I’m a conveyancer and have been working in conveyancing for some time now, so I’ve dealt with countless estate agents. Unfortunately, many tend to leave everything to the conveyancers when it comes to chasing updates and progressing the matter. Dave has been outstanding throughout this transaction. He provided consistent updates and was extremely helpful in supporting the sellers with even the smallest matters, particularly when it came to obtaining documents and information from third parties, and ensuring the buyers’ requests were easily manageable for the client. This was also a chain of 8 properties, yet Dave stayed proactive and involved throughout while many other agents in the chain seemed content to sit back. It genuinely makes a difference working with someone who is engaged and committed to helping keep things moving. Dave was exactly that. Highly recommended.

Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.

The whole process was made very easy & they are always so helpful if I had any questions. Mark was very welcoming from the very start when we had our first meeting to walk around the property & it’s just been a lovely experience all the way through. I’m so happy that me & the kids have been able to stay in our village and the kids absolutely love it! Can’t thank you enough!

It was really easy to deal with one person and she kept me informed of any developments throughout the process. She was very helpful, efficient and always answered calls and emails promptly. I was very impressed with the service provided. I would definitely use their services again.

9th Jan 2026 (19 weeks ago)If I could leave no stars, I would. Very disappointing experience as buyers. We were encouraged on multiple occasions to increase our offers, only to be told much later that the seller was not actually in a position to proceed as they had not found anywhere to move to. Had this been made clear from the outset, we would never have increased our bids. Communication was inconsistent throughout, with long delays and changing explanations about the seller’s situation. We did not receive timely written confirmation of our offers or the seller’s responses, and only received a retrospective summary after repeatedly requesting clarity. Being pushed to increase our offer several times, only to later discover that the seller could not move forward, left us feeling that the process was driven by price rather than transparency. This lack of clarity and honesty caused unnecessary stress and ultimately led us to withdraw. We would strongly advise other buyers to ensure everything is confirmed in writing from the very beginning.

19th May 2026 (5 days ago)It was great working with John Pope and his team. He was an immense driving force in our house move and its speed. The team were extremely helpful, friendly and swift. Our house move went faster because of Popes attention and care to the process. They were easy to contact throughout, even around Christmas on days when other estate agents were closed. I was so impressed that I would seek out going through them if I was to look for another house in their area of remit.

The process should have been relatively straightforward as a small chain but the seller’s solicitor was extremely unprofessional and the process took over 4 months. We are so grateful for the professional service received and cannot see another local agent pushing through for all parties. We all felt that we received personal service from a true professional.
