30th Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)To be fair I did not know about BenSiggins until I signed up with GetAgent. Kevin Dennett was my main point of contact. I had a meeting with him and he explained everything that I needed to know in a short space of time. He was very professional as were the other people at BenSiggins that I had contact with. My late parent’s house was put on the market very shortly after our meeting. There were several viewings during the next two to three weeks. I had a reasonable offer from a first time buyer with no chain at all and I accepted it. This was all done within 6 weeks or so. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending BenSiggins and would defiantly use them again in the future should the need arise. Steve Rebindaine

She cares about your circumstances and bridges a gap between buyer and seller in a considerate manner. Buying a house can be stressful, especially when you’re part of a chain, but Marcus was brilliant at keeping in touch, communicating with everyone involved and doing everything he could to keep things moving.<br><br>We really appreciated how approachable, responsive and supportive he was throughout the whole process. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and it was reassuring knowing we could contact him whenever we had a question or concern.<br><br>We’ve had a fantastic experience with Sibley Pares and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property. A huge thank you to Marcus and the whole team for helping us get our new home over the line!

They were very approachable, with excellent communication from both Jeanette and Nikki at all times as the sale progressed. We completed on the sale just 8 weeks after it went on the market. They found us the correct buyer, who coincidentally was the first to view. I can't recommend them highly enough.

The video by Corinne was amazing and the property was live and on the market within hours. It sold on the first viewing for above the marketed value. Although completion took longer than anticipated Paul & Dawn kept us updated throughout the process. I cannot recommend Local Agent enough. Denise and Ken

We both bought and sold through them, and the whole experience was professional, friendly and straight forward from start to finish.<br><br>One thing that really stood out to us when choosing an agent was the quality of their property photographs. They present all their houses beautifully and really set themselves apart from the competition.<br><br>Communication throughout was excellent, and we always felt looked after and kept informed.
