We were kept updated throughout the process with step by step advise both over the phone and by email until the complication of the transaction. Would highly recommend their sale and letting services great staff

Their communication after the initial sale was really first class and the after sales team kept us up to date when news came. They were equally as frustrated as we were with all the solicitors involved in the sale and I am still at a loss as to why that process took nearly 6 months! First class service from start to finish from Charters though
17th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)I have been seeing by Simon in our house due to home selling , very niece and competent man. He went through all options with us, he was also well prepared for the meeting and answered all the questions (even those silly ones :) ) . Even though we decided to do not put the house for sale I was very surprised the way he treated us and the standard of service he has given . We gonna put the house back again for sell in the future and definitely will choose Cubbit&west! Highly recommend!

In particular from Skylar Livell, the Sales Manager at Charters estate agents Gosport in Hampshire. Skylar is exceededly helpful and knowledgeable. Our property was sensibly priced following their advice, attracting several viewings and securing an acceptable offer after 1 week on the market. We were kept informed throughout the process and really felt they had our back but also supported the buyer. Would highly recommend this estate agent based on our experience.

17th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)We had a fantastic experience with Pettengells New Milton who succeeded where others had failed. From the moment Kevin came to see our place, we had viewings lined up almost immediately and a were kept up to date with the feedback. They always returned our calls when asked to and a special shout out to Matthew who provided such a calming, reassurance when things seemed to be getting a little stressful in the chain. Sold at a reasonable price which shows it was priced correctly from the off with no over promising from the estate agent as some do. From our first meeting to handing our keys over, we have had nothing but a positive experience. Would highly recommend.

We found the perfect property with Waterfords who were handling the vendor with the upmost care and professionalism. The property was above our agreed selling point and mortgage combined but thankfully with savings and top negotiations by Chris & Henry at Waterfords, we were able to secure our dream forever home and complete the purchase in March 2026. We are over the moon and thank Waterfords for liaising with solicitors and all the parties of the property chain to get the job done. Its 5 stars from us.

5th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)We rented from Parkers for roughly 2.5 years in Totton. If we'd not have moved to Wales to purchase our first home we would have happily stayed tenants with Parkers. Richard, Oliver, and Katherine offer a straightforward service to tenants and landlords that provides people with comfortable, safe, and reliable homes. I'd rented all my adult life, my parents rented, as does my sibling - I can hand on heart say I've never come across another estate agent I would recommend, but I would completely recommend Parkers. Sorry to be leaving!

After some useful discussion and information, I attended a viewing with Aimee who I found to be very personable and well prepared for my viewing (paperwork in hand and punctuality observed!!). All my questions were handled effectively and I found the whole experience enjoyable - thank you, Aimee!
16th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)So I used Bournes for the rental of my property over the 2025-2026 calender year. They were swift in the process throughout specifically David who I was dealing with. Full transparency is we unfortunately did find the one bad egg of a tenant but with David’s relentless help and work ethic he over saw everything and ensured a painless experience despite the negative outcome of the tenant. Professionalism at its finest and work ethic that can not be ignored! Thankyou Bourne and hope to do more business again soon!
