5th May 2026 (23 days ago)The lift in our building has been out of service since mid-January - it is now May, over 3.5 months later. I live on the top floor. In that time, I have called and messaged the management agent roughly once a month. The responses have consistently been either “it will take another few months” or “we don’t know.” As of last week, they told me the contractor has only just begun ordering parts - with no estimated repair date. At no point has there been proactive communication to tenants. Every update I received, I had to chase. For what should be a standard building repair, the lack of urgency and transparency has been really poor. It’s worth noting that a lift outage of this length isn’t just an inconvenience - for elderly or disabled residents, it can be genuinely serious. That alone should warrant more urgency than has been shown here. Three and a half months without a working lift (and still no answer) is not acceptable property management.

23rd Sep 2019 (6 years ago)Harry helped us sell above our expected sales expectation and kept us updated during the listings. Was a pleasure to list with them and worth the slightly higher listing commission than some other cheaper agents that may not have had the same results. Will use again.
25th Sep 2019 (6 years ago)This estate agent was worse than useless, very rude and slow. Messed me about with the house I was supposed to buy and move into and was I chargeed £2,500 before they could take the property off the market. Then the sitting tenant refused to move out and it took over 6 months get our money back and only achieved this by report ing them to the Property Ombudman. Lost close to £ 3,000 in findin g an alternative property to buy and had to take them to court. Now they have movrd from their Orsett road premises after they got expelled from the property ombufsman membership and are nowhere to be found... BeEWARE AND DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL

They are not refunding a deposit and finding unrealistic excuses not to refund the deposit. I won't recommend anyone to work for the company. Very very bad experience.

He was always available to chat, never made us feel like a nuisance, and his advice was spot on every time. It’s rare to find an agent who is this invested in their clients. He and his lovely colleague Liz pushed our sale over the line when things got tough, and we are now happily settled in a home we love.
