They went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, and they even stayed overtime past their regular hours just to hand over my keys.Thank you so much to the team for doing their absolute best to help me! I highly recommend them.

16th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)Was dealt the worst tenancy of my life through Lifestyle Property.
Within 3 weeks of living at the flat we were burgled, front door was taken off the wall so we had no choice but to phone the landlord and was told we ‘ruined his Sunday evening’.
The property made us all severely sick for months at the result of black mould. We had doctors notes and the landlord disregarded all proof that the mould was a result of poor insulation. Adam and the management team at Lifestyle property were reluctant to help in anyway, Adam asked us to send him evidence of the flat and instead of giving advice, he ignored emails and decided he no longer wanted to help.
Useless estate agents and I would advise anyone to stay away from Lifestyle property, especially if the landlord is Lee Poppy.
1st Oct 2026 (5 weeks ago)Extremely unpleasant lady on the phone. I phoned for assistance or guidance because the second leaf of the door in my building wouldn’t unlock for the delivery of a big item. Her tone quickly turned annoyed despite my best attempts to explain the issue, treating me like an idiot who can’t use my fob when the matter I raised had absolutely nothing to do with it.
She then grumbled that the office is closing soon (which is a fair point but it isn’t like I had any control on the time of the delivery when it occurred). She ended up telling me to raise a complaint the next morning and hung up without even a goodbye.
I appreciate that as the reception/admin person, she cannot provide assistance but it is her unprofessional attitude and rude tone that are simply not acceptable.

I have been very impressed with the way they communicated with me before and after each viewing. I have received the feedback from the potential buyer soon after the viewing and was kept updated from the start to the end.

I have been working in maintenance since 1996.
Never seen a worse maintenance company than Strettons.
I have no words to describe how we the residents of Onslow Parade N14 5JN feel.
Come and judge for yourself before considering to buy or rent a property where this company is involved.
Now obviously they are going to reply that they do as much as possible etc .
Which is rubbish!
We are their customer and we are the people entitled to give them a honest good or bad review.

The lack of communication from this company is unbelievably furthermore when there is communication is with demands and ultimatums.

10th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)We had been with Greenlands for almost 3 years, they have been very good landlords/agents. Any requests were immediately acted upon, fixing things were very quick. They are respectful of your space - no surprise visits and they always ask for your confirmation. I really like that they manage properties locally so their office is super close to the properties. They are very responsive with the emails, repair requests, questions - anything you need. We got the deposits back really quickly as well. Thank you Will very much for taking care of us!
15th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)This is by far the best renting agency I have dealt with. From the initial viewing right through to moving out, the team was absolutely brilliant. They were always responsive, sorted any queries quickly, and handled all the documentation seamlessly. It is rare to find an agency that genuinely cares throughout the entire journey. I would definitely use them again! Highly recommend for all.

We only met twice, the property was vacant, personal insults! He was updated more than fully on multiple long emails etc. The market at this time was peak interest rates. I mentioned with regards to the saturation of the market on flats as well and with regards to the price, but he had bought high as is mostly the case and didnt want to lose money on the property and drop. He eventually did drop to the figure I mentioned with another agent and it was not at the same price. It was not 6 weeks, I noticed it when looking for comparables. It came off with me October 2024, it was remarketed and completed September 2025, 1 year later, this comment left June 2026!!They were not fictitious viewings. I was not evasive I talked how the market is whether a vendor wishes to hear this or not. Personal insults! They noticed all the awards on the outside of the shop and the website. Lowest rated from those with grudges, please read the answers below from those few reviews like that. Companies use companies that block low reviews and only then upload the higher reviews to Google, I dont. I have no issue if people want to leave reviews, freedom of speech, but at least let them be factual/correct and not with personal insults, I expect more/better , in this case from his line of employment he works in. Shirt not tucked in, that then gets tucked in, is this relative, food! I lost 3 stone, even though I was told I looked ok, a personal choice to be healthier.

Your offers were going up in increments over a 1 month period.
The property was sold to someone else, as there were other interested parties, that you were aware of, and these buyers came in with immediate offers at acceptable figures soon after viewing. You were coming and going at times and mentioning other properties in the area, which i presume you were also looking at. I gave replies to your emails as to why the lower offers were not acceptable to the owner. The owner took time coming back as mentioned at the time. If you had offered the correct required figure from day one, you had a better chance of securing the property. I have staff members. But like other companies i do undertake viewings but sales progress all sales. I have over 30 years of experience and have sold 1000s of properties to exchange and completion with an exceptionally high conversation rate with all manor of issues, some vendors have even commented that no other agent would have got their sale through, as i sale proceed in a certain way. I have been on Barking road E16 for over 18 years. Good luck with your search.

I gave an expert insight into these types of properties which are blocks of flats with deck access, of which the lenders will also require the % of owner occupiers and take into account re-saleability. The service charges are also high, due to lifts and the concierge, these are predominately for cash buyers, but at certain prices as mentioned. I was marketing at a price that was requested. The housing association i work with declined to purchase. Offers were received, but as mentioned ,when they applied for mortgages there is every possibility they would be declined. I gave 3 other examples of blocks in the area, whereby purchasers had tried multiple brokers but with no joy and unfortunately this was the same in this instance and they were declined due to the above points. Cash buyers at this time, were few and far between and would look at other types of properties to purchase. Feedback was supplied, i handed the keys back politely. I can appreciate it is frustrating with these types of properties and i only wish lenders would be more flexible.
