Due to personal circumstances the process was not the easiest and there was a lot of pressure on Home Connexions from the other side of the chain. Karen handled this impeccably which helped everything fall in to place. We are so happy with our new home so big thank you to everyone involved!
3rd Nov 2023 (2 years ago)(While the company did finally provide compensation, it's important to note that I still experienced a significant opportunity cost as a result of their actions.) It has undeniably been the most regrettable experience of my lifetime, dealing with a solicitor team that exhibited a severe lack of professionalism and courtesy. Initially, I placed my trust in them based on their positive Google reviews, which now appear to be misleading and have led to significant frustration and inconvenience on my part. The solicitor in question was Shari, who astonishingly took a full year to complete the anti-money laundering check, despite my having submitted all required documents promptly. To compound matters, she repeatedly requested the same information, leading to redundant submissions. Regrettably, she ceased all communication, failing to respond to both my emails and those from the seller's side. My attempts to reach her went unanswered for two months until she seemingly disappeared without a trace. I was dismayed to find myself in such a predicament. In desperation, I enlisted the assistance of the estate agent, who contacted Joni, the National Head of Conveyancing. However, this interaction proved to be equally disheartening, as Joni not only displayed a lack of professionalism but also declined to provide any insight into the unilateral breach of contract, responding in a profane manner. I strongly advise against engaging with this company. As a result of their inefficiency, my funds remained in limbo within my bank account, as I had initially believed they could promptly resolve their business matters. Consequently, I have incurred substantial financial losses due to the failure of Simpson & Marwick to deliver on their commitments.

Not ideal - feel like they had too much work to handle mine at the time. Would have fathered they had just said they were too busy than wait too I was stressed and lost out on buyers.

14th May 2026 (10 days ago)Firstly, I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Cullerton and his team for such a speedy sale of our house. Mr. Cullerton takes such time to get to know you and your property, he was very friendly, approachable and made you feel taken care of. Somewhere in his literature it talks about a "personalised service" and my goodness that is exactly what you get and you feel it. Greig and the others at Cullerton's too including Mr. Cullerton himself were so speedy and diligent in keeping us informed and were on the ball every step of the way without having to be prompted and I never had to chase them for anything. Also he is amazingly good at getting you quite a price for your property that I am confident will be considerably over what you feel it will sell for. Cullertons is also a one stop shop for your property needs, I would suggest you do not look any further if this is what you are looking for because you have already found it! Thank you again Mr. Cullerton and to Greig and team!

From the first meeting, I knew this was the right choice due to Scott's professionalism, knowledge and being really down to earth. We were unsure when we would actually put the house on the market due to us not finding anything to begin with, but Scott kept in touch with us and as soon as we were ready, he organised everything super quick and the house was on the market that week once all sorted! Our house sold within a week and this was down to Scotts work and Marc being amazing with the viewings. The communication has been next to none with constant updates and being available for any of my questions. Dealing with Scott and the team (Marc & Leanne) has been a fantastic experience and not at all stressful (as people tell you selling a home is!). Can't recommend them enough!
