She contacted me weekly to keep me updated and actioned everything in a timely manner. She even visited on the moving day to gift a moving in box and emailed a week later to check I had settled in. Could not fault the office - an excellent service at all times. 100% recommend Watton branch, but especially Erin. Thank you.

11th Jul 2026 (22 days ago)I did not sell with them I removed my property because in 10 weeks they got me two viewings and another who didn’t show. I had two emails from them during the whole time. Very disappointed and as for you, the fact you think I’d sold through them tells be enough!

5th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)I found the whole experience wonderful all the staff where brilliant and so helpful they couldn't do enough for you each member of staff where so good and helpful it didn't matter how many times you phoned or went in they didn't mind Claudio was brilliant Ella showed all my viewers round and was brilliant Ryan was always there answering questions paul and peter where there to help I found the whole experience very rewarding and would reccomend the yaxley branch to anyone the experience of moving is so stressful but they all made easier everyone in the office couldn't do enough for and to make the experiance as easy as possible we got there in the end thanks to all the staff at yaxley

Winkworth were really quick to come and provide a valuation and book in pictures. They were really helpful in advising a sale price and sold my home within a week. During the sale they have also been really quick to respond to queries and kept me updated about chain progress. All the staff have been really friendly and helpful which made the experience even more positive. I highly recommend the fantastic service that Winkworth provide. They contacted me to arrange several viewings and confirmed these when made. They have a lot of local info. They sold my house in a fairly short time in my opinion. Overall their service was excellent.

We had 6 other local estate agents come over to value the house and Steve was the only one who seemed so friendly, professional and genuinely wanted to help. He talked us through the valuation and listened to our opinions too. The fee - We liked that Steve offered a competitive percentage based on the final sale price. Steve organised a fantastic videographer and photographer to take photos and videos of our house and the final results were stunning!! He also provided a 360 tour of our property too. Our house sold in less than 2 weeks! We had some ups and downs between selling and competition (no fault of Steve or ours) and Steve was there every step of the way! Our sale completed within 10 weeks which is super quick (thanks to our amazing solicitors and Steve’s fantastic work ethic) Always quick and easy to contact Steve via phone call or what’s app. We are so pleased we chose next level properties and we highly recommend! Thank you Steve! You are a legend!

I have not enough words to thank him for the personalised approach and sense of urgency he worked with whilst we navigated a huge change. The day the property was put on the market, a tenant was confirmed on the very same day. Could completely switch off from the letting side of things and get on with other pressing matters.
