24th Apr 2026 (12 days ago)Our recent property search with Bridges Fleet was a really positive experience. Molly was brilliant during both viewings. She was patient, friendly, and helpful the whole time. Even when we were measuring almost the whole house with a broken tape measure and taking longer than expected, she never made us feel rushed. Camilla was also very helpful, keeping us updated and doing her best to answer all our questions. Jake was always courteous and professional, and we appreciated the time and effort he gave us. Even though the tenancy didn’t work out in the end (for reasons unrelated to Bridges), we wanted to leave a review because the team was always polite, responsive, and supportive. Thank you to Molly, Camilla, and Jake for all your help.

This estate agency is a joke, rented a property from them for two years in Ipswich, on 4 separate occasions they allowed people to go in the house without out my knowledge or permission.. FOUR TIMES. Breaking the contract and just a cheap apology. Then I move out and 5 weeks later they are charging me for dust, and grass in the garden to be cut both was done when I moved out. There is no support for the tenant with this estate agency, they just don’t care. Worst estate agents ever. Avoid at all costs. I’m now taking them and the landlord to court.

16th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)Me and my partner had an extremely positive experience with Henry Adams in Petersfield. Siobhan was the estate aged that we dealt with and she was simply fantastic. She went above and beyond to ensure that we could move into a new rental property with extremely short notice on both parts. We had had an unpleasant experience previously to this. Leaving us with 9 days to find somewhere to live. She went above and beyond to ensure that all paperwork was complete and the new rental property fit to move into, even though due to our push for time it left her little time to do so. We can’t thank her and all the team enough and we are very happy in our new home. We are extremely grateful and would highly recommend Henry Adams in petersfield and in particular Siobhan Merrett.
