The Woman we dealt with who we believe is possibly a partner repeatedly didn’t find answers to our questions, it seemed as if it were a constant battle throughout, she also came across false and over the top. As far as the owner of the company goes one meeting was enough for us. Occasionally we spoke with other employees who were always friendly and efficient, shame the same can’t be said for management.

26th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)Excellent service from start to finish. Good advice re asking price to set, honest appraisal of prospective buyers. Lots of support during the preparation for marketing, leveraging their trade contacts to get things done quickly. Clear advice of options during the price and subsequent negotiations. Staff always friendly, very prompt responses to queries, good handover between staff so that people always knew what they were talking about. A really great experience.

5th Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)Pattinsons grossly over priced my property, possibly by nearly 50%. I received apologies for this but I think it caused problems in the sale of the house. They recommended selling it via auction which I'm not convinced was the best way of selling it. The property is no longer on the market. I will look to try and sell it in the spring with another agent.

16th Mar 2026 (20 days ago)I can’t thank Fresh Property Centre enough, especially Grace, for the incredible help and support she gave me! I called and explained that my elderly dad was being evicted because his landlord had decided to sell the property after he had lived there for 15 years. It was a really stressful and upsetting situation, but Grace immediately stepped in and helped us find a suitable property for him. She truly went above and beyond, guiding us through everything and making sure we had all the paperwork and details sorted so that my dad could secure the property. Without her kindness and dedication, he may not have had somewhere to live. We are so grateful for everything she did and couldn’t recommend Fresh Property Centre more highly.

They are professional, friendly, proactive, approachable, responsive and communicate well. Nothing seems any trouble to them. They are exemplary and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.
29th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)I was a tenant via this letting agency for 18 months, while waiting to buy a new home, and had a series of negative experiences. 1) The home I rented was in poor condition throughout. 2) The garden was overgrown and it was my responsibility to address upon moving in. 3) When I raised an issue with poor ventilation leading to mould in the bathroom, I was asked if I could just 'live with it' (despite pointing out I had two young children). 4) A leaking roof took 2 months to repair. 5) A dryer took 2 months to replace. 6) It would take weeks for Dobson's to reply to e-mails, yet harassing e-mails for rent would be received several days before it was due (despite the fact my direct debit was always scheduled for the same time every single month) 7) When I attempted to serve notice at the end of my tenancy, an attempt was made to 'haggle' me into staying longer. 8) Following moving out, the estate agent retains £1230 of my deposit and has failed to even reply to requests for its return. Overall, I would strongly avoid using Dobson's.

27th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)All the staff at RMS Ryton were brilliant. There was no jargin just a friendly and professional approach to everything. They were very responsive and happy to help with anything. I would definitely recommend using them as your estate agents!

They responded quickly to my request for a valuation and advertised the property through the usual channels. Interest followed prompty and a positive offer was made. The team kept me up to date with regular phone calls. When I visited the office I was treated with respect. The whole process from offer to completion took a few weeks. The team fully understand that the process of buying and selling a house can be stressful for the client. They did all they could to manage that stress

They were more informative and caring than any other estate agents we have used in the past. We feel that without them chasing up both sets of solicitors our purchase would of taken even longer to complete. Thank you ! Carol and Jim

20th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Great personal and efficient Estate Agents. We had great service from Symonds-Taylor. We had tried to sell our period home a few years ago, but despite Rob Symonds' best efforts at that time getting prospective buyers through and enthusing them about our home we were let down by a couple of dubious surveyors being unfairly negative about the house. After a few years renting it out, we went to sell again. Selling a home is always stressful but we felt we would be in good hands from our previous experience, and we were not wrong. Claire and Rob provided an efficient, pleasant and 'personal' advice and service throughout, and steered the sale through with little fuss. Thank you!!
