17th Aug 2026 (8 weeks ago)We have found Mill Hill to be abundant with professional, friendly, motivated estate agents. Our experiences of this agency have been the complete opposite. Whilst searching for a rental property, their charming agent couldn't have been colder or more disinterested in her approach towards us. This attitude began when trying to arrange a viewing date. Then at the viewing, when we asked if my 5yo son could desperately use the toilet, she looked at him as though he was something unpleasant and dismissively said no (I appreciate homeowners may be reluctant, but the total lack of compassion and understanding towards a young child was shocking). When we expressed our interest in the property, she gave a vague answer on the moving in date inconsistent with the online date advertised. When we stated we needed assurances on this deadline, she said with a deadpan stare "fair". When I heard nothing in the subsequent days regarding the position on the property, I called up and received another dismissive response of "not sure yet". At that point I lost interest in dealing with this agency again. On a previous phonecall with one of the team, when registering our initial interest and requirements, I was cutoff with the statement "we are only entertaining chain-free buyers". I was surprised that buyers such as ourselves, who were to become chain-free and looking for a permanent family home were treated this way (particularly in the current challenging market). Having now completed on our dream family home, I would not recommend this agent to prospective buyers.

23rd Sep 2026 (17 days ago)Over 30 years, in a very different world, we bought our house in Highgate. Back then you relied on your relationship with your estate agent. Although we didn’t buy through Winkworth’s my wife always said that James Wilkinson was the best agent. So, when we decided to sell our house the first call was to James.<br><br>He is still at Winkworth’s but now he manages the branch.<br>In today’s world the description and photos on Rightmove and Zoopla do a lot of the work that agents use to do, so getting them right is essential. But we found the agent was still really important if not vital. During all our negotiations and the whole process going from offer to exchange James kept cool and unemotional. Ultimately, he played a massive role in keeping our sale on track. I suspect that without him the sale would have been delayed or could have even failed.<br><br>So, thank you James.<br><br>Would we use him again, without a doubt.

A consummate professional from start to finish he made the experience of selling our property as painless as possible in the circumstances and his communications were excellent. Would not hesitate to use again.

He was incredibly responsive, always easy to get hold of and kept us updated every step of the way.<br>He invested a huge amount of time in us, was always happy to help and went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. We really appreciated his patience, professionalism and commitment throughout.<br>A big thank you to Cody for all his hard work. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him!

11th May 2026 (22 weeks ago)I have been living in a property managed by Crewys Limited for over 3 months now and honestly it has been one of the best renting experiences I have had so far. The room is amazing and whenever there is any issue in the house we just message in the group chat and it gets sorted quickly. No chasing. What really surprised me though is the weekly communal cleaning, in all the houses I have lived in I have never seen any agency do that and it makes such a big difference when you are living with others. I got the bad gas hob, they replaced the new one within a month. They also maintain the garden from time to time which again is something you do not usually see with most agencies. It is clear they actually care about their properties and the people living in them and the whole experience has been smooth and stress free since day one. If you are looking for a letting agency that is responsive and genuinely looks after their tenants then I would definitely recommend Crewys Limited.

If you like to rent, buy or sell a property, choose Haymills agency , because the waiting time to process the documents is very short and any issues are very quickly resolved.

Super responsive and have resolved any issues we've had within a few days - special shout out to Dorian who is always willing to drop by and help us out with whatever it is we need. Both our move-in and move out process was great and I would rent with them again if I could. Thank you guys!

I found his approach extremely pushy and demanding, which made the whole experience unnecessarily stressful and uncomfortable. Rather than feeling supported, I felt pressured throughout the process.<br><br>Communication also left a lot to be desired, and overall I found the service frustrating and unprofessional. I expected a much more respectful approach from an estate agent. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend dealing with Marc.

They were extremely professional, kept us in the loop at all times, I didn’t have to call them to chase them for anything. The team were all so friendly and polite and we built up a good working relationship with Chris himself, who was always able to answer anything when required. Will miss our conversations. The sale went through smoothly, which is just want you want when this is a very stressful time. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Last year had to sell a family property and went with a different agents which was a terrible experience, this was a breath of fresh air, so wish we’d used Chis and his company for that sale. 10/10. Thank you to Chris and his team.
8th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)I would select minus zero stars if that were an option.<br>My experience with this property and the people responsible for managing it was extremely disturbing. I experienced serious concerns regarding privacy, security, access to my accommodation, and the treatment of tenants. I also raised concerns about behaviour that I considered completely unacceptable, and I found the responses from those responsible deeply unsatisfactory.<br>I have personally encountered issues that left me feeling unsafe and unable to trust that my accommodation and belongings were being properly respected. I also have concerns about the way tenant information, mail and personal privacy were handled.<br>There were also serious disputes concerning the condition and management of the properties and the handling of deposits. I have retained documentation relating to my experiences and have reported matters to the appropriate authorities where I believed it was necessary.<br>What makes this particularly frustrating is the apparent lack of accountability. In my experience, complaints were not dealt with in a way that gave me any confidence that tenants' legitimate concerns were being taken seriously.<br>I strongly recommend that anyone considering renting through these people carries out extensive independent checks, gets everything in writing, documents the condition of the property, and keeps records of every interaction. Based on my own experience, I would not recommend them.<br>Do your due diligence before handing over money or personal information.

From the very beginning I found Jason to be an honest, trustworthy, and helpful person, who did everything he could to help me sell my property, making sure I understood the landscape and was making prudent decisions, even when this was counter to the business's interests. Very glad to have found them.
