20th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)Don't bother to clean up too much, no matter how hard you try they will still charge you hundreds of pounds. After living at one of their properties for just 6 months, I handed over the house as clean as I got it but they still charged me £560 for deep cleaning. Very disappointed I DON'T RECOMMEND IT!

We really appreciated the fact that there was always someone to talk to and answer queries. Lovely to have such personal service. Very good value for the fees. He took the time to explain everything clearly and kept me updated throughout the process, which made the whole experience much less stressful. Aston was always quick to respond and went above and beyond to make sure everything progressed smoothly. I really appreciated his support and expertise, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

She has been absolute brilliant in our search for our new home, always available to answer queries even when they seem trivial, provides quick and clear responses and is so friendly.

Emerson handled all of our many viewings and was always patient, informative and professional throughout providing us with information on properties and also the local area. Unlike many agents (fire and forget) Emerson built a personal relationship and kept in touch through out our search which was really appreciated. Thanks for all of his help.

I was shown round the house I purchased by Elisha who was very helpful we were not rushed and let us in on a few occasions. When I phoned the agency my call was answered and any questions I had were answered quickly or within the same day.
14th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)It was a pleasure meeting with Izzy when she carried out the routine inspection- 16th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)I was not empressed with the behavour of the rep that i was speaking too regardsto my sitution being unwell and on benefits/Pip soon as i mention that there was a change in tone and behavour like i wasnt worth a look in, also my viewing was on the bunglow behide the eastanglia house next to fenman pub, i was suppose meet martina who wasnt there at said time, so some guy turn up by name called Ian whom showed no id, i had no commucation of the change so i known and also the new changes in renting rights fail here with this estate agents regards to everyone whom have a booking to view a property should be able to see the property and have a chance to apply regardless to there sitution. To which i was able to but in the manner of his voice and tone you could tell i wasnt welcome and by the way conversation was going you could also tell that i wouldnt be treated fair. Then i was kind being push to view different property to which i was not interested in. So i was emformed by email corraspondence that landlord declined to adverse credit thou it was sorted but still declined. So even thou you had given the information you still dont get treated well. I feel alot of change needs to happen regards to realising that what ever a person sitution, given it was beon there control. Youre still treated unfairly. I will state this to council when they ask me why i chose not to contact estate agents regards to homes for rent. Its a shame thou im a loyal tenant and payments for rent is completed on time and no issues so pitty there some snobs out there.

5th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)**Update** After changing to another estate agent after Connells, we soon came back to them to relist our property within 4 weeks after realising the grass is most definitely not greener! We had a buyer within a couple of months and a smooth sale that has just completed! Thank you again to all, especially Jacob who did many viewings at our house! And of course Jason, I will miss our Wednesday catch ups (laughs!??????) Thank you all!**<br><br>Even though we didn’t end up selling our property with Connells (the chain sadly fell through — no fault of theirs!), I just want to say the biggest thank you to Jason, Ollie, and Anna. They were amazing from start to finish — nothing was ever too much trouble. Any changes I asked for, like new photos or price tweaks, were done straight away. The weekly Wednesday catch-ups with Jason were always so reassuring, and even when the chain collapsed, they carried on doing everything they could to help. We’re so grateful for all their hard work, kindness, and positivity throughout the whole process. Truly a fantastic team who really care about their clients!
