9th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I'm not sure why my review was removed, as this was a genuine experience that I unfortunately had to deal with. I'm reposting it to help other people avoid this business. "Booked two viewings for a rental property through Hilton and Horsfall, both times they did not turn up and failed to inform me of the cancellation. I had literally days before I was moving out of my current property, which was sold. They left me in such a stressful predicament, almost causing me to be homeless. Avoid at all cost."

On top of that , they were really personable and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service.

We were kept up to date with developments and felt thoroughly supported with the whole process. All the staff at the Chorley Branch are so approachable and can not do enough to help or answer any question or query we had. Fantastic experience, We will definitely be using their services again.

The viewing process was very smooth, and the staff were extremely understanding - arranging multiple viewings until we found the right property. Everything was organised and handled professionally throughout, even with me and my wife being very picky hahaha I also had an issue with my washing machine hose at 8pm, and it was fixed by 10am the next day - amazing service! Highly recommend - don’t think twice ??????
