23rd Apr 2024 (26 days ago)Beware! These have to be the worst estate agents you can use! Don’t respond to problems, rude staff. And be prepared for them to try take your deposit, advice if you need to use these cowboys, take photos of when you move in and when you move out.

She has been very helpful and also professional both in how she shows houses and also her aftercare, following putting in ann offer, through to it being accepted. Any questions are answered promptly. She has shown skills that sometimes have been lacking in other, even more experienced estate agents we have had dealings with previously.

Adam will work very hard for you and will always get back to you when you have any questions as will Cheryl. We cannot fault their professionalism. We highly recommend these.

Jodie Bowater has been our point of contact and was there for both viewings/sorting out everything with our offer. Cant thank Jodie enough for everything so far, she is very professional and helpful and works quick which is great. Also not pushy at all which is great when it comes to viewing houses.

Thieving clowns, very very very deceitful - 1 lie after the other. Should be investigated not fit to be a housing agent. Can never get through to them to fix issues with the property only concerned about taking money monthly. Stay away !!!!!!. I would give them a minus 100000 rating if I could

7th May 2024 (12 days ago)I think that we have the record for Phil’s lengthiest case! That said, none of this was of Foresters making- rather buyers further down the chain. We had the most patient buyer for our lovely late mother’s bungalow and, after nearly 2 1/2 years , we have finally completed. Phil patiently and calmly guided us through the whole process. His efforts to ‘chase down the line’ were above and beyond. He communicated each step clearly, was a great sounding block, showed empathy and understanding of our situation and is to be applauded for his tenacity. As a family we have used Foresters several times over the years and indeed Mike Fordham was instrumental in selling our family home when Mum decided to finally downsize. It is fitting that Foresters take credit for completing the last sale. Phil was our main point of contact, but everyone in the office knew us, were appraised of our situation and always offered advice, passing on messages which were promptly actioned. They say that undertaking a house sale is one of the most stressful things to face in life and I wouldn’t disagree. As an executor I wanted to represent my siblings to the best of my ability. Phil quietly lead us through the process and eventually we achieved our goal. Thank you Foresters, especially Phil, and we wish our buyer every happiness in their new home.
