26th Mar 2026 (25 weeks ago)The most useless company to deal with with the most unprofessional staff .I have been chasing my tenancy deposit for the past one month ,3 months after I left the apartment but effort is not paying off. I have called several time but they wont pick their calls and if they ever pick the call ,the manager is not always on seat ,they won't reply your email. If there is anything less than 1 star.i would not hesitate for one moment to do that.

Both Mandy and I cannot thank you enough for your professionalism, support, superb advice and recommendations. Thank you for always getting back to my many emails. :-) Thank you for organising Prime Progression once the sale had been agreed, their service was also excellent. They kept us up to date at all times and alleviated us having to constantly chase as they did all of that for us, which took away all the stress allowing us to concentrate on packing and the move.<br><br>I would not hesitate in recommending you and Errington Smith, you simply have been brilliant. It had everything you could want and more - had things we didn’t even realise we needed. The housekeeping team did an amazing job and the whole house was spotless. Can’t wait to return.

Kept in the loop with viewings and outcomes. Very useful feedback from potential buyers. Found the Street.co.uk app good. Would definitely use McFarlane Sales & Lettings again. Tim Stanley was excellent.

Despite several unexpected bumps along the way, they kept momentum going and steered the sale to completion with genuine professionalism. I’m grateful for their persistence and would happily recommend them to anyone and of course will use them again for any other property sales I may have in future

Clare goes above and beyond to ensure everything is actioned in a timely manner, to keep everyone in the loop, to follow up questions, sort out issues and to keep facilitating communication between all relevant parties, including the professionals. Often beyond what the job description requires. Thrown in with her professionalism is a great sense of humour.<br>There is a great support act from all the team at Peter Joys.

They are also a lovely group of people!<br><br>They managed to list and sell our house extremely quickly, with us being against the clock on the property we were purchasing through them too. In valuing our home, they provided us with a wealth of research, and it was clear once we listed it that they had a great knowledge of our home and its history.<br><br>They were also highly accommodating in the house that we purchased, giving us honest context around it and plenty of opportunity to return and get measurements etc.<br><br>We would really recommend Whitaker Seager to anyone purchasing in the area.<br><br>As a side - their 'For Sale' signs are also very aesthetically pleasing!

26th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)We signed up with AJ Estate Agents earlier this year when we were selling our house. We cannot praise AJ and her team highly enough. They were all incredibly professional, efficient and helpful, and their communication was excellent. They did a great job on advertising our property too. We had one private potential buyer prior to engaging AJ. Initially they lost a bidding war with several of AJ's clients, but the first buyers sadly had to withdraw. We ended up going with our private buyers and AJ was very gracious about this. We highly recommend AJ and her great team. However large or small your property, you will get a 5 star service from these lovely people.

We decided to sell and received a very professional service with regular updates and emails. The house sold quite quickly and Hills continued to provide help and support until the sale completed.
