Was very patient as at some times I was really stressed. The sale took months to go through, but finally today we completed. Thank you everyone at Park Estates. You're a great team.
21st May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Adam was helpful and gentle with my aging mother. They wanted quicker viewing dates from her but she couldn't manage to give dates right when they asked. They did line up viewings to suit her needs and came to accompany the viewers.

12th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Have just sold my mums retirement flat with Your Move and I cannot fault them. From start to finish communication was excellent and the process was smooth, cheaper than other local estate agents too! They could not have been more helpful- especially Callum in the Broadstairs office, professional, polite, always got back to me when I had questions; interactions with other staff were always pleasant too.
5th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Very irritating experience. As shown in my screenshot, I have received several calls from you, and every single time I have clearly told you YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER. I am not selling a property — I was only a tenant. Each time, you apologise, promise my number will be removed, and then claim “the system takes time to update.” Really? 3 -8 months? That excuse is wearing thin. Your last call was on Monday, where I was again reassured that my number would finally be taken off your system. To stop the disturbance during my workday, I even blocked your number — yet unbelievably, you still managed to leave me a voicemail today - your contact even seems to be increasing! At this point, your persistence feels relentless, intrusive, and completely unacceptable. For the sake of my sanity: Remove, delete, and block my number from your system immediately. This whole situation could have been avoided if you had simply done what you said you would do the first time. Instead, I’m left dealing with behaviour that comes across as either spiteful or incompetent. P.S I am for some reason unable to attach the screenshot of the call log of harassment!
27th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)As a father, I am disgusted by the condition of the student accommodation my son is renting through Martin & Co Canterbury.<br><br>I work in construction and have seen plenty of building defects over the years, but what I witnessed at this property is deeply concerning. Extensive cracking, walls separating from ceilings and floors, and doors that no longer close properly — all developing within weeks of the students moving in.<br><br>Despite the students repeatedly reporting issues, the agency's response has been completely inadequate.<br><br>I expect my son to be able to live somewhere safe while attending university, not somewhere that raises serious questions about its structural integrity.<br><br>Extremely disappointed with the way this has been handled.
16th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Using an independent Estate Agents when selling a property has huge advantages.<br><br>They really know the local market inside out, they are realistic with valuations and work really hard to make sure a property sells. Invicta Estate Agents were certainly able to fulfil the brief.<br><br>In contrast I have found corporate chains tend to use inflated and unrealistic valuations at the outset to secure a client, leading to continued disappointment when there are limited or no viewings.<br><br>The team at Invicta Estate Agents were supportive throughout the process, responding promptly to answer all of my queries as the sale progressed through to completion.<br><br>A lovely touch, when a buyer was found was the sign attached to the For Sale board stating “Spoken For” which made me smile as I pulled up outside of my property.
24th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)Exceptional staff at Wards Staplehurst, especially Kurtis, whose just, moved from Headcorn. First met Kurtis at Headcorn and he was very helpful and friendly. I could ring him any time for help and information. He kept me informed of what was being done with solicitors etc. Thank you Kurtis you’re a star.???????
15th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Our initial contact with Holly at Wards was very positive. Holly is an asset to Wards with a bubbly personality. Unfortunately it ended there as on our first viewing Holly was on leave and the gentleman who showed perspective Buyers had no knowledge about the property and didn’t realise the 2 acres of land adjacent to the property was included with the sale! Very disappointed- 11th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)We as a family have outgrown our current house and in addition tired of living in a built up area. After discussing the potential to move we decided to make the plunge and seriously start looking on Rightmove.<br><br>Throughout our searches we came upon a lovely extended and renovated cottage surrounded by fields and with great views of the planes flying in and out of Headcorn.<br><br>We did a few drive by's (as you do) then contacted Wards through the Rightmove platform. Contact was made from Wards of Headcorn by Jamie and we arranged a viewing of the property.<br><br>Jamie met us (myself, my wife and our two younger children) at the property and, with his warmth and welcoming approach and the location of the property, we immediately fell in love with the cottage.<br><br>Throughout the process we've remained in continual touch via emails and on the phone. Every communication replied to by Jamie without failure. He arranged further viewings for us, one of which was squeezed in when he was due to be at a family members birthday......now that's fantastic commitment.<br><br>Jamie was amazing and patient with the ever excited kiddies and had a great knowledge of the house and area.<br><br>Since the viewings Jamie put us in touch with Wards of Welling who put our property on the market. We've now sold and have (with the support of Alexandre and Jamie at Wards of Headcorn) put in an offer and had it accepted on our dream home in the country.<br><br>Plenty still to do to finalise the process but Jamie and the team at Wards have been pivotal to the success of making our dream come true.<br><br>Thank you seems like to smaller set of words to say but both me and my family sincerely appreciate everything that Jamie and the team (Alexandre) have done. We cannot wait to move in<br><br>We would wholeheartedly recommend Wards of Headcorn (and equally Welling) for any sale or purchase<br><br>Paul

He is a true professional, which you can feel from the first conversation and house viewing right through to the end. His communication is excellent! He kept us updated all the time and handled our case in a very responsible manner. We definitely recommend Andrews, and specifically Alex. P.S. It was so nice of them to leave us a housewarming note on our first day!

I felt they went over and above my expectations in terms of the service I received and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
11th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)The AI agent photos were not particularly impressive and there were several errors in the early documentation. However Wards did get several leads and worked to turn them into a sale. Their approach was to push for the modern auction or a deep discount, and in the end it was the discount that got the sale.
