23rd Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Jacob has been the most helpful and patient estate agent we've had the pleasure of dealing with, and believe me, there's been quite a few! Jacob understood exactly the type of property we were looking for from our the first meeting. He suggested multiple properties that matched our criteria and were available for viewings, making our experience so much easier because we didn't have to spend hours trawling through properties sites anymore. He was able to book the viewings at times that suited our needs and accomidated our every request. If you're looking for an estate agent that will make your property search easy and stress free, look no further.
28th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)enquired on a shared ownership property, their advert states its available to purchase with a 5% deposit. And still does currently, this isn't the case as you can never buy a 100% share of the property there are limited lenders who would provide a mortgage and they all require a 10% deposit along with the fees. I had mortgage appointments and was told that it was available with a 5% deposit, was given figures and applied for a mortgage in principal. I was then told that the only option was now a 10% deposit, once i said i couldn't do the 10% deposit contact seized to exist. I have called Kings Lynn branch and Hunstanton branch multiple times and only been able to leave a voicemail with no call back, wrote an email of complaint and was told that the mortgage advisor would be in contact 3 weeks ago. I am still yet to receive a call or an email, i wrote another email of complaint a week ago now and have still had no response. If nothing could be done which i understand, then i would expect at the very least an apology for wasting my time. or an explanation as to why they have continued to advertise the property as being available to buy with a 5% deposit when it is not. I have tried mortgage companies elsewhere and been told the same response about the property only being available to purchase with a 10% deposit as you can never fully own the property. don't waste your time and look at other estate agents, unless you like being ignored or lied to.- 3rd Jun 2026 (11 days ago)I cannot praise Kyrena, Rosie and Lee high enough for all of their support and understanding whilst selling my dads house. Due to sad circumstances, we had to sell the property and we couldnt have had better service. Thank you all so very much.

Although my purchase has fallen through due to unexpected works needed at the property, I felt supported throughout.

But I still feel I have to comment on how professional all the team were that helped us they couldnt have been more supportive. Rebecca Jade Stuart and Connor were always on hand to answer any questions about any queries we had I would highly recommend them as Estate Agents and there professionalism.

When viewing our property, Millie greeted us with professionalism but genuine interest in what we would like from the house. We had communicated throughout the purchase and no matter the question - big or small they were there to help. A big shout out to Clare Clarke for being amazing, always available if we needed her, very polite and helpful - nothing was ever a bother for her! I couldn’t recommend Starking & Watson enough!

Viewings were carried out in a friendly non-pushy manner. Information provided when asked for. Particular thanks go to Maddi Leverett who was simply wonderful to deal with. Their communication was outstanding, and they replied so quickly that I always felt fully informed and on top of every stage of the process. The photography was excellent and really showcased my property at its best. Their fees were also the most competitive compared with other agents I considered, offering fantastic value for money. I was recommended to use them by family members, and the service exceeded all my expectations. Best of all, my house sold within just three days. The whole team delivered a first-class service, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell.
