The Woman we dealt with who we believe is possibly a partner repeatedly didn’t find answers to our questions, it seemed as if it were a constant battle throughout, she also came across false and over the top. As far as the owner of the company goes one meeting was enough for us. Occasionally we spoke with other employees who were always friendly and efficient, shame the same can’t be said for management.
22nd Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)Deans have been great through the whole buying and selling process. Staff have been helpful through every step. As an NHS staff member they offered a discount on fees which has been great. Have no complaints only positive experiences.

From communication through the entire process, arranging the home report and photographs, and the negotiations with our buyer I cannot recommend them enough. My property was on the market for 7 days before we exceeded the expected offer. Highly recommend, Rob & Karen brilliant.

From the first conversation, Colin’s expertise and local knowledge helped my selling experience a lot, especially having not been based in the area myself. My property went from listed to sold in 9 days, which is a credit to Colin’s work. It is a shame i’m not in the local area as i would most certainly use Amazing Results again.

11th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)Not great - would not use again. Did nothing to find interested parties in first few weeks until I had to call a senior team member to complain... Not ideal - feel like they had too much work to handle mine at the time. Would have fathered they had just said they were too busy than wait too I was stressed and lost out on buyers.

This is our second time in 3 years using their services for two very stressful house moves. Lynsey dealt with everything so efficiently and explained everything clearly. Had since de first contact a very friendly and helpfull attitude i recommend this company, for sure and will be, in the future, my estate agent if I need it again and I will recommend to any friend or family who needs a house.
24th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)Zone Letting have managed my rental property in Edinburgh for the past 8 years and I can thoroughly recommend them! The few tenant changeovers I've had have always been managed professionally and carefully with Zone Letting covering all aspects of relisting, tenant reference checks and landlord obligations etc. Any maintenance issues reported by the tenants are communicated to me immediately by Zone's property managers, and any repairs needed are carried out to a high standard of workmanship. Employees at Zone are easy to communicate with, efficient and friendly and always more than willing to go that extra mile to ensure all parties are getting the best letting property service possible.

From my first meeting with Lewis Hunter and my early contact with Suzie Steenkamp, I felt completely at ease and confident moving forward. A special mention goes to Rhonda Gunn, my Property Sales Negotiator, who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She communicated with me quickly and consistently—often daily—and always kept me fully updated. Thanks to the team’s hard work, I had a high number of viewings and even received an early offer. 25th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)Very Very poor, trying to search properties in Berwick ONLY and 1 miles radius, and properties come up from all over the area, Foulden to Holy Island. Very frustrating. Tried to search about 10 times, couldn't find the one I was interested in so gave up. Will go with another estate agent. ??
