Their communication was excellent throughout, always keeping me updated and informed every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always available to answer questions and provide reassurance when needed. Their professionalism, dedication, and genuine commitment to helping their clients really stood out. Thank you for all your hard work and support. I would highly recommend McDonald’s Estate Agents to anyone looking for a reliable, proactive, and friendly service.
22nd May 2024 (2 years ago)Absolute shocking service which resulting in me losing alot of money. No communication, no updates, they over value a property to get you on board and then you have to keep reducing the price because they cannot sell it. 2 years to sell a property during a time when all houses were flying off the shelves! Anything associated with Duckworths, I would stay well away unless you want to lose money. They don't care and it shows in their service.

I was able to book multiple viewings to make sure all family had a chance to see. Such speedy responses. Got my offer accepted in the middle of March and got the keys this afternoon. Over the moon. 10/10
5th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Currently in the search of my first home and so far have had a fantastic experience with the CW Crosby team. From timely updates, calls, impeccable communication and follow ups, I can tell this office is ran fantastically. I've had the chance to communicate with many estate agencies across Liverpool in the last month as I have a good idea of what I'm searching for and not so set on a particular postcode, and I can absolutely tell that the CW Sales team has been standout compared to competitors from the region. In particular last week I viewed a property with Angela in L22, and from the moment I walked in, there was so much attention to detail. The property was clean, lovely presented, the heating was on (little touch but it matters a lot as it helps the buyer envision living there). Angela provided excellent advice, some visionary suggestions, which were tasteful and considerate to highlight the potential of the property. She had answers to my questions and built a nice story around it, even when the property had its drawbacks - and that's the real strength of an agent. It's not just about opening a door, it's about making the buyer feel like you're working for them, not the seller, while simultaneously strengthening the seller's position. Angela and the office then followed up quickly with the information I requested. Regrettably, the property itself is not for me, though I truly wish it was, as the Crosby office would've been great to work with from initial impression (and I did love being in the property). I would certainly hope that something similar comes up and I do end up buying through the CW Crosby office. Compared to about 10 other agencies I've spoken with, they're standout by far.

Regan called me, and within just one week they secured a tenant for us, while our previous agent, Bridgfords, had the property for 10 weeks without finding a single tenant. Absolutely brilliant service received from Gascoigne Halman Didsbury Lettings. The entire team is superb. Thank you ??????

This was always really helpful in understanding why things might not have worked out. Followed up and generated leads actively. Friendly and personal service.- 8th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Even though they were the sellors agents I found them to be the most helpful of all the people involved with my puchase. They answered and liaised with the sellors, other agents, solicitors, etc to get me the only useful information I was receiving in regards to how the chain was doing. Very helpful company.

26th May 2026 (18 days ago)We’ve had a fantastic experience with Bespoke Estate Agents so far on our journey to buying a property. From the very beginning, the whole team has been professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Rob was brilliant during our first viewing. He was really knowledgeable, answered all the questions we had, and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. Ally has also been amazing — keeping us updated with progress and arranging viewings quickly and efficiently. A special mention to Georgina, who showed us around two properties on Saturday. She was absolutely fantastic, answered every question we had, showed us everything we wanted to see, and really helped us get to the stage of putting in an offer, which has now been provisionally accepted. This is our first experience with Bespoke, and both me and my partner agree they have been outstanding throughout. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a property.

27th May 2026 (17 days ago)I rented a property in Manchester city center for 7 years through George Adams estate agent and I would like to express my gratitude as they were friendly and supportive all these years. During all this time they were extremely helpful and replayed to my emails really quick, when needed. The process to rent the property was easy and smooth and they were really helpful when leaving the property sorting all the things out. I would recommend this agency to anyone wish to rent a property in Manchester area, as they are probably the best ones in Manchester. Thank you for your support during the last 7 years. Oscar.

The companies local knowledge is second to none, which gave me complete confidence in their approach. While my property sale has not completed just yet, the process so far has been seamless. They are both incredibly efficient and always available to answer my questions. Five-star service.
19th May 2026 (25 days ago)They go the extra mile……….to keep all of your deposit! Rented a house in Saltney through this company. Filthy condition. Pre agreed cleaning and waste removal was never carried out as requested when property viewed, Dwell seemed to think by putting a paper seal on the loo seat the whole property was “professionally cleaned”. Storage cupboard under the stairs was unusable due to moisture and mess. Kitchen was dusty and top of fridge looked like a health hazard. Confirmed our premonition (during the winter months) that most of the window seals were blown and letting in cold air. This was never addressed even though repair was agreed by Dwell in September before the weather turned cold. Lasted 6 months before having to move out due to illness caused by living in this squalid place, and to top it off, this company kept the deposit, so avoid at all costs if you’re renting. We gave 6 weeks’ notice that we wanted to leave (as we refused to be contractually trapped paying rent for this substandard property). We moved out early to accommodate them and allow Sam to remarket the property (and complete my suggested repair work, although I believe this would have been ignored). The head of property has still taken all of our security deposit, so be very careful when dealing with Dwell, Chester, especially if you are renting. I would like to add some other members of their team were very friendly and helpful (Sam, Luke and the maintenance engineers). Unfortunately, the money grabbing management seem to drag this company down with their attitude towards customers (aka tenants), they seem to just view people as stupid, because they are only able to rent properties and not able to buy. Be warned this letting agent provided the DPS with a signed ‘Check In’ report, I never signed this as I moved in several weeks after renting the property. Therefore, it is highly likely that they fraudulently use your electronic signature from the contract for other documents to suit their needs to keep all your deposit.
