From the very beginning, the team was professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Buying a house can be a stressful process, but they made everything much smoother with their excellent communication and support throughout. A special thank you to Caroline, who went above and beyond to assist us at every stage. Her dedication, patience, and prompt responses kept us informed and reassured throughout the purchase. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her positive attitude made a real difference during what can often be a challenging journey. She was incredibly patient and diligent with all our questions and foibles and soothing worries and concerns during the process. I will also say this care followed post purchase as well when we needed some fast support on various services and questions .. she was absolutely outstanding above and beyond.

Naz was always available to answer my questions and responded to my emails promptly, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Sarah made my ID verification process so much easier, which meant I didn’t have to travel back and forth from London. That was a huge help, especially with my busy work schedule. Everyone i dealt with was great - the agents that showed me round were always super helpful and honest. The purchase was complicated by the unfortunately poor health of the seller - Kyrena in particular was so instrumental in helping to get the sale completed and helping me to apply pressure to my solicitor, who often seemed oblivious to the urgency of the situation. So thank you Kyrena and thank you everyone at TWGaze!

They had done nothing up until that point and still stayed relatively mute whilst the sale went through! Was not impressed at all with their customer services. Would not recommend!

From start to finish, the entire process was managed with professionalism and care. Matt did an outstanding job with the photography; his eye for detail is exceptional. He clearly takes great pride in his work and goes the extra mile to ensure the property is presented in the best possible light. Tracy managed our sale and after-sales process, and she was truly exceptional. She was always on top of everything, consistently keeping all parties informed and ensuring communication was prompt and clear. Her efficiency made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-organised. Having used another agency for a separate property sale, we can confidently say that Fenn Wright stands out as the best. We would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

We found the property that we really wanted and, although at the time it was already sold, Jade assured us that if anything changed she would 100% make it happen for us and we are now living in our dream home! Could not recommend Jade high enough. The personal touch you will almost definitely not find anywhere else

He made the effort to arrange all of my viewings back-to-back on the same day, which has made a huge difference.<br><br>Carson responds promptly, clearly explains the process, and takes action incredibly quickly. His efficiency, professionalism, and willingness to help have been invaluable throughout the process. He has been an absolute godsend, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

All aspects of the process of buying and selling were dealt with knowledgeably, helpfully and with great care and attention. Matters were dealt with promptly and questions answered fully no matter how many times they were asked. We were indeed fortunate to have such an excellent team working for us. They come highly recommended!
