I had many requests which they’ve professionally coordinated with the landlord, and efficiently fulfilled. Full marks for Megan, Ryan and Scott!!! As a current tenant, I’m happy that they are managing the flat well now with prompt assistance??????????????????

18th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)I purchased a house from Shenley Estates and although selling and buying a house is far from a pleasant experience, Shenley Estates get the job done. Although Natalie was working on behalf of the sellers, I believe that from when I viewed my house to the actual completion, it mattered to her that I was matched well and that my future happiness was also important to her. I have been living in Shenley since January, I love the area and everyone I have met so far have been lovely. I am enjoying making my new house a home, thank you Natalie and Craig.
2nd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)Absolutely disgraceful experience. I have never dealt with an estate agent that behaved so unprofessionally and dishonestly. After my offer was accepted and I proceeded in good faith, I later discovered that the estate agent was actively trying to secure a higher offer instead. It felt as though they had no respect whatsoever for transparency, fairness, or basic professional ethics. Throughout the process I was given information that turned out to be misleading, and I was left with the clear impression that their priority was not to act honestly but simply to extract as much money as possible from the situation. The entire experience left me feeling deceived and manipulated. What should have been an exciting property purchase became a stressful and frustrating ordeal because of the conduct of this agency. Trust is essential when dealing with property transactions, and unfortunately I found their actions completely undermined that trust. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this estate agent to proceed with extreme caution. Based on my experience, I would not use them again and would not recommend them to friends, family, or anyone looking for a fair and honest service.

A special mention goes to Amber Middleditch, who was exceptional from start to finish. Her professionalism, communication, and continuous support made the entire journey much smoother and less stressful. She was always available to help, provide updates, and guide me through every stage of the purchase. I would also like to thank Josh Cassidy, the Sales Negotiator who initially showed me the property. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful from the very beginning, helping me find the right home. The whole Bushey team was excellent—professional, responsive, and committed to delivering a great customer experience. I truly appreciate all their hard work and would highly recommend Foxtons Bushey to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you all for helping me secure my new home!
3rd Jun 2026 (16 days ago)Selling a probate property is the definition of 'not fun', even if it isn't a childhood home. Doing it from a distance adds lots of extra hassle. Neil, Peter and Jenny worked so hard for us - as well as marketing, viewings and negotiations they also did the insurance checks, arranged access for traders and clearers and kept us fully informed of what was going on. Everyone at the Radlett branch is helpful, friendly and communicative and it is much appreciated. Neil had also been very helpful to my family with valuations in the past - it was time to make good on the deal by choosing this firm to sell the house, and we are very glad we did. With their hard work and support we got there, and the house now has its new occupants. We fully recommend Village Estates and wish them all the best.

21st Aug 2020 (5 years ago)We worked together just before and then into lock down / covid. A tricky time for all. But these guys were great and got my home sold. Viewings were safe, photos looked great and the marketing leaflets fabulous. My property is on a train-line (a put off for many) and so they briefed people before viewings so I didn’t have too much traffic which helped.

They have provided an excellent service to me as a landlord and to our tenants. Have no hesitation in recommending this agency.

20th Oct 2025 (7 mo. ago)When I enquired about a property’s asking price and the seller’s position, I was met with terse, dismissive replies from the female agent I spoke to on the phone - a remarkably unhelpful attitude towards a serious buyer. I decided to proceed with the viewing regardless, but communication remained poor throughout. Afterwards, I submitted a formal offer, which was completely ignored. I never received any confirmation or follow-up, and it appeared my offer may not even have been passed to the vendors - which, if true, would be a breach of legal duty. The overall experience suggested a lack of basic organisation, professionalism, and integrity. For sellers, that should be alarming; for buyers, it’s simply exasperating. I would strongly advise caution when dealing with this agency.

Although following excellent marketing I received a very quick offer, the sale ultimately took seven months due to the complexities of a probate and leasehold transaction. Throughout what was often an emotional, stressful and frustrating experience, the professionalism, communication, care and support shown by Scott and his team was absolutely exemplary. I was kept regularly updated at every stage, and when communication from solicitors was lacking, the team proactively chased matters and dealt directly with them on my behalf to keep the process moving. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they genuinely went above and beyond from start to finish. I cannot thank them enough for their patience, dedication and truly outstanding service during a very difficult time. I would recommend Benjamin Stevens without hesitation to anyone looking for an estate agent who is transparent and truly cares about their clients

One of the other agents (VM) suggested nearly £80k less than the price we received!! Duncan Perry’s knowledge of the local market is second to none. I would strongly recommend using them.

Even how to have the flat looking and getting ready for viewings.<br>Next easy to sort viewings, flexible with times. Updated me when needed to, replied Promptly and made it happen real quick. She really was a lovely person.<br>So thanks Hobdays, see you again in the future. Thanks for selling flat in Seabrook Court. Lesley

They responded quickly to my questions and made everything easy and stress-free. I had been looking for a property for a long time, and finally I found one because of their support.
