She has been absolute brilliant in our search for our new home, always available to answer queries even when they seem trivial, provides quick and clear responses and is so friendly.

We received strong viewings from the beginning and the estate agents always followed up and provided useful feedback from these. When we did receive an offer, the agents kept me fully informed throughout the process and down the chain. The agents were particularly helpful to us as we lived a long way from the area. We are pleased to say that exchange on the house took place yesterday and we are so grateful for the support we received from Jade and her team. Would definitely recommend William H Briwn in North Walsham!!

26th May 2026 (19 days ago)Took my lunch break early today and went to a house viewing with my husband and parents, showed up and the house was marked as sold, no one to be seen. Called up the office, who advised they haven’t even got the keys, and can’t do a viewing at all! Dodged a bullet there: if you can’t organise a viewing, you certainly can’t co-ordinate a house sale!
10th Jun 2026 (4 days ago)£200 valuation fee!!! We first looked at going with shires to sell our property as they had a house we was set on purchasing made sense we went with them. We was told that there was certain things they could do to get us said house ,but we need to get on the market ASAP, We signed contract thinking that as with any contract we would have a 14 day cooling off period, so after lots of promises we where then told the property had sold which gave us some breathing space to take a step back and shop about ,we were offered a fantastic rate and was given amazing service from another agent. We informed shires we would like to terminate our contract within the 14 days cooling off period , they took this news badly, even bad mouthing other agents saying they can't do what we can ect ect ,seemed to take it personally, We was then sent a Bill for just over £200 for a valuation fee which was in small print My point being there is no cooling off period without excessive charges so just beware ,and of underhand tactics

The house was handed over in great condition, and any minor maintenance queries I've had were handled quickly. She gives me annual advice on raising the rent. When I change tenants which is thankfully seldom she finds highly suitable tenants and takes care of all the viewings and paperwork. I am very pleased with her service.

We were purchasing a home for my elderly parents, which came with a number of considerations and emotions that made the process a little more complex than usual. Amy took the time to genuinely understand our circumstances and navigated everything with kindness, patience and professionalism. What stood out most was her ability to balance empathy with action. She was sensitive to our situation, endlessly helpful and always one step ahead. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she never left us waiting for answers or updates. Throughout the entire process, we felt completely supported and in very capable hands. Buying a home can be stressful, but Amy made it feel manageable from start to finish. The advertisement of our property was excellent which produced a load of viewings,that were all expertly handled by the team. Regular updates were given on the vieeings etc and it was always easy to get hold of a team member for questions or advice. Would definitely recommend Aspire.excellent service and value for money.

The property was part of a three?party probate, so the process took longer than usual, but the team were amazing throughout. They followed up with solicitors before we even had to ask and kept us updated at every stage. On completion day they went above and beyond to make everything smooth. The whole team were accommodating, supportive, and made us feel at ease the whole way through. Each person we engaged with from the office was incredibly professional and gave great advice and support, metaphorically holding our hands through the process. Stand out mentions in particular to Joe, Nicola and Matthew who always went above and beyond in looking after us and we also appreciated all the help from Morgan and Chelsea with viewings. They had regular check-ins and updates with us and they were always contactable and responsive to messages and questions which we really valued. Very pleased with the whole process and would highly recommend them.

She helped me secure a house in less than 2 weeks and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
