29th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Well when you call a voice recording says they are base on their reputation and well sadly I cant say its a good one booked to view a house and waited and had to phone in the end and it wasn't booked in which in my opinion its not professional and feel very disappointed

From our initial meeting and valuation, they really were head and shoulders above the rest, they were incredibly knowledgeable, experienced and professional throughout.<br><br>They took the time to discuss all of the feedback and offers we received and helped us come to the right decision without ever making us feel pressured. Everyone was extremely personable and genuinely cared about us, our sale and what we wanted to achieve.<br><br>We couldn’t have asked for a better team to sell our home and would highly recommend them. 3rd Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Jack was responsive throughout the purchase of my property and, whenever I contacted him, he helped move matters forward. He also remained helpful after completion when I needed further information about the property. His communication style could sometimes feel quite abrupt, and some early paperwork needed correcting, but overall he was effective and helped bring the purchase to completion. The Prosecco and card when I collected the keys were also a lovely and thoughtful touch!

Our sale didn’t go without its problems but Jamie, Zoe and Helen were always supportive and all correspondence was replied to immediately or at least asap.<br>The team are very grounded and professional and you have confidence that they’re doing all the necessary administrative and diplomatic work on your behalf in the background to get the sale through the line.<br>The very personable approach the whole team have is very comforting and it made you feel that they genuinely cared. We spoke and messaged Helen a lot !!!! She remained very patient and professional and knew she wanted the best outcome for us.<br>We would highly recommend them all in a heartbeat.

Chelsea, at Miller metcalfe tyldesley dealt with the sale, I found Chelsea to be professional but also very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful if I got stuck with anything. She kept me informed with messages and phone calls as to the progress, and went above and beyond chasing things up. Overall, extremely happy with the service provided.

The guys made it happen, I rang after I found the property that was just what I needed for me and my boys and dogs and the team had us all in within just 5 days.
