22nd Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)I would like to echo the praise of the most recent 5 star reviews for Katie and her team at Emsworth in selling my bungalow which has been difficult and ongoing for over a year and previously with other agents.<br>The team have always been very helpful with advice and with quick updates during the progress of the sale.<br>Many thanks to Katie for her help and support when it was needed. It was much appreciated.<br>Thanks too to Julie for her liaison with the online solicitors and for keeping me up to date promptly. To Joe as well for advice on various aspects and also to other members of the team.<br>You were all so friendly and I would definitely recommend the branch.

Their combination of residential sales, valuations and property auctions gives them a depth of expertise beyond a typical estate agency. I particularly appreciate the balance between traditional professional standards and modern property marketing. Their strong knowledge of Southsea and Portsmouth, together with the personal approach of an independent firm, makes Nesbits a very reassuring choice for property matters.

8th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Honestly, I couldn’t fault them. We spent (wasted) 6 months with a different agent and changed to Fenwicks. Immediately, they were showing clients around, providing feedback and secured a sale within a short time. They kept us informed throughout the whole process and chased when things slowed down a bit. Excellent.
3rd Feb 2021 (5 years ago)When looking to secure a tenancy we were not kept up to date or informed if our offers had been accepted or unsuccessful, after emails and calls not returned we went elsewhere and secured a property with all checks completed in 48 hours. Do not recommend

From day one, he has been consistently patient, clear, and incredibly easy to communicate with. His manner strikes the perfect balance — always present and supportive, but never once pushy or overbearing.<br><br>Across the last six months, Isaac went above and beyond in helping me understand my options. He produced numerous mortgage quotes for different terms, deposit amounts, and scenarios, each time taking the time to walk me through the implications so I could make informed decisions. What impressed me most was that his support wasn’t limited to mortgages alone; he offered thoughtful, practical advice on a wide range of home?buying topics, double?checked that the properties I was interested in (not with Fox & Sons) were priced fairly, and gave guidance on what and when to offer. Buying a property can be a very stressful experience — especially as a first?time buyer — but Isaac’s input made navigating the process far less daunting.<br><br>Isaac's professionalism, dedication, and genuinely pleasant approach made a huge difference to my experience. 7th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)**SHOCKING ESTATE AGENT** Absolutely abysmal service from this estate agent, quick enough to move you in then when there is a problem they’re no where to be seen. Had non stop mould problems with the property we rented and when we finally managed to consult them about this issue it took MONTHS for someone to even visit and do a damp and mould report… the estate agent tried to blame me for the mould issue which is unbelievable! When I received the report, they clearly HAD NOT read it because it says there is insufficient ventilation in the property and a part of the wall had a poor air brick therfor allowing water ingress. Also noting the fact that one of the ventilation fans didn’t work, also mentioned in the report. Then they started to blame the tumble drier, which was supplied by our landlord and was letting off “EXTREME” levels of humidity… None of them have a clue what they’re doing… and now I’ve got no furniture due to the issues as I’ve had to throw it all out. They basically lied us off to say they don’t care. As the report said “all proposed works should be undertaken”, None of the proposed works except the tumble drier inspection was carried out, and even that proved useless so we requested a second inspection for the mould and tumble drier to which we were told NO! The landlord I don’t think was the issue, it was solely down to the uselessness and lack of care from the estate agent, specifically Lisa.<br><br>USE THIS ESTATE AGENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!

The team were professional, responsive, and helpful at every stage of the process. Communication was always clear and timely, and they made what can often be a stressful situation much easier to deal with.
3rd Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)We would like to highly recommend James Bryant at Evans and Partridge Stockbridge. We have now used him on two occasions when selling property. From initial property valuation right through to sale and completion he is outstanding.<br>On both occasions we were kept well informed throughout.<br>He listens to your requirements and is a true gentleman when showing potential buyers around.<br>We will not hesitate to use him again in the future.<br>Thank you James.
25th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)Josh instantly put us at ease and allowed us to take all the time we needed. Which included dealing with a toddler, new born and driving away to fetch another family member. He answered all our questions or took the time to find the answer. A very pleasant experience

Kevin is always at the end of the phone if you need him, nothing is ever to much, if your looking for a company you can trust and know that they will look after you then Kingswood is exactly who you should choose!
19th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)Poor at communicating - I had to ask for data from right move. Poor at showing people around- I have cameras and heard a few remarks from the agent that were inaccurate and likely to put people off. Poor during initial conversation- making promises that were immediately broken about a house we loved that they were marketing. Also failed to carry out basic information gathering that we have later discovered is a legal requirement.
5th Feb 2026 (7 mo. ago)I can’t praise White and Guard enough, especially Alex Langrish who helped me purchase two properties as BTL investments. There were some challenging issues on both properties which were dealt with quickly and professionally. Thank you for all your help
