21st May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Adam was helpful and gentle with my aging mother. They wanted quicker viewing dates from her but she couldn't manage to give dates right when they asked. They did line up viewings to suit her needs and came to accompany the viewers.
29th Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)I bought a property through Allen Heritage and worked with Sally from the beginning who showed us various properties and eventually found one that we purchased. Sally was lovely, very patient and informative, always willing to answer our questions and accommodate our schedules to view the property (as we viewed it many times). Overall Sally and the Allen Heratige team were very accommodating and professional.

9th Jun 2026 (14 days ago)Huge thank you to Callum and the team at Broadstairs for making the stressful experience of buying my first home a lot smoother than it otherwise would have been, I received excellent communication and was always greeted with a smile in the office. It can be hard to find the experience of paying for a service where people actually care about getting the job done and making it feel worth the time and money but this was one of those rare few. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to buy or sell property.
3rd Jun 2026 (20 days ago)After multiple formal requests, this letting agency has failed to provide basic documentation including rental contracts, deposit protection details, and rental account statements. They have repeatedly ignored our requests for information, and, as new owners, we do not have a legal management contract in place with them. There has been a consistent lack of transparency around rent collection and tenant agreements. We would not recommend them as a letting agent and everyone should avoid them.
16th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)I would like to give them 5 stars. We had an issue, and they responded very quickly. They arranged a replacement gadget within just one day, which was amazing. Based on this experience, I would choose Martin & Co again in the future over other agents.

The whole team were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The respect they showed when valuing the property was so kind and realistic . Any time we called with a query , it was death with so efficiently. The whole process was amazing and we would highly recommend them .

Would highly recommend mainly due to the strong communication. They also went out of their way to show me other properties in the area to compare which helped.

Friendly, professional, reliable, and always on top of everything, they made what could have been a stressful experience much smoother.<br>Communication was outstanding from start to finish – they were incredibly responsive, kept us updated at every stage, and were always happy to answer questions. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and they consistently went above and beyond to help move things forward.<br><br>Kevin is a real credit to the industry and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.

Clare was very positive about our property and suggested a price-range, which other agencies hadn't. The property was presented very well in the marketing material, and it was good to know that social media would also be used to market the property. Multiple viewings were quickly arranged. Within two weeks of going on the market, we were going to best and final offers with three interested parties. Clare discussed each of the offers with us, and helped us to decide which to accept. A very positive experience, and we would definitely recommend Wilson Real Estate
