23rd Aug 2023 (2 years ago)Ever since being a tenant in my current accommodation nearing 6 years I have nothing bad to say. Very reassuring from the get go, as a nervous, unsure 1st time tenant. Have helped guide myself, struck great communication on behalf of myself with my landlady. Nothing is ever a problem either if something needs to be done.

The phone reception was not good and I couldn't understand what he was saying on the other line. I asked him to repeat and HE HUNG UP ON ME. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. What kind of a "reputable" company are you representing?

13th Jun 2021 (4 years ago)I have been using MSK for over a decade and have had an amazing landlord and agent relationship. Honest, fair and most of all have made sure my property has been not neglected by the tenants that have occupied over the years.
5th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Highly professional people who have knowledge and skills to work with both sides, the seller and the buyers. I have been very impressed with the way they communicated with me before and after each viewing. I have received the feedback from the potential buyer soon after the viewing and was kept updated from the start to the end.
2nd Apr 2022 (4 years ago)I have recently purchased a detached bungalow at Winchmore Hill from Fullers. I am very satisfied with the performance of Fullers and the entire transaction is very smooth even I have to arrange the matter via email communication with Fullers overseas. Fullers is a very reliable, trustworthy and responsive estates agent and is highly recommended.
17th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)Quite friendly people(especially the CEO of Taylor Smith Estates), and concerned about the well-settling in of the potential/tenent, offering an `AFTER-SALES SERVICE` as much as necessary. I'm speaking here as a human being, who cannot see the intents of another human's heart. Only God Can See through human heart and Know it exactly.
9th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)Im still waiting for my holding deposit I paid 2 years ago on a property the that was ceased by the landlord from the previous seller due to non payment of rent. Quentin and Romina, together, acted unprofessionally in false-fully conveying that the previous seller agreed to my offer and took my holding deposit worth £5000. All my texts and messages have been unresponsive.
3rd Nov 2025 (22 weeks ago)I am compelled to write this having just moved out of a property. Some of Johns and Co's practices are not only underhanded but illegal. They will try to take money out of your deposit for 'final bills' (eg. electrictiy), despite us having settled these ourselves. We lived in a property that started with a broken dishwasher (they were already aware of this prior to moving in) and a broken airconditioning unit which they did not fix in our entire tenancy. The bathroom was so poorly maintained that during the first week of us moving in the bathroom pipes leaked into the below neighbour's flat. The shower also continued leaking on to the bathroom floor every time it was used because of failure by the landlord and John's and Co to maintain the property. Additionally, we booked a move out cleaning to be done as we have a dog (which we paid additional monthly pet fees for) and we used their desired contractor. For a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom flat to vacuum some dog hair they charged nearly £800 (it is a 500sq flat) and tried to claim that the upholstery was in a bad state. We had covers on all upholstery for our entire stay there. This upholstery was severely stained and marked when we moved in due to lack of cleaning and maintenance done by the landlord/ John's and Co. Do not rent through them if they are also managing the property and move out process.

Having seen how they operate in both roles, I can confidently say they run a very efficient and professional service. As a tenant, the process was straightforward and well managed, with clear communication and responsive staff. That positive experience is one of the reasons I later chose them when I became a landlord. Now, with several properties let and managed through them, I’ve found their team to be highly organised and proactive. They handle tenant sourcing, referencing, and ongoing management smoothly, and they keep landlords well informed throughout the process. Any queries or issues are dealt with promptly, which gives real peace of mind when managing property. Their fees are fair for the level of service provided, and they clearly have strong market knowledge across London.
