15th Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)I wasn't overly impressed by the estate agent. While they were upfront about the market and the difficulty in selling, I don't believe they were actively engaged in the marketing of the property. While presence for viewings, I felt that the agent showing lack knowledge of the properly and area with the owners really providing the viewing. When recieving an offer, there was an underlying pressure to accept a bid which was well below our expectations and only through our push back we were able to get a more satisfactory offer. Something I don't think we could have got with the guidance of the estate agent
20th Apr 2026 (14 days ago)In a difficult market for leasehold flats, Felicity J. Lord did a good job of advertising our flat at price point that eventually enabled us to achieve our objective. It was a long process but our agent (Alex Lawrence) helped to keep the chain together and see it through the end.
29th Apr 2026 (5 days ago)The only issue we had was the poor service from a 3rd party supplier to arrange for the photographs and floor plan, the latter was consistently wrong and ended with me having to take a floor plan into the office

We had a very smooth purchase process because of his professional attitude and his capability to manage the relationship between us and our new home developer. It has been a pleasure liaising with him. Will recommend Caddingtons and Arthur to anyone looking for a home in London!

They are quick to resolve issues, have been very supportive and transparent through the renting process. As first time renters in London, could not have asked for a better agency to work with.
