He provided a realistic valuation, provide a swift marketing service, having gone live on Monday, with two viewings within 24 hours and several scheduled for that week, both initial viewings yielded offers, one of which was at the full asking price. Property sold subject to contract as at 30 May 2026 I would highly recommend Charlton Grace, Mark has provided a bespoke/specialised service with clear communication and professionalism all at a very competitive agency rate, excellent job to date. 18th Jun 2026 (2 days ago)Throughout the 10 months it took to sell, I felt as if I was Darren's only customer. He called me regularly to update me on viewings, he explained how the property fitted into the local market, so that I felt comfortable with the asking price. I was provided with a prompt, written valuation by Chris when I needed it quickly for Inheritance Tax purposes. When completion was coming up, Darren answered my questions on practical issues and kept me informed of progress. After a bad initial experience with another firm who produced inaccurate, unappealing marketing material at a snail's pace, it was a relief to feel in good hands and I would use Hayward Fox again if I had a property in their to sell.

He was so helpful through the entire process, ensuring all actions were followed up, and keeping us updated at all times on the progress that it seemed like a no-brainer to return to them when it came time to sell the property. Ben and Simon came with the same enthusiasm, care, and attention that we remembered, helping to remove a lot of the stress usually associated with a house move. Because of that, we'd easily recommend Randalls to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.
28th May 2026 (23 days ago)Moved to a place in Southampton through The Home Agency and due to covid I had to move back home - however, despite him taking my full months rent deposit and saying there was a 3 week rent penatly for breaking the contract early (despite it being completely out of my control as to why I had to move away), I still never received the remaining deposit back because apprently the landlord doesnt want to or something. I was young and naive at the time so I didn't put up much of a fight, but it was seriously screwed up that they straight up stole my money.

We didn’t have to chase them and they helped us with chasing solicitors. They kept us well informed throughout the whole process, were always friendly when we contacted them and made a stressful process far less stressful! Plus they work really cohesively as a team and if our main contact was ever unavailable, the rest of the team were helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Nicholsons to anyone - brilliant service. Alex was our main contact and he was fantastic!

We had an offer accepted after 2 weeks of advertising and completed just under 8 weeks. A modernised and brilliant way of communicating and nothing was too much hassle. Would definitely recommend.
