6th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)We had a viewing booked with Platinum Indepentend, but when we arrived at the property, we were told it had already been let. This was extremely disappointing and a complete waste of our time.<br><br>We were told that they had “tried” to contact us, but neither I nor my partner received any phone calls, voicemails, or messages. The viewing had been arranged via email, so if they were unable to reach us by phone, they could have easily emailed us to let us know before we made the journey.<br><br>A simple message would have saved us an unnecessary trip. Very poor communication and no respect for other people’s time.

As a landlord, it’s really important to have an agent who is reliable, responsive and keeps you informed, and I’ve found that to be the case throughout.<br><br>Debbie and Jason have both been particularly helpful and professional. They are friendly, approachable and always happy to answer any questions or deal with any issues that arise. 2nd Sep 2026 (12 days ago)Sadly l recently found out that the person who bought my late father’s house intentionally misled me. They were first time buyers. I preferred not to sell to a developer and the boss at Keenan’s and the buyer were well aware of it. I sold them the house and was happy to do so. It’s now back on the market. The kicker to this story is that the person who bought the house works there as a negotiator. Hence the one star for communication. Difficulty not only hearing what the customer has told you but also not having the ability to understand why they told you. Maybe even worse is understanding and not caring.
