They provided us with lots of help and guidance to make things run smoothly and all this was made available by a very helpful lady called Anna Thomson who works at countrywide. 29th May 2026 (16 days ago)From the moment we had our property valued we knew we wanted to go with Harbor. Jason was so friendly there was no hard sell just real genuine interest in helping us sell our property, which we hadn’t found with other estate agents. Throughout the process his communication was second to none and we always felt in the loop with what was happening, which just made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. When it came to selling, Jason exceeded my expectations of sale price by literally 10s of thousands. I couldn’t have asked for more when selling my first home! 9th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Offered me a flat, once I accepted said that the landlord wants to host 10 more viewings even though they legally offered me the flat. Said they would get back to me within 2 days to confirm if the landlord has gone with me. Till this day I haven’t heard a thing. Inhumane agency that only cares about money. 28th May 2026 (17 days ago)just now New My experience with DJ Alexander has been negative. I booked a flat viewing for a property and was then informed it was cancelled at short notice. I then got an email later that day saying a similar property is available but it was the same one. I queried this and was told it fell through so it’s available for a viewing again. I then booked another viewing only for to be cancelled an hour before again that it had been let. This was all communicated via automated emails. 3rd Sep 2022 (3 years ago)Very unprofessional service from Corum especially in terms of the marketing materials. The floor plan they made was nonsense, the marketing text had clearly been thrown together and was riddled with mistakes (you would think an estate agent would know what is and isn’t a bay window?). I spent far too much time chasing them up to correct mistakes a school kid should have spotted. It’s clear they just want to collect their (fixed) fee for as little work as possible.

25th May 2026 (20 days ago)Very happy to give a 5 star review to Pacitti Jones, Shawlands. In particular, the team of Megan, Laura and Craig. I did a lot of research prior to selling and spoke with a number of agents. In end, Pacitti Jones weren’t the cheapest but I was impressed with how they presented themselves and their honest, professional approach and it was an easy decision to choose them. I’m very glad I did! We had absolutely no issues with our sale, the team handled everything and kept us updated throughout. When I consider the great service we received, I believe they were great value for money
24th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I can wholeheartedly recommend the team at Yates Hellier. From the start Ross explained the whole process very clearly and put my mind at ease. I chose Yates Hellier as I was impressed with their promises of a more personal touch than the larger West End estate agents and they did not disappoint. Ross and Lisa were very easy to deal with . They were in constant communication with updates and viewings. The whole process from marketing to viewings went incredibly smoothly. Even when my initial buyer pulled out at the last minute, Ross and Lisa swooped into action and found another buyer in a matter of hours! Ross and Lisa dealt with all aspects of selling my flat and clearly know their stuff. They were highly professional, kept in constant touch and we sold our flat for a price we were delighted with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

They were really quick to follow up with viewers and were just so easy to talk to and ask questions of. Selling can be stressful and they helped make the process as easy as possible. I also liked the portal they offered so I could see viewings come in as they were added to the system.
