From arranging our viewings through to having our offer accepted, he has been friendly, helpful and responsive throughout and has kept us updated at each stage. Led by Laura and Will, Andy Griffin and Aaron Dreelan have always been consistently notable for their calm advice and determination to see every transaction through to a successful conclusion. This could not be achieved without the dedication of their support staff. They are, individually and collectively, deserving of high praise and many thanks.
1st Sep 2025 (1 year ago)From the initial valuation visit with Charlotte through to the handling of viewing appointments at the sales office , everything was extremely efficient. The online portal is really useful and always up to date. Charlotte was very personable and took some great photos of the house .All the staff we dealt with at the office were very helpful , Jade kept us informed at all times and dealt with our offer situation really well. I would definitely recommend.

Also thanks to both Jack and James covering some of the viewings as well, all of which were extremely helpful and kept us up to date on the progress of these. Many thanks to Michelle who helped get the sale sorted through to completion. Again kept me well up to date, professional and helpful. Great team at Bayzos, they came well recommended to me and I would highly recommend them to others!<br>Thank you again!

She kept me up to date and was very accommodating when I asked for any additional information.<br><br>Although there were several delays with the buyers side on my previous property, Krishnaa remained calm and professional and even passed on my apologies to the vendor as I was very conscious my side was holding up the completion.<br><br>We got there finally and I am very happy in my new home and would recommend Krishnaa and the team at Sell My Home for sure, thank you all
6th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)We sold our house to the owners parents and now working for Martin and Co Solihull. After 7 months, in which we had spent large amount on a survey of a house we wanted to buy, legal fees and searches, his parents arranged a private sale on a bungalow at a point we were due to complete. Utterly disgraceful and underhand. No contact from Carl Heming and absolutely no apology for the mess he has left us in. What disgraceful practice. Formal complaint being made to investigate ‘conflict of interest’ and now talking to our solicitors about formal legal action. Hemming now working for Martin and Co Solihull who have also provided wesk customer service. We do NOT recommend Carl Hemming in any way.

27th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this estate agency.<br><br>Firstly, the lady who was supposed to show us the property arrived 20 minutes late, which was completely unprofessional and showed a lack of respect for our time.<br><br>To make matters worse, there was no lighting in the property, meaning we could barely see anything during the viewing. We were expected to look around the house using a phone flashlight, which is absolutely ridiculous! How can anyone properly view a property or make an informed decision about buying a house when they cannot even see it?<br><br>This is something the agency should have checked and sorted out before arranging viewings. It is their responsibility to ensure that potential buyers can actually see the property they are being shown.<br><br>On top of that, when we asked the agent basic questions about the property, she couldn’t answer them and appeared to know very little about the house she was showing us.<br><br>Overall, the entire experience was a complete waste of our time and very disappointing. I would expect much better standards from a professional estate agency.
