31st Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Bad experience.... Sold it 4 times in the end.... Poor communication... The only plus were the agents who came to do viewings they were All very nice.
5th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)Worst estate agents I have dealt with as a tennant. You have to call an infinite amount of times to try and get any issues with the property repaired. In the end, they don't repair anything after they send somebody to see what the issues are. And when you ask when they are planning to actually fix it they tell you if you don't like it you can just move out. Incredibly rude and arrogant behaviour. Also, any communication with them should be made via email so you have proof and can report them to the relevant authorities. Spoke to the people that moved in after me and they had the same issues as me as they didn't bother fixing anything even after getting sick of it and moving out. Avoid them like the plague.
16th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)Arranged a viewing with my partner for 6pm. Called several times to confirm viewing as we were travelling over an hour away and never showed up. Stuck around for 20 minutes just to give the benefit of the doubt. Tried calling several times and no answer either. Time and petrol wasted thanks to this estate agents. Incredibly unprofessional!! Update; we arrived at 5:30 and stayed until 6:30pm. Yes, we knocked a few times and clearly no one was at home. We attempted to call the office and there was no answer. We left a note and the tenant eventually called us. Regardless of who is supposed to show us around, the estate agents are the ones managing the sale of the property. In the time we were scheduled to have our viewing and when we actually got to see the property, we placed an offer elsewhere.

Ed was our Estate Agent for our House Purchase and given we were first time buyers, he went over and above to get everything over the line and took time to explain it all to us. Thanks again for all your help!
1st Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)Premier Estates acted as selling agent for our three-bedroom bungalow on Canvey Island. Throughout the process, I found Darren Burke and his team, efficient, friendly, helpful and supportive. The selling details/photos were of a high quality and their advice on how to market the property and at what price were spot on. Based on my recent experience, I would have no hesitation in highly recommending the Premier Estates office/team on Canvey Island.

17th Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)In times like this when renting a property is literally a nightmare, when agencies don't even bother to reply or answer the phone because they've got too many clients anyway, contacting Jemma from the agency was like seeing a light on the end of the tunnel or better to say an angel who finally woke you up from nightmares and gave a hope. So busy and under huge pressure, she always find time to answer your emails or call you back, she is an absolute jewel! Like my friend said and I absolutely agree, we just won a lottery with them! Edit: We lived(rented) in the house where many flats are managed by the agency and than you can get the clue why some people here are giving 1 star. I read those reviews and witnessed on my own eyes people from next door not paying bills, electricity cuts, bringing and leaving rubbish around the house and complaining that this government is not doing enough for them and they just want to live on benefits and agency suppose to give them accommodation for free??? It really makes me angry reading and seeing things like that, because if you are on benefits doesn't matter the reason why, you must understand that not even one agency will consider you in front of working people, simple as that, because you don't understand that you are risk for the people who work there, they are working for salary and they want to be payed for work they are doing, for service they are providing and you are expecting them to risk their work and life because of people who eventually might not pay the rent anymore??? Are you willing to work for someone who eventually will not pay you ? I know the answer on this one, because I'm not! I left the flat how I found it when my contract expired. We maintained it as it is our own property because we are living in it and we respect someone who owns it (same as you would expect if you give your car to someone, to fill it up, keep it clean and intact, no difference), and we got our whole deposit back on the same day our contract ended. So, don't believe some reviews here, it is not even worth it to read, because like I said, I witnessed the story behind that and how they left the property after they've got finally evicted (it was a relief for all of us in the building). Agency couldn't even place the property back to market, it was a nightmare. So they lost all that money for the rent, deposit is not going to be enough to bring it back for living condition and tell me, how people who work in the agency suppose to live? On benefits too? Sorry for my long rewiev, but someone independent needs to say the truth behind those 1 star reviews and according to this, I would just suggest the agency, "don't even bother with cases like this, because not even one agency does", but I know that you have more human approach like I said and that's why you are trying to help people even if they think that paying 6 month in front is a rip off, they don't really understand in what risk you are really placing yourself. BTW, we left the agency because our friends who left the country, gave us their property to live in, otherwise we wouldn't move from there, no chance. The best agency we experienced, honestly! Recommend!!!

4th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)Dishonest, rude and highly unprofessional organisation. I received a parking notice for parking outside their office when it was closed! For just 15 minutes, from 18:25, to 18:38. I parked to collect food from the pizza shop next door so had an eye on my car the entire time, had they needed their parking space, I would have happily moved my car immediately. The ticket company euro parking services fined me on the grounds of: “parking on the premises whilst failing to enter registration number at the kiosk on site.” I appealed this immediately as I argued that I could not enter my registration as their office was closed. They rejected my appeal so I got in touch with this office directly. The director called me and I explained how unfair the ticket was. He understood my point of view and took my registration number and said he will contact the parking company. The next day I contacted the office to get an update on the situation, I couldn’t get through after several calls as I was clearly being avoided but my wife managed to get through with her number. During her conversation she was told that they couldn’t do anything about revoking this notice even though I had a conversation with the director himself the day before who said he will do something about it. At the end of their conversation my wife was told that the director would be in the office the next morning so I can discuss the matter with him then. I visited the office the next morning, only to be told the director was no longer in the office. I then recieved a call later in the day from his PA saying that there is nothing they can do about the fine. This company essentially gave me false hope by lying about doing something to revoke this fine when they had no intention of doing so. Unfortunately, I’m now left with a £100 fine to pay because I parked outside a closed office only to visit a shop next door. The funny thing is, the estate agents do not receive a single penny from this fine! Ironic how an estate agent is happy for people to potentially receive CCJ’s over not paying unfair parking notices which adversely affects their chances of obtaining a mortgage.
27th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)I did appoint JBrown to sell my property in Bromley and I was very happy at the beginning about the way they approached me and how they worked to get the property on the market quickly. Soon after they changed quite a lot in terms of communication, Zara used to reply randomly ( basically when she got a chance ) whilst Komal (owner)never replied to my emails.( she should learn how to deal with people). Despite that was a clear sight of a lack of professionalism, I left things going ahead smoothly. Zara kept me informed about the buyer's interest in seeing the property and I arranged access all the time. Then I had to chase her to receive feedback from customers, she never made them aware of the outcome or sending any REPORT. Even though I left them to carry on their job. They eventually got 2 offers and let me know to appoint a solicitor which I did. Both times buyers pulled out and she never contacted me to let me know, on the contrary, I had to call to find out what happened. I am still not sure if she really received any offers because I never received proof of that. The 12-week agreement came to an end and I previously let them know by email that I would not renew the mandate( no response at all as usual). Finally, I chased them again to remove my property from the market but they either removed it or replied to my emails. After 2 weeks of waiting for them I decided to contact Rightmove, and Zoopla etc explain the matter and they removed the property immediately. This morning magically I received an email From Zara saying that my property has now been removed! You are a team of liars, hopefully, people will be away from such an unprofessional “Estate Agency”.. I lost time but you lost quite a lot of money. That's what you deserve!!!

18th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)We were fortunate enough to find colubrid estate agents when we were looking to sell our home. Colubrid were an extremely accommodating company to deal with. Selling your house can be a very stressful experience but Colubrid were so good at taking away any unnecessary stress. We were given a very friendly and professional team of estate agents (Josh Morel and Tony Harper) and between them they ensured that any questions or queries we had were answered straight away. They were very good and communicating with us and finding out how we wanted our experience to be. They made sure that we felt listened to and valued as a customer and ensured that we were contacted only in the ways that we specified so that viewings and communication did not encroach too much on our family or work time. They are always friendly and accommodating whenever we speak to them and they are fast to resolve any queries or issues that may arise. We have had such a positive experience with this company and will be recommending them to friends and family and will most definitely be using them again in future if we need to.
