11th Apr 2026 (23 weeks ago)Well, where to start!? I met Dean Henderson almost a year ago. We viewed a property that was very unloved and in need of TLC! First impressions? First class gentleman. Friendly, not pushy, knowledgable and polite. Our journey to our new home has not been the easiest! Dean was literally a rock for myself and my husband. Would do regular check ins, even if it was just to see if we were ok. Would let us know asap if there was any new information we needed to know. Grounded and professional. It was a complete and utter pleasure to buy through Hamptons. Every member of staff would greet you with a smile and a listening ear. We are finally in the house I fell in love with, and Dean has a huge part to play in that. We will be forever grateful.

17th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)From start to finish the service they provided was first class. The house we sold was a probate property and I live 100miles away so needed an agent I could trust. Richard led the sale and went above and beyond to help us through an emotional few months. We were guided through every stage with sound advice and expert knowledge . We were given updates after each viewing and I found I could ring any of the team with any issue and know that my query was dealt with promptly . When the chain broke a week before exchange the whole office went above and beyond to get the house back on the market and we had 2 viewings booked within 24hrs. Every step of the way they provided first class support. I have no hesitation in recommending them to sell or buy a property and am so glad I chose them . Thankyou to everyone in the team

They communicated any maintenance issues, working closely with the tenant and contractors and resolved issues in a timely manor, while keeping us updated. They have sourced many suitable tenants over the 13 years we have been with them. We deal mainly with Carly and Beth. They are always professional, courteous and extremely helpful. We cannot recommend Northwood highly enough.

They were always quick to respond to our queries and genuinely kept us informed at all times with clear, honest updates.<br><br>What really stood out, however, was their continued dedication after the sale was agreed. Special mentions to Lucy, Cheryl and Helen who were all superb, actively keeping me in the loop and chasing everything possible to get my sale through with ease, in what hasn't been the easiest market. I would recommend Manns and Manns to anyone looking to take a property to market.

1st Sep 2026 (16 days ago)?????<br><br>We honestly cannot recommend Homes highly enough, and in particular, Amy, who has been absolutely exceptional throughout the whole process.<br><br>To say Amy went above and beyond would be a huge understatement. Our purchase became more complicated than expected, including an issue with finding the service charge information relating to our sellers’ onward purchase. With very little progress being made elsewhere, Amy personally went out of her way to speak to a neighbour to find out the information we needed and then passed it directly on to the solicitor. What could have resulted in weeks of unnecessary back-and-forth was resolved thanks to her initiative and determination.<br><br>And it didn’t stop there. On the day of completion, Amy was actually helping our sellers pack boxes and take down curtains to help get the property vacated as quickly as possible. She genuinely went far beyond what we could ever have expected from an estate agent.<br><br>Buying a house can be incredibly stressful, but having someone like Amy in your corner makes such a difference. She has been an absolute angel throughout the entire process, and we are so incredibly grateful for everything she has done for us.<br><br>Amy is a real credit to Homes, and we truly cannot thank her enough. If you’re buying or selling a property, we would wholeheartedly recommend them. ?????

20th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)Overall we were disappointed by the lack of any regular communication. We did receive feedback after viewings, but otherwise we had to take the initiative and request updates. We are now putting the property on the market with a different agent.

It went so smoothly, from start to finish.<br>Our house was on the market mid June and completed mid August!<br>Frank also recommended us to use Juno Solicitors and they were outstanding. Very fast and efficient.<br>Thank you Frank for making our experience stress free.<br>We will definitely recommend you to anyone we know selling/buying!!

My latest sale handled by them through the Oakley office took around six weeks from first viewing to completion! All the Brockenhurst team where professional and helpful at every turn, but a big mention to Ashlea Herrod {Move Manager), who has been particularly sipportive in getting the sale over the line. I highly recomment their services

He is 90, and decided to move closer to the family, and i was very worried about the process of him dealing with an estate agent, but as soon as i spoke to Sean, i knew he was the right person for the job! He was caring, informative and understanding of the whole situation. My uncle liked to 'pop' in to the office now and again to check in, and Sean was always friendly and welcoming to him. The viewings were always accompanied and he was always given feedback. If you are thinking about using this agent, DO IT - you won't be dissapointed.<br>Thanks so much again for all of your hard work.
