8th Jun 2026 (21 weeks ago)I rented a flat with Home Fullstop whilst I was a master’s student at Imperial. The team including Karim and Daisy were great to deal with right from the start. I needed a flat quite soon before starting my course, and they were able to quickly begin the tenancy and arrange the move in process within a few days.<br><br>Throughout my stay, Karim and the maintenance team were very knowledgeable and able to quickly fix any issues that came up.<br><br>Would highly recommend!

As a local independent company, they offer a trustworthy, personal and friendly approach that has meant a lot to me. Tenants have been assessed carefully and any issues with the property have been dealt with promptly. It has been very reassuring to me to know that my property and tenants have been in good hands. 21st May 2021 (5 years ago)I am a landlord that's worked with Reed Rains to manage our property in East London. There has been little need for interactions over the last few years other than the odd visit and collection of rent. However, over the last 6 months, our tenants have unfortunately slipped into arrears of around £10k. Reed Rains has not managed this situation very well, there has been little effort to communicate with the tenants other than rent invoices being sent from an office 200 miles away. It was mentioned three months ago that the tenants might have vacated the property. This was only checked last week with an abandonment notice being placed on the door. Despite repeated requests to be contacted or find out who deals with the property and us as a client nothing has been done. What I have been getting is passive-aggressive emails from the team at credit control taking no responsibility and showing no empathy for the fact we are £10k in arrears with no end in sight and that we could have been better head of the problem. Again there has been no one to speak with to discuss the matter. Our experience of this company and lack of customer service here is shocking, in this case, they certainly have not operated in the best interest and on behalf of the client.

25th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Flat wasn't clean on move - in date. Hairs in the sink, used cotton buds on the floor, and someone's filthy bed sheets still on a bed. Total disregard for tenants as we were told this is rentable condition. Bedroom 2: broken bed slats with another filthy mattress on top is in rentable condition according to the management at everstar properties. We were told the flat would be fully painted and someone just came around with a paint brush to touch up some marks. A totally unacceptable rental experience. We now have to wait a week for beds promised to be delivered on the move - in date of 03/12. No offer of compensation given for the inconvenience and broken promises. Not even an apology. We were treated as if we were stupid. No one should have to live in filth

24th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Very unprofessional. Went for a viewing for a flat to purchase, I made an offer and still waiting to hear back after 5 days.... I chased them up, and still nothing. The flat is still advertised. I will bring my custom and money elsewhere.
