The purchase was a tricky one and she went above and beyond to help every step of the way and got us over the line and into our new home! Would definitely recommend them.

26th Oct 2024 (21 weeks ago)My wife and I had YourMove Perton out to value our property. In the end, we opted to go with Connells. Since our has has been on the market with Connells Wolverhampton, we’ve had several people come to view our house, telling us that the YourMove estate agents in Perton had told them negative and disparaging things about our house - seemingly in an attempt to put people off buying our property - as they have a similarly priced and very comparable property literally around the corner / one street away from ours. The ‘icing on the cake’ is finding out that the lady who was meant to be buying our house has now bought theirs instead - on the same day. When my wife rang up to tell them that three separate people had told us about the comments YourMove Perton had made about our house, we were told that they doubt anyone in their branch would do such a thing - so are they suggesting we are lying? It doesn’t speak very positively about their business and professionalism when they have to insult and criticise other local houses, in a desperate bid to secure a sale on the three bedroom semi of theirs that they are selling. Professionalism is non-existent. Although, it makes it more amusing that after they valued ours, they were practically begging us to list with them! But suddenly, they’re putting off every potential buyer of a three bedroom semi in the Bilbrook/Codsal area of our property. Highly unethical, immoral and unprofessional - you should be ashamed.

However, communication of our sale performance during the marketing period could have been better. If you decide to change your mind about a sale she will be rude and send a rude email. Disgusting of a person to speak to with all the years experience you would never know that from her third class approach and communication skills. Real disgrace to the branch.

From the outset they were professional, honest and had our best interests at heart. They were totally committed to providing us with up to date information and support when the interests in our home both rose and fell. They gave us realistic advice regarding pricing and promoting of the property and maintained a healthy and robust contact policy with us. At all times the staff were courteous and engaging and supportive up until the point of sale. We would have no hesitation in recommending Bartlams if you wish to ride upon the selling your home merry go round in the near future

Their staff are in the same mould. There was always a friendly voice at the end of the phone to deal with our queries. We found their charge rates to be very competitive.- 2nd Mar 2025 (19 days ago)This is the first time I have sold a house and I can really say that Taylors estate agents in Brierley Hill have been fantastic. The valuation was spot on and they certainly know what is going on in the sales market. They did the viewings for me and I was informed who was viewing and when, they always contacted me the day after the viewing with feedback. I would recommend them as I think they give a great service and are value for money.

20th May 2024 (10 mo. ago)BP Auctions have been anything BUT easy to work with. We’ve been chasing for updates on the sale of our property for weeks with no response. Every time we manage to speak to someone on the phone, we’re promised a call back that never happens. No one responds via email, and the whole process has been painfully slow from start to finish.
22nd Feb 2025 (27 days ago)I was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail from this estate agent. A local rental listing has been copied almost word-for-word from when the property was previously marketed for sale, including references to "buyers" and "freehold," which are irrelevant to a rental. This suggests a lack of due diligence, particularly for an agency that promotes itself as offering a "bespoke" service. If they are unwilling to update basic property details, it raises concerns about the level of care they provide to both landlords and tenants. Review rating increased and amended to reflect proactive changes made by the estate agent to rectify their error.
