took down immediately! Even another agent who works there freely said themselves that is below par and unacceptable also another issue before had with proof of address which never got sorted regarding uploading id which had to be Live Photos and then tested to see if met standards took ages to complete wasted hours of time as every time the page errored and had to restart! SHAMBLES KEEP CLEAR! Much better out there guys

If considering Selling/Purchasing or Letting then please do consider them as I have had the pleasant experience of working with them.

My special thanks to Elisha who started the whole process she's everywhere to help with smiles every time, and also to Eleano. They're great. Prompt paperwork. I will use Paul Dubberley again and will confidently recommend them. Anyone who wish to get a house of his or her choice should ring Paul Dubberley and ask of Elisha and co.

22nd Apr 2024 (14 weeks ago)Katie the area valuer was very approachable, very knowledgeable, very punctual and goes above & beyond call of duty. After visiting the office all staff extremely friendly. Josh our internal contact always returns call & keeps you up to date on all aspects. Would highly recommend this office.

She has been very helpful and also professional both in how she shows houses and also her aftercare, following putting in ann offer, through to it being accepted. Any questions are answered promptly. She has shown skills that sometimes have been lacking in other, even more experienced estate agents we have had dealings with previously.

Thieving clowns, very very very deceitful - 1 lie after the other. Should be investigated not fit to be a housing agent. Can never get through to them to fix issues with the property only concerned about taking money monthly. Stay away !!!!!!. I would give them a minus 100000 rating if I could

23rd Jul 2024 (4 days ago)Called office to book a viewing on a flat and Paul answered the phone he was very kind and accepted us to view the property out of working hours, he arrived early at the property and very nicely showed the property and explained clearly the process of buying the property as we are First Time Buyer and we didn't known what is the process.
