From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

16th Jan 2026 (24 days ago)I sold my property with Blackshaws and the experienced was great. Regular communication and a lot of viewings from the start. The team was always on hand during the process and once we’d found a buyer, the team kept of top of the various parties to ensure a quick completion, which only took a couple of months in the end. Fees were competitive as well. Overall, good experience and would recommend.

From the first valuation to completion, they were professional, proactive, and incredibly supportive. Their communication was excellent--always quick to respond and happy to explain each step. They marketed the property brilliantly and secured a strong offer within few weeks. I couldn't have asked for a smoother process. Highly recommended..

However we were not happy with the solicitor recommended by presidential but Stewart liaised with solicitor for a positive resolution. Overall we had excellent customer service and highly recommend.
20th Jan 2026 (20 days ago)We have had such a great sales process. The last time we moved was 16 years ago and its all definitely changed since then. The whole experience has been so good from Ellis coming out to us and explaining it all to us, listening to what we needed. Tia came round and took all the pictures which looked great. The house was listed on Thursday and they had 11 appointments booked and 5 in reserve before the end of the day. Tia dealt with all the viewings on the Saturday, from that we had 5 offers straight away. When we accepted the offer Zoe took over the sales progression, she was fantastic she set up a WhatsApp group with all the other agents in the chain to get regular updates from everyone. She kept in contact with our solicitors and kept us updated too. Thank you all for your help!! x

They were successful in selling my property and also in finding excellent tenants for another one, all with no time wasting whatsoever. Communication was brilliant throughout — clear, proactive, and always honest. What really stood out was their availability; they were on hand whenever I needed them and quick to respond every time. Efficient, reliable, and genuinely supportive from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or let a property.
