We would particularly like to thank Lois for all her hard work, Lorna and Emma also but everyone has been great. We also used Milne Moser solicitors and they did a fantastic job. It was great to have both estate agents and solicitors working together. Many thanks to Suzie, Jill and Rebecca.

21st May 2026 (23 days ago)I had three valuations on my property and Gail from Stephenson Browne was by far the most professional valuer that I met. Gail also completely understood and was respectful of my property. In addition Gail also got the valuation spot on. I used Get Agent to narrow down my options regarding selecting an agent and I am so glad I did.

The team were supportive and helpful throughout and the communication was really great to keep me up dated on the process and progress. This overall process is never without stress but they played their part in making it as smooth as possible.

1st Jun 2026 (12 days ago)Day 32 and still nothing! Please do not use this company. The comments from Earl below to try and reassure are utterly useless. We're now 32 days in waiting for this legal pack and still nothing and paid a ridiculous amount for the privilege of this. Not even an email or a phone call to apologise. Not, 'we'll chase it,' Nothing. And now after I've emailed, AGAIN, are they going to chase. Why weren't they - after 32 days - chasing this already. You can forgive small mistakes, but this is just utter incompetence. Day 18 and still nothing. I can’t begin to tell you how useless Martin and Co are. 1st May - took over management and told they were hopeful information would be loaded on system that afternoon. 8th May - told just a couple of more things to upload 12th May - told it’s not there responsibility and had been outsourced and had to wait 14th May - 14 days after and still nothing. Write 1 star review in frustration 16th May - MD responded to apologise and promised to get to the bottom of it 16th May - told uploaded but now the information had to ‘sync’ but we’d hear Monday morning 18th May - surprise surprise - NOTHING 19th May - finally hear but now charged £564 for a legal pack which cost me £300 last year and now, I have to wait up to ten days for this as it's outsourced again and out of their hands. To say Martin and Co disgust me is putting it lightly. They've actually made me feel physcially sick. Avoid them at all costs. There is nothing good about this company. The stress they have caused me is off the scale. The whole chain knows the stall in this sale is down to Martin & Co. Two and a half months I’ve been waiting for this legal pack to sell my property. I’m literally trapped in a property through their incompetence & the worst is knowing we haven’t even got to the point of them putting the legal pack together yet. In particular Savannah. She is one of a kind. Superb at her job and happy to help you whenever she can. Can not recommend them high enough.

28th May 2026 (16 days ago)Having just sold our house through Gascoigne & Halman, we would highly recommend using the Bramhall office. They a deliver a tremendous service and in particular this is clear that the level of service is showcased by Dan the manager. We have experienced other agents in Bramhall e.g. Mosley Jarman and they would definitely benefit from replicating the level of service that Dan & the team deliver

25th May 2026 (19 days ago)I didn't use Sally Harrison to sell my house. My estate agent didn't have many bungalows for sale. I went to Sally Harrisons as they had bungalows for sale. I got to view a bungalow. The lady showing me around was lovely. I went over to tell them I would pay the asking price. I was told I had to bid lower. Thought this odd. Bid a bit lower. Next morning it was sold and with the solicitors. A few days later went to the shop again to inquire about another for sale bungalow to be told it was sold and with the solicitors. They hadn't changed this on the sign on the bungalow. The lady who is rude smirked. Say no more. I haven't set foot in it again and buying from a different agent.

I would very highly recommend Kuavo.

I am glad I did, the team were efficient and organised and obviously specialists in this area. I had so many viewings, I lost count and now, only weeks later, I am sold, subject to contract!
