1st Sep 2025 (1 year ago)From the initial valuation visit with Charlotte through to the handling of viewing appointments at the sales office , everything was extremely efficient. The online portal is really useful and always up to date. Charlotte was very personable and took some great photos of the house .All the staff we dealt with at the office were very helpful , Jade kept us informed at all times and dealt with our offer situation really well. I would definitely recommend.

23rd Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)Apparently they have a criteria to communicate back with you or not. After filling the application form for a rental house and sending your sensitive details and chasing them more than 4 times for couple of weeks expect no emails back. Waste of time, stay away.

Suzanne and her team were highly professional, very responsive, and communicated very quickly and effectively at all stages. A What’sApp group involving me plus all the key staff meant that we all knew what was happening regarding viewings, offers and contract conclusions. The staff is a small, knowledgeable team, and they are clearly all invested in doing the best for their clients.<br>Suzanne understood what was important to us, and this meant her guidance on price and on potential buyers was spot-on.<br>So I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again .

6th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)We sold our house to the owners parents and now working for Martin and Co Solihull. After 7 months, in which we had spent large amount on a survey of a house we wanted to buy, legal fees and searches, his parents arranged a private sale on a bungalow at a point we were due to complete. Utterly disgraceful and underhand. No contact from Carl Heming and absolutely no apology for the mess he has left us in. What disgraceful practice. Formal complaint being made to investigate ‘conflict of interest’ and now talking to our solicitors about formal legal action. Hemming now working for Martin and Co Solihull who have also provided wesk customer service. We do NOT recommend Carl Hemming in any way.

1st Sep 2026 (13 days ago)Richard and Molly handled the sale of my property and the service they provided was outstanding - great communication throughout the whole process and when some issues appeared (unrelated to their performance), they provided guidance in a calm, reassuring and professional manner. They are both approachable and easy talk to.<br><br>The conveyancing solicitor they recommended was very good too.<br><br>I would absolutely recommend YourDreamPad and I would use their services again.<br><br>Thank you again Richard and Molly, I couldn't have received a better service.
