9th May 2026 (11 days ago)I was looking for a realtor in London who was organised, efficient, proactive, understood the market, and would genuinely work around my needs. Shash came highly recommended by a friend, and I’ve been very happy with her service. She showed me a selection of her own listings with Douglas & Gordon?, as well as properties listed through other agents within her network. The flat we found was exactly what I had been looking for. I am now back on the market for a London pied-à-terre and look forward to working with Shash again, as she is exactly the kind of realtor I was hoping to find.

He was a real pleasure to deal with throughout; he was transparent, cheerful and welcoming at viewings, keen to understand our needs and never overly pushy, which made us feel appreciated at what was an important decision for us. It look little time to land on the right property with Strutt and they have high quality stock. Highly recommended!!

As a first time landlord not knowing everything regarding lettings / rentals they have been keeping me up to date every step of the way. Would use David Andrews again in a heartbeat!

13th Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)I had a very bad experience with this agency. Initially, the property was advertised for £2000, but after I agreed, the rent was suddenly increased to £2100. I was also asked to pay multiple deposits and advance rent, which I did in full. When I received the keys and moved in, the house was not ready at all. There were multiple issues—no proper electricity setup, no gas card, broken fittings, and unfinished repairs. Even though I was promised everything would be fixed, it took over a month after moving in to complete basic work. Later, serious issues like no heating and no hot water continued for months. Despite repeated complaints, the landlord failed to take responsibility and even asked me to arrange repairs myself, which is unacceptable when full rent is being paid. I gave proper notice and paid all rent up to my move-out date. However, now the landlord is refusing to return my deposit and is still making unreasonable demands. This has been one of the worst renting experiences I’ve ever had. Very unprofessional service, poor maintenance, and no accountability. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided by the Chestertons sales team in Notting Hill (ably led by Pavol Miksa), and can’t recommend them highly enough!

Charlie was absolutely outstanding throughout the whole process. His property knowledge is impeccable and he always made us feel confident and informed every step of the way. What really stood out was how personable and approachable he is — nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Charlie consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything progressed smoothly, keeping us updated and helping to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Having bought and sold properties before, we can honestly say this was the smoothest experience we’ve ever had. Charlie’s professionalism, communication and genuine care made a huge difference. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Charlie and Indigo Residential to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Fantastic service all round.
