30th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)I have no hesitation in recommending RH and RW Clutton. They were always there to answer queries and guided me through my house sale. They were extremely Covid aware and their protocols were excellent. It’s safe to say mine was not an easy sale, but they never gave up or lost interest. Moving house is a costly business but I most certainly did not begrudge paying them their commission as they well and truly earned it. Thank you so much Peter and Pippa.

Ben's local knowledge and experience have been key to getting the sale to completion.He was able to recommend an excellent solicitor to handle the extension of the lease on the property which had to be completed at the same time as the sale. Excellent.

Constantly on hand and applying pressure to all sides making sure our purchase went through in just 8 weeks. However as time went on despite offers to do anything they could for us and help in anyway they could their responses were lacking. We are putting this down to being so busy they didn't have the capacity to help with finer details and we know that their business is expanding quickly but don’t forget the customers that got you there. These are just comments not complaints - we do wish you well going forward.
