16th Jan 2026 (16 weeks ago)Godfrey & Barr , (and in particular Barbara & Jonathan) were brilliant at helping us sell our property in what was (and still is it would appear) a particularly difficult housing market last year! Their advice, patience, professionalism, overall support and willingness to get things done was exemplary and very much appreciated... I can't recommend them, (or thank them), enough as the well established, knowledgeable local agents they are to able to help you also sell your property!...

10th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Would avoid this agency. I let my property out with them for nearly 5 years, and I'm still waiting in January for the final month's rent to be paid back to me from the tenant leaving in mid-November last year. On top of that the tenant left the flat in a complete state and I'm yet to receive any deposit money back to compensate. Calls/emails to the agency are being ignored.

They are extremely helpful and professional also always available to answer a call or in person questions and help the best that they can. We have established a great relationship with them where I have total trust in their advice and help. It has really been an easy ride having Varosi as my letting agents. Thanks Freddie

They helped me secure a property that was genuinely the best option I came across after three weeks of active searching, and the whole process with them was smooth, efficient, and properly handled from start to finish. They were quick to respond, communication was excellent, and everything was done by the book, which gave me real peace of mind. I also felt genuinely cared for as a tenant, which is rare with letting agencies. When my life plans changed, they were understanding and made what could have been a stressful situation feel simple and manageable. I am really grateful for their support and would happily recommend them and the agency they work for!

We are extremely unhappy with the handling of our deposit; they have failed to provide a clear timeframe for its return and we feel exploited by their lack of transparency. Communication has been incredibly poor throughout this process. It is frustrating to be left in the dark when it involves your own money. I strongly urge anyone considering their services to think twice before moving forward with them. The only positive note I can share is my appreciation for a former staff member, Rana. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and a pleasure to work with, but unfortunately, the current management and processes fall far short of that standard.
