19th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)Excellent service from a team with great local knowledge. We received strong viewings from the beginning and the estate agents always followed up and provided useful feedback from these. When we did receive an offer, the agents kept me fully informed throughout the process and down the chain. The agents were particularly helpful to us as we lived a long way from the area. We are pleased to say that exchange on the house took place yesterday and we are so grateful for the support we received from Jade and her team. Would definitely recommend William H Briwn in North Walsham!!

From start to finish we were impressed with the professionalism of Christian Money - he understands the industry and is customer focused. Our contact throughout the selling process was Tracey. I will miss our calls and meetings! I came to really appreciate how hard she worked on the behalf of both us as the seller and indeed the buyer to make the process as uncomplicated as possible. I was kept up to date at all times, with a sale being reached very quickly. I would thoroughly recommend Whittley Parish to anyone who has a property to sell.

I am now living happily in my new home due to him..thank you Toby. Toby is a very friendly, approachable & professional person. 3rd Jul 2026 (30 days ago)I had an overwhelming positive experience with Harvey Robinson in St Neots. They came to see if they could assist with a property I was trying to sell as an executor. The previous agents had been given well over a year to find a viable buyer, with at that stage no positive outcome.<br><br>I found Grant and his team to be extremely professional and genuinely keen to help me sell the property. They explained things in a straightforward way and without any waffle.<br><br>I was extremely confident they would find me a buyer at a good price. Unfortunately for Harvey Robinson, the previous agent came up with a buyer who had viewed the property previously and was now in a position to proceed, albeit at a much lower price. However, due to circumstances I had to accept this low offer. I am fully confident had Harvey Robinson been given a shot at marketing they would have been able to achieve an asking price offer, but time wasn't on my side and I had others invested in selling the house.<br><br>What impressed me so much subsequent to this offer, was Harvey Robinson's continually presence and reassurance had the sale not proceeded (the previous agent had given me two other sales that fell through and various unviable offers, so odds weren't looking great for this one). Grant and his team were fully ready to step in at a moment's notice. Despite knowing I had a buyer they still produced a quality brochure, advised potential buyers and called me regularly to get updates.<br><br>I felt sure had they achieved a sale, any buyer would have been thoroughly qualified and the sale progressed rigorously.<br><br>I almost wish I had another house to sell in St Neots to give them a chance to actually earn some commission from me!<br><br>In the meantime, Grant, Kye and the rest of the team, keep up the good work!!

24th Jul 2026 (9 days ago)Thomas Morris are great to rent from, can’t speak as a landlord but as a tenant they ensured I was well looked after during my tenancy and afterwards regarding my deposit.<br><br>Sue who did my inspections was wonderful and Sheetal who handled my check out/deposit was also very helpful.

We had a few problems (not caused by them) and they did all the work for us to iron out the problems and ensure that the sale went through. I cannot recommend them highly enough and great value for money too :) We will definitely use them again.

Its so nice to have an estate agent who can answer your questions and give you ideas about the potential of a property especially as we were viewing ones that needed some tlc. She is real credit to the company.

She helped me secure a house in less than 2 weeks and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Kelsey was incredibly responsive, communicated exceptionally well, answered every question thoroughly (even the dumb ones), and made sure every need was taken care of from start to finish. Her professionalism and dedication truly stood out to me, and it made me want to go through this particular letting agency. To be quite honest, she deserves a promotion! Highly recommend working with her. 10/10!!!
