7th Jun 2026 (6 days ago)Terrible service received by my daughter. She made an appointment to view a house, she waited, knocked on the door and no one was there. She the callled to be advised the lady should be there. She waited for quite some time then had to return to work. They have still not called to apologise or explain. This is shocking customer service. I would not sell or buy a house from this company
9th Jun 2026 (4 days ago)Exceptional service from start to finish. The team at Bradshaw Farnham & Lea made the entire process feel personal, friendly and professional. A special mention must go to Laura and Kyle, who have been brilliant throughout and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Their communication was outstanding, and they were always on hand to answer questions and provide updates. For every viewing, they were there early, opening up the property, adjusting blinds and ensuring everything was ready before we arrived. They were knowledgeable about the houses we viewed and, if they didn’t know the answer to a question immediately, they always followed up promptly by email or phone. From making our offer through to it being accepted, we felt fully informed and supported. What really stood out was how personal the experience felt. Unlike some of the more transactional experiences we’ve had with other estate agents, Laura, Kyle and the wider team took the time to get to know us and made the whole process much less stressful. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Bradshaw Farnham & Lea again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property. Thank you for making what can be a daunting process such a positive experience.

Emma and the team made the usually very stressful experience of selling a house so stree free and easy, they kept us up to date with everthing that was going on. Estate Agents get a lot of bad press but if you want to sell or buy then goi to this team - what a difference they make! Kepp up the good work. Val & Ian Perry

13th May 2026 (4 weeks ago)JUST SPOKE TO A FEMALE ABOUT A PROPERTY THAT I WAS INTERESTED IN VIEWING, FOR HER TO ASK FOR ALL OUR PERSONAL DETAILS. TO THEN SAY UNFORTUNATELY THERE IS NO VIEWINGS AVAILABLE, AND THE PROPERTY HAS SEVERAL OFFERS ON THE TABLE SO ITS HIGHLY UNLIKELY THAT YOU WILL GET A VIEWING. I SAID WHY DIDN’T YOU STATE THAT AT THE BEGINNING BEFORE I GAVE YOU ALL MY PERSONAL CONTACT DETAILS. ??????

At the beginning, he gave me a second opinion and explained every steps what we have to go through. He could offer all round information and told me what options do we have. That’s why I chose him with us. Although we targeted a property from another estate agent later on, but he worked professionally and guided us to complete the purchase.

18th May 2026 (26 days ago)After a not-so-great experience with another agent we decided to cut our losses and go with Lesley Hooks. Victoria came to value the house and I really rate her, she oozes competence. Selling our late parents' house was dealt with so professionally, we were amazed at the difference with this estate agent. The staff really know what they are doing. Yvonne was amazing at getting the right offers from potential buyers and Jake was highly able, efficient and reassuring through the process of selling. Whatever happened, the staff were immediately on it, they were so attentive. We are grateful to Claire and Rachel too.

27th Sep 2025 (8 mo. ago)There were several issues. Initially we decided to have accompanied viewing. Our first 2 viewings were only 15 minutes apart which resulted in both sets of viewers here together! We cancelled accompanied viewings but on 2 further occasions viewers told us that their viewings had been put forward at least a week due to "shortage of staff". On the last viewing- just before our contract finished- we had a call from FH asking if we still required accompanied viewing-a matter we had cancelled 5 months before! When the viewers arrived they told us they had tried to view about 3 weeks earlier but were told no-one was available!

9th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had the best experience with Wainwright's from start to finish. I would highly recommend this estate agents. Although when I looked at cost, it was slightly more, the service we received far outweighed the money we paid. We changed to Wainwright's after using another estate agents and I don't regret it. Within a few weeks they had sold our house and the service was impeccable. Every member of staff was dedicated to selling our house. Don't hesitate to use Wainwright's estate agents. Thank you everyone at Wainwright's ??????

5th Jan 2026 (23 weeks ago)As a potential buyer it is very difficult to get through to these estate agents. I have waited over a week for them to get back to me regarding a viewing for properties. They seem to be very adverse to picking up the phone or replying to email enquiries if you are looking to either buy or sell your property I would personally stay clear from this Estate Agent. In addition to this the re occurring theme of discriminatory behaviour is very off putting in the previous reviews as well.- 1st May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have recently dealt with Bridgefords at Culcheth regarding the sale of my property. I cannot commend Andrew and his team enough for their help and support through the process. I had previously dealt with another very popular estate agents who left me feeling very unsupported and disheartened with terrible communication. From the moment I contacted Andrew he was extremely accommodating and understanding of my circumstances and could not do enough to help. The main point for me is Andrew and team are so warm and approachable and delicate with the fact that selling your home is a huge life changing process and can be extremely stressful, I never felt rushed or pressured to make any decisions and I feel they understood the weight of the process which was very important to me. I would highly recommend Bridgefords Culcheth to anyone looking to sell their home who want the process to be dealt with efficiently but also kindly. Thank you Andrew, Ashleigh and team for your support.
