This was a for sure reason in this property being second guessed by us prior to choosing. It never seemed to be a priority for them to meet us and make us feel welcome.

4th Sep 2026 (14 days ago)My wife and I had an absolutely amazing experience with Money Properties, with a big mention going to Tracey!<br><br>We attempted to sell our house back in 2024, as we were emigrating to Canada, but the market was in a terrible state and we were unable to secure a buyer. Money Properties helped us rent out house out for 12 months until such time that we tried to sell it again. Once it went back on the market, Money Properties worked tirelessly to eventually get us a buyer.<br><br>Even though we were abroad, nothing was too much trouble for Tracey and her team - I would thoroughly recommend buying / selling with Money Properties!!! They went above and beyond to show me a property I was interested in, and made the necessary arrangements to secure it for me quickly. Michelle answered all of my specific questions about the property, and she went out of her way to make sure I had all the information I needed prior to signing the lease. She is the best! The process was smooth, and I am excited to be a tenant in the U.K!

We didn't have the easiest journey (no fault of theirs) with a few difficult buyers but we got there in the end. Constant communication and updates and every member of the team are friendly, helpful and polite. Would recommend!

He was willing to spend more time than strictly necessary helping me with his knowledge of the area (the housing market but also house clearance options) and to recommend rival firms as being more suitable to our needs. A very straightforward, professional and kind man and I would thoroughly recommend him.

Gary, James and the whole team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish and did an excellent job of selling our house.<br><br>They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent, and we were always kept up to date, which made what can be a very stressful time feel so much easier.<br><br>A special mention has to go to the photographer. The quality of the photographs was outstanding and really showcased our home beautifully. The presentation of the property made such a difference and we were really impressed with how the house was marketed.<br><br>Gary, James and their team genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and were always on hand whenever we needed them. As a first-time buyer, I didn’t always know how everything worked but Sarah was happy to answer my questions and explain things clearly. I never had to wait long for a response, which made the whole process much less stressful.

Alex not only helped us find the right mortgage for our circumstances, but also gave us some really helpful advice with the negotiation. In the end, we managed to agree the purchase for £12,000 less than we were originally prepared to pay!<br><br>What impressed us most was that Alex genuinely wanted to help us, not just arrange the mortgage. He was honest, approachable and always happy to explain things or give advice when we needed it.<br><br>We are now getting close to exchange and couldn’t be happier with how everything has gone.
