A special mention must go to Julie Bramble, whose support made a real difference. Julie was consistently proactive, keeping me fully informed at every stage and ensuring I always understood the next steps. Her communication was clear and timely, and she balanced friendliness with absolute professionalism. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and her attention to detail gave me real confidence throughout the transaction. What stood out most was Julie’s ability to anticipate potential issues before they became problems, guiding the process smoothly and efficiently. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such a personable approach, and it made the entire experience far less stressful than I expected.

Nothing was a problem with extra viewings & questions, very efficient at getting further information and very easy and quick for my solicitor to deal with. It definitely shows a good company when most of the staff have been there for a very long time! I would like to particularly mention Hannah who is a joy to be around and an absolute credit to the Nesbits team! Exceptional at what she does, so friendly and professional, nothing is too much trouble. 5 STAR PLUS!
8th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Honestly, I couldn’t fault them. We spent (wasted) 6 months with a different agent and changed to Fenwicks. Immediately, they were showing clients around, providing feedback and secured a sale within a short time. They kept us informed throughout the whole process and chased when things slowed down a bit. Excellent.

The application process was handled efficiently, communication was clear throughout, and everything was well organised right up to key handover. Big shoutout to Sam. He was responsive, professional, and on top of things the whole time, making the process easy and stress free. Definitely a great experience overall.

I spoke to Lily who was super helpful and had such good knowledge of the area, and helped me with all my queries!- 9th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)From start to finish we were supported and helps with the whole process! Anna was absolutely amazing at the start trying to answer all my questions (and I had lots). She was always an email away with super speedy and helpful responses! Isaac was amazing with our mortgage advice again helping with all our questions and getting back to us so quickly and dealing with my meltdowns in such a respectful and helpful manor! Karl was great showing us around the house and giving us advice when we needed it. The whole teams works so hard and I could not recommend them enough. Each person had such a positive impact on the whole process. No question was ever too silly or to small to them and nothing was to much to ask for! I am so grateful to everyone involved at Fox and sons on our property journey! Thank you all so so much!

I can't say I was the easiest of clients following a bad experience we had as a buyer by another local estate agent, so you could say I needed abit more reassurance. Sarah made the process a smooth one and not at any point was I paranoid this might fall through. We received a sales memo 20th October and exchanged today. Great experience and cannot fault them! 16th Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)Awful if I could give zero stars I would they do not care about complaints that are submitted to them in regard to their tenants as they are getting the rent each month. We have had issues with tenants of theirs for almost 6 months now and another neighbour for almost 3 years and nothing other then sending them letters which has done nothing and telling us to go environmental health. Absolutely disgusting!

Our property was chain which lead long delay ups and down throughout the whole process Most importantly communication was clear and timley and Steve he went always extra mile to make sure everything was handled efficiently. 19th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)Poor at communicating - I had to ask for data from right move. Poor at showing people around- I have cameras and heard a few remarks from the agent that were inaccurate and likely to put people off. Poor during initial conversation- making promises that were immediately broken about a house we loved that they were marketing. Also failed to carry out basic information gathering that we have later discovered is a legal requirement.
