22nd Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Terrible experience with Olav and Edwards Estate Agents and I would discourage from using their services. I had a viewing of a property with Olav and put an offer for the asking price on 11/11/24. After 3 days waiting, contacted Olav again, who mentioned that landlady was busy due to her work and he asked to put in an email the issues I identified and requesting as part of the offer (minor decoration issues, change broken sink, property deep clean and removing the mattress and we would take our own). Just after 7 minutes, Olav replied "Just heard back from the Landlord that she cannot move the bed". Nothing regarding the offer or any of the other issues mentioned. Following week, after not hearing anything from Olav, I contacted him again to know if there was any update. He got very distressed with me calling again and at the end of the conversation he said, literally, "do not contact me again until I heard back from the landlady". Up to today I have not heard back from Olav to apologize or give any update.

15th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)Lords Estates came highly recommended to me by a number of people who have bought and sold property via Lords, so I didn't hesitate to sell through them. I was so grateful for the personal touch they offer, keeping me informed all the way and having my best interests at heart. They made sure that I was happy with proceedings at every stage, only giving me advice when I asked. After the sale went live, I was bombarded with letters from other Estate Agents, which only confirmed to me even more that I had made the right choice! It seems that even Solicitors are impressed by the dedication and care which Lords Estate offer their clients, which speaks volumes in their favour. I was also pleasantly surprised at the fee they charge, especially considering all the work they've done on my behalf. I have already recommended them further and can only wish the company further success!
14th Jul 2021 (4 years ago)Throughout my 2.5 year tenancy I was so glad to have Dawn and Gabriella as property manager. Their responsiveness and professionalism were really great. They directly helped with every little issues and made me feel comfortable from the beginning when I moved in from abroad, through lockdown until checkout. I cannot recommend them enough!

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. William in particular was highly responsive to our emails and calls, keeping us updated each step, chasing legal parties on our behalf. William had great empathy towards our personal situation and we felt that he went above and beyond to make the sale happen within our timeframe for us. Highly recommended from us!
5th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)Initially, when I first checked in, I had a terrible experience as the flat was not cleaned/prepared for my arrival up to the standard expected at all. However, Mubashir worked with me to solve all the issues, was super helpful and responsive and ensured that all issues were resolved on time. Since he took over, communication has been handled appropriately and it's been a pleasant experience so far
26th May 2026 (2 days ago)Avoid renting through Anthony Martin if you value peace, safety, or professionalism. A neighbouring property they manage has been the source of ongoing anti-social behaviour, including suspected drug use, excessive noise late into the night, and extremely loud music that can be heard throughout surrounding homes. The situation has had a serious impact on nearby residents, including children being exposed to inappropriate behaviour and language. What was most disappointing was the apparent lack of concern when these issues were reported. Rather than taking complaints seriously or showing empathy toward affected neighbours, the response came across as dismissive and uncaring. Estate agents have a responsibility not only to landlords and tenants, but also to the wider community affected by the properties they manage. In my experience, Anthony Martin failed to handle these concerns appropriately. I would strongly recommend others think carefully before dealing with this agency.

14th Aug 2020 (5 years ago)The most shocking thing they did was entering my flat 3 times without a previouse arrangement or any notice. The last time when I broke the lease with them was when I woke up with a man in my flat! . The repairs took so many emails and phone calls to be done. When I left the home they charged me 300 pounds for light bulbs that was not working when I moved in. I had to rise a legal compliant to get my money back and I got it back! It’s a nightmare to be a tenant with them

7th Feb 2026 (16 weeks ago)Really happy with K&O Estates. I moved to them after a bad experience with a previous agent where the tenants left my flat in a terrible state. K&O Estates were recommended by a friend and they honestly took all the stress away. They managed the full renovation at a competitive price, sorted all the certificates, and got everything done quickly. They also found a new tenant very fast, who already seems much better than the last. Would definitely recommend.
