Throughout what can be a stressful process, he was consistently professional, hardworking, and utterly committed to getting the sale over the line.<br><br>One thing that stood out was how easy he was to reach. In our experience, good communication can make all the difference, and Edward delivered on that front every time. On the occasions when he wasn’t available, his colleagues stepped in seamlessly — helpful, understanding, and clearly working as a team rather than in silos.<br><br>We would have no hesitation in recommending Edward and the wider Knight Frank team to anyone looking to sell their property. A genuinely excellent experience.
5th Feb 2026 (20 weeks ago)Very irritating experience. As shown in my screenshot, I have received several calls from you, and every single time I have clearly told you YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER. I am not selling a property — I was only a tenant. Each time, you apologise, promise my number will be removed, and then claim “the system takes time to update.” Really? 3 -8 months? That excuse is wearing thin. Your last call was on Monday, where I was again reassured that my number would finally be taken off your system. To stop the disturbance during my workday, I even blocked your number — yet unbelievably, you still managed to leave me a voicemail today - your contact even seems to be increasing! At this point, your persistence feels relentless, intrusive, and completely unacceptable. For the sake of my sanity: Remove, delete, and block my number from your system immediately. This whole situation could have been avoided if you had simply done what you said you would do the first time. Instead, I’m left dealing with behaviour that comes across as either spiteful or incompetent. P.S I am for some reason unable to attach the screenshot of the call log of harassment!

Didn’t vet buyers accurately and sent people whose budget was less than our asking price- 20th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)We cannot thank David Shaw and the Wards team enough. David found us our forever home and made all our dreams come true. We never thought we'd be able to get the house we have so didn't even look...but thanks to David's suggestions and hard work...we have. The whole team were friendly, professional and brilliant. 27th May 2025 (1 year ago)I'd needed to make a claim (upheld by the Property Ombudsman) against another local estate agent, who had dragged out and delayed this 2019-20 (probate) sale, in order to favour their buyer. After the above delay and attendant loss of several potential buyers was stopped in its tracks, with Miles & Barr being appointed to clear up the mess, they delivered a sale (and with yet more delays around the rent-a-roof solar panels installed by our parents - but they got there in the end), albeit at a lower price than we'd initially hoped for.

The valuer was very friendly and professional, explained everything in detail and had excellent knowledge of the local area. The rate was very fair and included VAT. I was delighted with the photos and the walkthrough which showed my house to it's best. All the viewings went smoothly, giving me plenty of notice and feedback afterwards. Everyone worked hard to get me the best price in the current market and my house sold in less than 8 weeks.- 29th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)Had a wonderful experience with wards Kenny was great and with us every step of the way until we sold and then it passed over to the wonderful Kim she was so helpful helped me though with support and always on the other end of the phone or email any problems big or small Kim was brilliant at helping and was fantastic when we thought the chain was going to fall through she went out of her way to make sure that everything was staying back on track would highly recommend and a massive thank you to Kim for always being there for me to have a rant at and keeping things going

She has been amazing throughout the whole process and as our dedicated sales progressor she has been able to keep everything moving, stepping in where necessary in order to minimise any delays proactively liaising with all parties concerned. Her willingness to help, great communication skills and empathy and kindness in what is a very stressful time has been greatly appreciated. A real asset to the amazing team.

Their desire to build a relationship with us was noticed immediately and it was obvious that they were on our side and keen to do their very best for us.
