He’s always been really helpful and made sure we received all the regular services we were meant to such as boilers services.<br><br>The couple of times we had a minor issue he was quick to sort it out and always checked in to make sure this was resolved. He is really easy to deal with and genuinely couldn’t have been more helpful.<br><br>Would definitely recommend Jonathan to anyone looking for a great estate agent!

Kieren was professional, friendly and helpful from start to finish, making the whole buying process feel much easier and less stressful.<br><br>Communication was always clear, and I really appreciated how approachable and supportive he was whenever I needed assistance or had questions.<br><br>I’m very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend Kieren and the Countrywide Glasgow team to anyone buying or selling a property. Thank you for helping make such an important milestone a positive experience!

24th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)I can’t recommend Jason and the team at Harbor property highly enough. We have worked with Jason a few times over the years and most recently he sold our family home as well as an investment property on our behalf.<br>From a sellers point of view, Jason goes above and beyond to maximise your sale. He’s an expert in his field and is highly knowledgeable on current market conditions, he was able to advise us throughout the entire process. We gained an impressive 15% above home report and I believe this was down to Hadons knowledge and amazing negotiation skills.<br>The office staff at Harbor are incredible and work hard to market your property, follow on leads and are very professional with potential buyers. Everything ran like clockwork.<br>The media team were amazing and provided incredible marketing material, again they went above and beyond. They visited my property twice, daytime and at night to capture contrasting shots.<br><br>Selling houses is stressful but this team take the stress away, keep you informed and work hard to sell your property. 13th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)Rettie were by far the most unhelpful agents possible. I had an issue with the radiator which I kept asking them about and they refused to help for over 3 weeks in the depths of winter! I had to buy a heated blanket. Then there was a gas issue which they never told us about which we had to get sorted ourselves. Finally, upon leaving the property, Rettie decided to claim there was a stain on the bed underside and deducted a huge amount of deposit even though the stain was there originally. I would never ever use Rettie again!
3rd Sep 2026 (11 days ago)Cairn have been managing my property for two years now since September 2024. From the outset they have been extremely helpful, willing and professional in all our dealings. They have looked after everything including the marketing and letting to tenants, dealing with care and maintenance and with ensuring compliance with all necessary safety standards and certification, all being done with thorough efficiency. And with care for our tenants. I have no hesitation in recommending Cairn to owners and to prospective tenants. Thank you Cairn; here's to many more years.

3rd Sep 2026 (11 days ago)This company’s signage is literally a red flag.<br><br>Take note - and if you know what’s good for you - run.<br><br>If you’re a prospective tenant, don’t just take my advice… read the pages and pages of reviews of this company from other people who have been put through hell by these people.<br><br>Junior lettings staff - who was given the responsibility by her management when she was 5 minutes in the door with zero experience to remotely manage a full electrical rewire of the flat I was due to move into, at the tail end of Covid. The electrics were malfunctioning, the walls were destroyed, the carpets were destroyed and every other general maintenance issue that was supposed to be taken care of before I moved in, she failed on. Then she went of a campaign of emotional manipulation in an attempt to wear me out when I was trying to have her take responsibility, admit fault and fix the damage. She didn’t admit fault. She didn’t apologise. She didn’t fix anything.<br><br>I fixed everything myself - walls, floors, kitchen units, fireplace. I spent thousands of pounds doing so.<br><br>I should also add that the flat was on the market with no valid electric safety certificate and only after it was advertised, had people view, and a deposit paid and a let agreed did this junior notice that the EICR certificate (and others) had expired.<br><br>Not only was there no proper due diligence on my move in, there was no proper due diligence when the previous tenants moved out.<br><br>Sloppy, at best.<br><br>Director of Property Management-. This vile excuse for a woman took no responsibility, never apologised, never picked up the phone, never fixed anything and threatened my tenancy.<br><br>head of customer service - this vile excuse for a man - never picked up the phone, mishandled my formal complaint, took absolutely no responsibility for the problems they had created, admitted no fault, harassed me in the process, never resolved anything, and gave me no option but to seek compensation via a tribunal.<br><br>The case had so many items to be heard that it took 3 hearing, over 2 years.<br><br>As soon as the case was over, DJ Alexander sent me a notice to leave - citing that the landlord wanted to move a family member in.<br><br>This was a lie. The flat was back on the market less than 4 weeks after I moved out, with one of their red flags in the front garden.<br><br>For those who have read this far - also take note that they have a boiler plate response on negative google reviews suggesting that we reach out to customer service with our complaints - trying to look like they care.<br><br>4 years of my life absolutely ruined by people who’s egos will not allow them so just say, sorry - I was wrong - let’s fix things.- 31st Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Transaction not concluded at time of review, but it seems to be going well.

A very friendly and approachable person. I hope his work ethic and client centred approach is appreciated internally as it is externally.<br><br>I had a horrible experience with another estate agent and spoke to Allan for some advice, and even though I ended up changing my mind about selling, Allan was more than happy to help me with any questions I had. I truly felt supported and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Allan to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We filled the form in (my husband's work union offered this service) which we sent off and received an email back quickly to arrange a teams call with Jennifer then we got posted out drafts to sign and send back. We literally didn't need to do anything! Great service and very quick. Made a daunting subject a lot easier than we imagined. Thanks again! ??????
9th Sep 2026 (5 days ago)From the first time the valuer met with me at the property till the sale completion date I was treated as if I were their only client. At every step in the process I was kept informed of progress with almost daily updates. Once the flat was sold and the date of completion delayed they told me not to worry about their fees.<br>I cannot recommend the staff at this branch enough for their professionalism.
24th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I can wholeheartedly recommend the team at Yates Hellier. From the start Ross explained the whole process very clearly and put my mind at ease. I chose Yates Hellier as I was impressed with their promises of a more personal touch than the larger West End estate agents and they did not disappoint. Ross and Lisa were very easy to deal with . They were in constant communication with updates and viewings. The whole process from marketing to viewings went incredibly smoothly. Even when my initial buyer pulled out at the last minute, Ross and Lisa swooped into action and found another buyer in a matter of hours! Ross and Lisa dealt with all aspects of selling my flat and clearly know their stuff. They were highly professional, kept in constant touch and we sold our flat for a price we were delighted with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Shona always kept us up to date with progress and their Online portal system is fantastic. If I was doing it again they would be my first choice. I thoroughly recommend Pacitti Jones Dennistoun.

Responsive, communicative and incredibly helpful. Coming from another country I had a lot of questions that were probably stupid but she was friendly and patient about all of them.
