He's a professional in his field and a very kind and helpful person. Throughout the entire rental period, he supported and helped with all matters related to our rental property. I'm very happy with his work, I recommend him to everyone, and I want to express my deepest gratitude to him!

Ameet, always kept us well informed and answered all our queries. Throughout the whole process he was always available to calm our fears and answer all questions. 27th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Thought they were great to begin with then realised they were not! If you're thinking of renting a residential property from them consider if you'd like to live with a hole in your kitchen roof for weeks without being fixed, if you want your deposit properly protected in a scheme and if you want your deposit back without taking action against them. Seriously incompetent staff, rude and disrespectful. The flat we rented was one of 3, "refurbished" (if you can call it that) office buildings (Oh yeah, they take their commercial buildings and flip them haha!) with what I am guessing is no insulation, black mould throughout and a roof that held 4 inches+ of water which caused a leak and the roof to be taken out, then left. I had to fight for my deposit back because the idiot of an estate agent that went on holiday didn't send the new tenant a contract. No cover, no communication. All lacking in any kind of critical thinking. The list goes on.... AVOID!
23rd Sep 2022 (4 years ago)A window in the flat broke in November, almost a year later and we find out from the tenant that they haven't fixed it. Will not respond to calls or return them. Property managers seem to change every three months and no new manager seems to have any idea of what the previous ones said or did. Avoid.- 15th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Tom Ward was always there to help us and kept us in the loop at all times. He was understanding when hurdles cropped up and always showed patience and compassion to my elderly mother. A great agent in all respects but in this case with assisted living properties.
15th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Having witnessed the practises at Lambert Smith Hampton - I can truly say they are unprofessional. During one public auction, they had people call in to artificially increase prices by bidding on the phone. They are not to be trusted.

My partner and I came to Ash at GrowPortfolio after a previous landlord pulled out of our rental agreement days before move in. Given the urgency of our search, Ash was patient, reassuring and quick to get us in by our previous move date. Not only that, he handled our anxiety in the most kind and polite manner, which really helped humanise the process (where normally it feels very vapid in London).<br><br>If you are considering a property with GrowPortfolio, do it.
