4th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)I was skeptical about finding a new home in real time, and one that I might love and would accommodate my family.<br><br>I reached out to Clive Watkins after I saw their advert on RightMove. Danica Merner reached out to me and quickly arranged my house viewing.<br><br>She arrived on time, was friendly, professional and dealt kindly with us. I loved that the house viewing wasn’t a group viewing (I hate those). When we expressed interest in renting the house, she reassured us that we can sleep over our decision and she will call us back the following day to confirm our interest.<br><br>She reached out as promised, started the referencing process and ensured that it was finalised in a timely manner. When things don’t go as planned, she constantly reached out to us and communicated promptly.<br><br>When we raised issues that needed fixing, she promised to follow those up. I would recommend Clive Watkins and Danica any day.

My experience of Crown Estates was a perfect combination of exceptional professionalism, genuine care and outstanding value — I would recommend without hesitation. It’s difficult to put into words just how grateful I am to Lisa for everything she has done for me throughout the sale of my home. Selling a home, especially on your own, can be such a challenging and emotional process, but Lisa was incredibly patient, supportive and so generous with her time. There were moments when it felt like it might never happen, but she was always there — listening, reassuring me, talking things through. What stood out most was that she never made me feel like I was asking too much or that I was simply another client. She showed such warmth, care and understanding throughout, and went far beyond what I could ever have expected from an estate agent. Having Lisa alongside me made such a difference. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for anyone better to have been part of the journey. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for an estate agent who truly cares about their clients. Lisa, thank you for everything. I’m so grateful for your kindness, support and everything you did to help me get to this point. You are an absolute credit to the profession. ?? 27th Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)There were several issues. Initially we decided to have accompanied viewing. Our first 2 viewings were only 15 minutes apart which resulted in both sets of viewers here together! We cancelled accompanied viewings but on 2 further occasions viewers told us that their viewings had been put forward at least a week due to "shortage of staff". On the last viewing- just before our contract finished- we had a call from FH asking if we still required accompanied viewing-a matter we had cancelled 5 months before! When the viewers arrived they told us they had tried to view about 3 weeks earlier but were told no-one was available!

8th Sep 2026 (6 days ago)When the agent came round to value to vale the property it was very relaxed. They were no pressure in selling and explained the process and answered any queries putting us at ease considering this was the first time selling what was our first family home. Once the house was listed, Reside dealt with all the viewings and fit it around us generally conducting group viewings so it was less intrusive on our family life. Once sold they kept in regular contact with us and the buyers to help the sale complete.

28th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Through out the year, general expectations of a letting agency were met. However, due to a couple instances, this rules out a good review.<br><br>One - they lied about attending a property when a fire risk was present, protecting their maintenance crew rather than admitting fault on their behalf. This was extremely concerning as all of our belongings including the house could have been destroyed!<br><br>Two - at the end of the tenancy, they charged their flat rate of £50 for a mattress clean for a tiny (1inchx1inch) brown mark, when the mattress was already measured by their own metric as ‘7’ meaning ‘minor marks or minor signs of wear and tear’. Then lied about the proceedings of the deposit return - stating that they would take all of the deposit if they did not accept our counter offer after three attempts via a 3rd party, causing our lead tenant to send a lower offer of £25, worried that they would take the whole deposit. However, this was a lie and this is not how the 3rd party operated, but it was too late to retrieve the offer once it has been accepted.<br>Additionally a mattress clean costs £50 or it doesn’t, the fact they even took our lower offer of £25 reveals they were just out for a quick cash grab, disgusting<br><br>All in all, MCR Move has a track record of a lying, do not go with them! Plenty of better agencies out there!

They provide a warm a personal service at all times and I am so glad we chose them to sell our beloved parents home. They initially valued our house higher than their competitors and it still sold above the valuation. We can’t thank Macy and Jason enough for their help and guidance throughout, especially their swift rescue after the first buyer pulled out.<br>Recommend 100%!
