It’s lovely to speak to her when I am home and my cat is a big fan of her which says a lot about her character because my boy is not a lover of people usually! I leave cat treats out for Liberty to give to him when I’m not there and she always makes a fuss of him which is really nice and means a lot :)

13th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)10/10 for service, communication and just being generally 'good-eggs'. We sold a family home in Bebington via Lesley Hooks Estate Agents, having taken the opportunity to canvas local agents before instruction. Documentation was completed promptly and we were regularly updated on our marketing and sale progress. The agents sourced a local couple who had seen the property on a website and after two viewings, they fell in love. Eleanor was a great source of advice and support when one set of solicitors (not ours) behaved poorly. Trust me (and I am choosing my words wisely) when using the word 'poorly' as other more flowery phrases would be equally appropriate. Our buyers were and are, absolutely amazing and Eleanor managed to navigate a way through choppy waters. We later exchanged contracts and completed the sale in October 2026. Very happy to recommend and I understand out chocolates went down well. Thanks again.

Townbridge what a team.<br><br>Indulge me but Imagine sitting in your living room with your house freshly renovated, and your other half finds a 120 year old house on RightMove she fancies.<br><br>Not even on the market we viewed the property during its first open day. With lots of interest during the day we didn’t think we stood a chance. Most of the others interested were on the market already.<br><br>A long shot but we called Ian from Townbridge and explained our situation, he was up for the challenge! The Townbridge team created the perfect write up, complete with an awesome photo shoot and we were on the market. Several viewings, followed by an offer and we’d done it, we’d beaten the rest.<br><br>We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, the whole team were welcoming, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt well looked after and kept informed, (April must have been fed up with my calls but she was cracking!) The whole purchase went very smoothly, and that was largely thanks to the support we received. Thank you to everyone involved for making selling and buying our home such a positive experience!

They were efficient in allowing the survey to book in & even sorted out getting a wasps nest sorted within 24 hours. Great team if I sell in the future would definitely use them very professional service. Thanks Jill
