7th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Mr. Colin McKenzie, the Abbotfox Norwich office Branch manager/partner was most helpful to me. He knew the market well and ,quoted me the correct price for the property so I got offers quickly. It was a vacant property for some time and he connected me with an insurance agent that carried insurance on vacant properties, which on my own, I would have never been able to. He was prompt, and took photos of my place in less than 24 hours to expedite the listing of the property. He was diligent and fast, and arranged for the cleaning crew so the property could be shown asap. Later on, there were some obstacles with the gas meter installation etc, he went above and beyond and researched the different suppliers of the gas meters and installation and arranged for them to do the testing. He spent a lot of time on my little property. . He also had a very agile mind and formulated different scenarios and the pros and cons of each action taken, so that I could come to an easy and logical decision. He was very kind and understood my situation and the urgency of selling the property . Even when the buyer had difficult demands, Colin never gave up encouraging me to soldier on, and now today, the sale was completed and I am very happy and grateful to Colin.

We were fortunate to work with them on both the sale of our current property and the purchase of a new home, and the process was seamless on both counts. Their communication was excellent, and the team's friendly and knowledgeable approach made the experience stress-free. They were diligent in keeping us updated throughout, which was invaluable given the complexities of buying and selling simultaneously. We couldn't have asked for a better service and highly recommend Arnold Keys to anyone considering buying or selling a property.

Have been doing our mortgage deals with Chris for years. The rest of the team at sales are also great to work with, very professional and are currently handling our house sale.
1st May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Avoid this agency at all costs if you value honesty or professional courtesy. We traveled York to Ipswich for a viewing confirmed for 12:00 PM, only to be met with a staggering level of incompetence and gaslighting. After we arrived at 11:55 AM and were told over the phone that the agent was 'five minutes away,' we waited until 12:15 PM, only for the story to completely change. They then claimed they had cancelled the appointment because of a 'missed call' that morning—a call that was never made and was never followed by a text or email. To tell us they were on their way and then pivot to a fabricated cancellation story ten minutes later is peak unprofessionalism. No email, no text, and absolutely no apology for the massive waste of our time and fuel. Extremely rude and disorganized staff.This agency is dishonest, and clearly has no respect for their clients’ lives or commitments.- 16th Mar 2026 (13 weeks ago)As we have just now exchanged and completed on our house sale we thought it was high time to leave a review for W H Brown East. In particular we would like to give a special mention to Manager Tanya who has without question simply gone above and beyond. Nothing has ever been to much trouble and she has always kept us updated of where we were at in the process even when the Solicitors at times did not. She is an excellent communicator and negotiator and it is not hard to see why she is the Manager. Tanya truly is a superb Estate Agent and one that we would highly recommend. We would at the same time like to give special mention to her team of Ryan Lilley and Jay. They are always so helpful, professional and positive. Ryan is a very polite and bright young man who will go far we are sure. We would once again thank and praise Tanya and team for all they have done which has enabled us to start a wonderful new chapter in our life. Thank you all and we really are so truly grateful.
9th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We were very very disappointed by the firm that Ollie recommended ,it was so bad that after 5 months we were in a situation of not owning my late mums home and had no money transfered so very very annoyed ,disappointed,and angry with Your Move Beccles ...the experience has led us as a large family to avoid using this company again ..also Ive noticed the nice new office near Normanston Drive so someone is making a rather large profit !!!

They were incredibly understanding of the challenges we faced in finding a landlord willing to accept a tenant receiving benefits. Throughout the process, they were supportive, respectful, and non-discriminatory, something we unfortunately did not experience with some other agents in the area. A special thanks to Andrew, who was our main point of contact. Your understanding and compassionate approach was truly refreshing.

Lizzy in particular did an amazing job to keep on top of things due to a protracted conveyancing process which was out of our control. Without her assistance we'd probably still not have completed, so we're very grateful to her and the team in Attleborough.

Amaan went above and beyond with not only our mortgage but the entire moving process. He made such an effort to ensure we got the best deal and was always on hand to answer our questions. He stayed in touch with us throughout the process and even helped with chasing others and keep things progressing. We have used a previous advisor before and the experience and level of service was just incomparable. Amaan was 10/10 and we’ll never use anyone else.
