1st Sep 2026 (13 days ago)After my buyer dropped out at the last minute, I decided from using the 'Get Agent' Service to move to Stephenson Browne as they were the quickest selling agent in the area.<br>The staff were extremely helpful, went above and beyond, sorting marketing prior to my switch to them as they were very understanding I needed to sell as fast as possible not to lose my chain.<br>The guidance and professionalism by the Team was outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell!

First class and a big mention to Ruby who kept me informed at all times. Don’t tar all agents with the same brush.

4th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)Fees, fees and more fees!<br><br>If you’re a landlord, be prepared for the extras. It feels like every time you turn around there’s another charge coming out of the rent.<br><br>Finding us a tenant was all very smooth and they were great at the beginning, but after that I’ve really struggled to see the value for money. We already pay them every month t(if i'm honet, not really sure what for), yet there always seems to be something else to pay for.<br><br>The most frustrating part is having money deducted and then having to chase them ourselves to find out what it was for. Surely the very least you should expect is to be told before someone takes money from you?<br><br>They seem very geared towards keeping tenants happy, but as the people actually paying Bridgfords, I’m not convinced landlords get the same consideration.<br><br>Great at finding a tenant. 25th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)From start to finish, Jess & Clare were the guardian angels we needed when selling our lovely little first home and buying our forever, family one! I found out I was pregnant a day or two after we had our house valued and couldn’t keep my gob shut, so told Jess almost immediately! She was so kind and helpful, always checking in and doing her absolute best to get us moved in before baby arrived. Despite literally everything taking AGES, Jess and Clare both absolutely battled for me and my husband and got us moved in when I was 38.5 weeks pregnant. Enormous and bloated, but still buzzing and running around like an idiot when I was presented with the keys.<br><br>Honestly, these two and all of the Your Move Wigton team helped in so many ways, we will forever be grateful. (Oh and I went into labour with baby less than 48 hours after moving in!)

9th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Avoid Karl Tatler Bebington, no communication, keep telling you excuses, no answers to phone calls, they don't even know about what they are doing. Every time new person replying your calls and guess what they saying, I am new, not familiar with your case.... asking same question again and again to you. Would you call that " time wasting or unprofessionality" ?

Given the fact that I no longer live in the area, I was very grateful for the support I received.
