From start to finish, he was incredibly attentive, professional, and always available to answer any questions. Moving with a newborn can be stressful, but Ben went above and beyond to make everything as smooth and easy as possible for us. He was patient, understanding, and took extra care to ensure every detail was handled with attention, making the whole experience far less daunting than we had anticipated. His friendly and reassuring attitude, along with his dedication to getting things done right, really set him apart. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely committed to providing such a high level of customer care. The pictures taken were excellent, they held keys, did all viewings and sold the house in 8 days! They ensured a quick and speedy exchange with really helpful staff. Thanks to Kevin & Tyne that kept on top of everything. Would highly recommend, they have a great attitude and you feel like a valued customer not just another property on their books.

The apartment was bright, spacious, and well maintained, with all the amenities I needed for comfortable living. The kitchen and bathroom were modern, and the space itself was thoughtfully designed to make the most of every square foot. Throughout my time there, the property management team was fantastic. They were always quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests, which made a big difference. It’s rare to find a management team that’s so attentive and respectful so a big thank you to ANNA and AARON you two are the BEST!! ? I had a very positive experience at ABSOLUTE PROPERTY and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, worry-free place to call home. It was truly a pleasure living there, and I’m grateful for my time in such a great place! Many thanks Jordan at number 69 ????

19th Sep 2024 (17 weeks ago)JUST NO!!! Absolutely shocking organisation. They failed to give a permit parking to a resident and refused to explain why this was not issued when every other resident was recent issued one. On confirmation and questions I asked Neil, one of the owners, claimed to not know anything. Or the procedures. Questions were asked to confirm when refunds/ payments would be made but he avoided questions and instead accused me of being problematic. This is a tiny example of how this company fails to be compliant, supportive out of numerous incidences that have taken place over the years. They have no accountability, complete avoidance of responsibility. Do not come here, as they are hugely prejudicial and terrible at their jobs.

Their professionalism, service, attentiveness, responsiveness and attention to detail is more than I ever thought I'd get from them as letting agents. They put in effort with viewings and found a great tenant for my house. I'd advise any landlord going with them. There is a reason why they have the best Google reviews of any lettings agent in Stevenage!
