Iain and Sean are so personable, in fact the admin team were amazing as well, Caroline and Elizabeth were great at communicating. All of them worked so hard with our solicitors to ensure a succesful sale. Would highly recommend, and if we ever move again we would 100% use these guys (although I cannot imagine wanting to move as Hunters helped us purchase our perfect home and also sold our old house too)

Advice given whenever asked for, and always replied to questions. Looked after all the house viewings, and followed up after each viewing. Once an offer was accepted Michael Graham then chased this through, with other Agents in the chain, solicitors and my buyer. They also helped with finding a solicitor and remover. Many thanks. Stuart

Wendy dealt with my sale which was complex and drawn out but she did so with professionalism, patience, positivity and perseverance throughout. She regularly went over and beyond, dealing with the various challenges my sale presented promptly and proactively. I cannot thank her enough. She is brilliant and the company are lovely to deal with.

8th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)Hunters were a complete failure. Communication was non existent. We spent time getting our home read for a video and they just did not bother to show up. They were rude and unprofessional. Do yourself a favour and pick a different agent.

When I moved in to the property it was fully refurbished to an excellent standard. One time during winter I had a problem with my boiler with no heating for a few days. I made one call to 1st Choice and Mark dropped off some electric heaters, untill we got it fixed through Mear's. Anyone looking for property to rent then I would definatley recommend 1st Choice.

They were able to take us through a very long new sale and we’re not only friendly but very professional too . Both Sue and Kieran were always there either on the phone or via email . Whatever we asked of them they always came back the same day . We always felt assured that they were making sure things stayed in track . We would highly recommend them to anyone. If we dare we’re to move again we would not hesitate to use Penrose .Thank you so much !!!
