I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

I got keys quickly and when I brought up a few issues with Natasha once settled in, she got on it straight away. The first man didn't show after I spoke to him but she chased other contractors and got all my issues sorted with in a couple of weeks. Im happy and can't thank her enough, thanks again Natasha and her team at Cottons.

I would have no hesitation in recommending them. As this was the first time buying and selling a property with them, any concerns I had were responded to instantly. However, communication of our sale performance during the marketing period could have been better. We had to call them on occasions to get an update of any interest, a simple call to us every few weeks would have been useful. Otherwise a fantastic service from Taylor’s
